    塔里木沙漠公路防护林土壤微生物生物量与土壤环境因子的关系

    为探讨极端干旱区风沙土土壤微生物与土壤环境因子的作用规律,采用相关分析法研究了塔里木沙漠公路防护林地土壤微生物生物量与理化因子和酶活性的关系.结果表明:土壤容重和粒径减小(R0.85)时,防护林地中土壤微生物数量和生物量有增大趋势,由容重与微生物量的相关性主导;土壤养分含量与土壤微生物数量和生物量呈正相关,主要由速效养分和放线菌、微生物生物量C、P的相关性所致;土壤酶活性与土壤微生物数量和生物量的相关性差异较大,R在0.51~0.91,主要取决于蔗糖酶、磷酸酶与放线菌、微生物量C的相关;土壤盐分增加不利于土壤微生物生物量的积累(R0.63).实践中应为干旱区林地土壤微生物营造良好的土体,促进土壤物质循环

    The mechanism of ROS regulation of antibiotic resistance and antimicrobial lethality

    抗生素的不合理使用甚至滥用,使得细菌耐药性问题日趋严重。如何解决这一难题是人类目前面临的一项巨大挑战。除开发新型抗菌药物之外,寻找新的方法以增强现有抗生素的杀菌效果也是一种切实可行的策略。近期的研究发现活性氧簇(Reactive oxygen species,ROS)在细菌耐药及抗生素杀菌方面均发挥重要作用。非致死浓度的抗生素作用下产生的ROS会通过影响Mar R(Multiple antibiotic resistance repressor)-Mar A(Multiple antibiotic resistance activator)激活药物外排泵,通过Sox R(Superoxide response transcriptional regulator)-Sox S(Superoxide response transcription factor)途径启动细菌应激保护机制以及通过促进SOS DNA损伤修复系统诱导耐药突变,从而促成抗生素耐药与耐受的形成。而致死浓度的抗生素作用产生的ROS则会参与抗生素杀菌并减少耐药菌产生。除与抗生素浓度有关外,ROS参与细菌耐药与抗生素杀菌过程还会受到一系列遗传调控因子(如Maz EF、Cpx、Sox R和Mar RAB)的影响,因此存在一定复杂性。本文综述了ROS在细菌耐药与抗生素杀菌方面的作用机制,以期为寻找新的方法以增强现有抗生素杀菌效果,解决抗生素耐药问题提供一定的借鉴和指导。Misuse and overuse of antibiotics have led to serious resistance problems that pose a grave threat to human health. How to solve the increasing antibiotic resistance problem is a huge challenge. Besides the traditional strategy of developing novel antimicrobial agents, exploring ways to enhance the lethal activity of antibiotics currently available is another feasible approach to fight against resistance. Recent studies showed that ROS plays an important role in regulat-ing both antibiotic resistance and antimicrobial lethality. ROS produced by sublethal levels of antibiotic induces antibiotic resistance through activating drug efflux pumps via Mar R(Multiple antibiotic resistance repressor)-Mar A(Multiple antibiotic resistance activator), triggers the protective function against stress via Sox R(Superoxide response transcriptional regulator)-Sox S(Superoxide response transcription factor), and promotes mutagenesis by induction of SOS system. On the contrary, ROS triggered by lethal levels of antibiotic promotes bacterial killing and suppresses resistance. In addition to the concentration of antibiotic, the role of ROS in mediating antimicrobial resistance and bacterial killing is also regulated by a series of genetic regulators(e.g. Maz EF, Cpx, Sox R, Mar RAB). Thus, how ROS contribute to antimicrobial resistance and bacterial killing is complex.     Effects of Wu Ling Powder on Blood Pressure and Renin Angiotensin Aldosterone System in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

    目的:观察五苓散降压作用及其对肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的影响。方法:选择50只自发性高血压大鼠按随机数字表法分为模型组、五苓散高、中、低剂量组、替米沙坦组各10只,选择10只Wistar京都大鼠作为正常组,测量大鼠用药前后2、4、6、8周的血压、心率以及体质量。测定给药8周各组血清中肾素(Renin)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)水平以及心肌组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT1)、ACE2血管紧张素转化酶2(ACE2)mRNA的表达。结果:用药后第4周起五苓散各剂量组对自发性高血压大鼠的血压、心率以及体质量均有降低作用;用药8周后,五苓散高、中剂量组血清中Renin、AngⅡ、ALD的含量均低于模型组,五苓散各剂量组心肌组织中AT1 mRNA的表达量低于模型组,ACE2 mRNA的表达量高于模型组。结论:五苓散能够降低血压,其机制可能与RAAS系统的调控作用有关。Objective: observing the effect of Wuling Powder on Blood Pressure and the Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone System( RAAS). Methods: 50 spontaneously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into model group,Wuling Powder of high dose group,medium dose group,low dose group,Telmisartan group,with 10 rats in each group. The normal group was10 Wistar-Tyoto rats. The rats were measured before the treatment and after 2,4,6,8 weeks for blood pressure,heart rate and weight. After 8 weeks,the content of Renin,AngⅡ and ALD in the blood serum of rats and the expression of mRNA of AT1 and ACE2 in muscle tissue were tested. Results: After treatment for fourth weeks,Wuling Powder in each dose group can reduce blood pressure heart rate and weight were significantly. After 8 weeks,Wuling Powder in high dose group and medium dose group have less Renin,AngⅡ and ALD than the model group. Wuling Powder in each dose group of myocardial tissue in AT1 mRNA was lower than that of model group and ACE2 mRNA was higher than that of model group.Conclusion: Wuling Powder can reduce blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats,its mechanism may be related to the regulation of RAAS.2013~2015福建省中医药科研项目计划(wzln201309)-五苓散健脾-利水-温阳通脉多靶点途径调控高血压大鼠RAAS表达的机制研

    Occupied Time: A Time Sociological Study on the Time Predicament Faced by Early-career Academics in Research Universities

    大学教师时间压力问题日益受到关注。然而,目前相关研究中,尚缺乏对青年教师时间困境的生成机制或根源的探讨。本研究以时间社会学为视角,基于对27名研究型大学&ldquo;非升即走&rdquo;青年教师的访谈数据,探究研究型大学青年教师遭遇的时间困境及其根源。研究发现:青年教师遭遇的时间困境包括时间分配上的多角色之争、时间碎片化之困、工作时间无边界之忧、时间节奏不断加快之扰,以及时间自主性之失等。这些困境的产生有组织、制度、文化和互动方面的原因。而从时间社会学理论探究其根源,则是时间结构性、加速性、价值性共同作用的结果。基于此,本研究呼吁重视和保障青年教师充足、自主的时间。</p
