    129I(T1/2=15.7Ma)是放射性碘中半衰期最长的同位素。有天然和人工两种来源,在人类还没有利用原子能的时代,环境中大部分的129I是宇宙射线和大气中的氙进行核反应以及238U的自发裂变产生。天然129I/127I比值在3×10-13-3×10-12水平,但由于人工129I的输入,环境中129I的含量水平显著提高至少两个数量级,释放源主要来自核燃料后处理厂。从129I的物理性质看,可以有多种129I测量方法,像γ谱方法、液闪方法(LSC)、中子活化方法(NAA)、普通质谱方法(MS)等。但这些方法的129I丰度探测限仍都大于10-9,仅可以用于核设施周围环境或核设施流出物等高放环境中1...129I has the longest half life with 15.7Ma among the iodine isotopes which consisits of both natural and artificial origin.     IPO Underpricing or Overpricing——An Empirical Study Based on Equity Structure

    针对近几年频发的IPO破发现象,选取2009~2011年718家中国A股上市公司作为研究样本,从股权结构特征以及影响IPO定价参与方的议价动机和能力入手,考察了股权结构与IPO抑价或破发的关系。研究发现,管理层持股比例与IPO抑价无显著关系,而与IPO破发显著负相关,体现出管理层持股的“利益趋同效应“;相比于非国有企业,国有企业IPO抑价程度更高,且IPO破发的概率更低,反映出国有企业管理层可能存在通过IPO抑价确保发行成功来获取政治声誉和寻求未来政治升迁的动机。Based on the frequency of IPO overpricing in recent years,this paper collects 718 Chinese A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2011 as research samples and examines the relationship between equity structure and IPO underpricing or overpricing,from the perspective of equity structure which embodies and affects bargaining motivation and ability of IPO pricing participation parties.The results indicate that managerial ownership is not related to IPO underpricing significantly and on the contrary negatively related to IPO overpricing,showing "the Convergence of Interest Effect".Compared to non-state-owned enterprises,the state-owned enterprises have a higher level of IPO underpricing and a smaller probability of IPO overpricing,implying that state-owned enterprise managers may employ IPO underpricing to ensure the successful issue to obtain political reputation and seek future political promotion.国家自然科学基金项目“全球金融风暴背景下中国企业财务决策行为研究”(70972110

    本文给出了复指数信号模型非线性最小二乘解的几何结构 .从分析迭代算法的收敛性态入手得到解的几何结构 ,将有助于构造十分有效的迭代算法 .另外 ,本文在低信噪比 (10dB)及较小频率差 (0 0 2Hz)的情况下 ,对迭代求解的收敛控制条件进行了研究The geometric structure of nonlinear least squares solution for signals by complex exponents is offered in this paper.Beginning with analysis for the convergent state of alternative algorithm solving two equations together contented by the model's nonlinear least squares solution,the recognition for geometric structure of nonlinear least squares solution is acquired.It would help to construct a fully effective algorithm and understanding for the solution's structure is deepened.The alternative algorithm presented by this paper is fully effective in higher SNR or when the difference of frequency in model is slightly increased.Nevertheless,the invalid convergence (large error) appears in the condition with lower SNR(10dB) and smaller difference of frequency (0 02 Hz),if the convergent control condition of alternative algorithm is only in accordance with varying quantity of least squares error

    Signal Reconstruction Based on Compressed Sensing

    随着信息技术的不断发展,人们对信息需求量越来越大,这给信号采样、传输和存储的实现带来的压力越来越大。近年来国际上出现的压缩传感理论为该问题的解决提供了新的解决方案。压缩传感理论首先将信号投影到一个低维的信号空间,然后通过解一个基于凸优化的非线性恢复算法将信号恢复,而仅仅需要很少的数据。介绍了CS理论框架并对其中存在的难点问题进行了探讨,主要有稀疏近似理论、观测矩阵、信号重建算法。最后将压缩传感理论应用到一维和二维图像数据重建中并给出了仿真结果。实验结果表明,该方法与传统压缩方法相比具有更高的压缩比,并且能够得到更小的压缩误差。With the development of information technology,the demands for information are increasing dramatically,which causes a series of challenges in signal sampling,transmission and storage.An emerging theory of compressed sensing(CS),which is presented in recent years,provides a new method for solving this problem.CS project a singnal into a lower dimension at frist,then by using nonlinear recovery algorithms(based on convex optimization),super-resolved signals and images can be reconstructed from what appears to be highly incomplete data.Introduces the processing of the signal sparse representation,observation matrix and recovery algorithms and focus on the theoretical framework of compressed sensing and discusses the existing difficult problems.Apply this new theory to data of one dimension and image of two dimensions and give the simulated result in the end.Experiments proved CS is higher compression ratio and smaller compression error than traditional data compression algorithm.国家自然科学基金(30770561
