    林农天保二期工程参与意愿及其影响因素分析——以西部四个案例县(旗)为例

    以云南省玉龙县、陕西省靖边县、甘肃省庆城县和内蒙古乌拉特前旗为例,通过林农问卷调查法,取得384份有效样本,运用logistic回归方法对林农天保二期工程参与意愿进行分析。结果显示:受访者文化程度、林木质量、是否知道公益林补偿政策和是否满意公益林补偿金兑现政策等因素对林农天保二期工程参与意愿有显著影响,并以此提出加强农村教育工作、增强公益林生态补偿标准制定的科学性、提高政策宣传力度、优化公益林补偿金的兑现政策的政策建议。国家自然科学基金资助项目“西部集体林区后天保工程时期的生态补偿机制研究”(71273215

    文章从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益3个方面构建西部天保工程区集体公益林生态补偿效益评价指标体系,运用层次分析法的基本原理,对综合评价模型中的距离函数模型及指标量化方法进行分析。并结合西部天保工程区集体公益林生态补偿效益评价特点,构建和确定各层次判断矩阵及各指标权重。同时依据综合距离值的计算方法,说明判断集体公益林生态补偿效益高低的标准。以云南省玉龙县、贵州省修文县、陕西省靖边县为例,采用层次分析法对集体公益林生态补偿效益进行评价。评价结果显示:玉龙县、靖边县集体公益林生态补偿效益处于较高水平,修文县集体公益林生态补偿效益处于一般水平。针对存在的问题,提出提高案例县集体公益林生态补偿效益的建议。From the 3 aspects of economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits, the indicator system is for evaluating benefits of ecological compensation for the collective non-commercial forest in natural forest protection regions of western China. It analyzed the Distance Function Model and Indicator Quantitative Method by Analytic Hierarchy Process principle. Combining the characteristics of non-commercial forest ecological compensation forest benefit evaluation, it built judgment matrix of each level and determined the weight of each indicator. On the basis of calculating comprehensive distance value, it illustrated the standard to judge the benefits of ecological compensation for collective non-commercial forest. Taking Yulong County in Yunnan, Xiuwen County in Guizhou and Jingbian County in Shaanxi as examples, it adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) principle to evaluate the benefits of ecological compensation for collective non-commercial forest. The evaluation results show that the benefits of ecological compensation for collective non- commercial forest in Yulong County and Jingbian County are at higher levels, but that in Xiuwen County is in the general level.     对虾传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒是“须向OIE申报的甲壳动物重要疾病“之一。将该病毒主要结构蛋白基因克隆至毕赤酵母穿梭表达质粒PPIC9k,构建重组表达载体(命名为PPIC9k-IV),限制性内切酶bglⅡ对其进行酶切线性化,采用电穿孔法转化到毕赤酵母gS115宿主菌。采用PCr方法分析和g418筛选来鉴定重组的毕赤酵母,诱导表达的产物分别进行ElISA分析或WESTErn blOT免疫印迹鉴定,分泌表达产物分子量大小为40ku左右,原核表达时制备的兔抗对虾传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒衣壳蛋白的血清可与真核表达的目的蛋白发生特异性反应。The infectious hypodermal & haematopoietic necrosis virus is one of the main diseases of the penaeid shrimp.The gene of coat protein of IHHNV was constructed into Pichia Pastoris secretory expression vectors pPIC9K,named pPIC9K-IV.The recombinant plasmid pPIC9K-IV was linearized with BglⅡ,and then was transformed into Pichia Pastoris GS115 by electroporation.After PCR analysis and G418 screening,the pPIC9KIV recombinant was expressed with 0.8%(V/V) methanol.The expression product was confirmed by Western blot and ELISA analysis.The results showed that the coat protein was successfully expressed,its product was about 40ku,and could recognized specifically by rabbit polyclonal anti-serum.国家质检总局科技基金资助项目(2006IK015

    以不同西瓜杂交种及亲本自交系为材料,研究利用RAPD技术鉴定西瓜杂种的纯度及种质.结果表明:在反应条件适合、引物选择正确的情况下,RAPD技术完全适合于西瓜杂交种纯度的早期鉴定及种质鉴定.同时发现,引物OPD16及OPA07适合种内鉴定,而引物OPA10、OPA13、OPH18可用于杂种纯度鉴定.同时,对利用同工酶技术和RAPD技术在进行西瓜杂交种鉴定过程中的优缺点进行了分析与讨论.By the inbred lines and hybrid of watermelon as experiment materials, A RAPD technolology to identify the purity of hybrid seeds and the germplasm of watermelon was developed. The result demonstrated that this RAPD technology could been used to distinguish the difference inbred lines by primers OPD16 and OPA07 and to identified the purity of hybrid seeds of watermelon by primers OPA10?OPA13?OPH18. Forthermore, the paper also discussed the characteristic of using RAPD and isozyme to identify the purity of hybrid seeds of watermelon

    用于水体杀菌的三维电极和光催化联用的方法和装置及应用

    本发明公开了一种用于水体杀菌的三维电极和光催化联用的方法和装置及应用。该方法为首先利用三维电极电化学反应作用待处理的水体;然后在紫外光的激发下,通过光催化反应剂接着处理水体,得到杀菌后的水体。实现该方法的装置包括依次连接的三维电极电化学杀菌池和紫外光催化杀菌池;三维电极电化学杀菌池的两扇池壁上分别设置有与电源连接的阴极和阳极,池内装有三维电极填料;紫外光催化杀菌池的池壁上固定有光催化剂层,内部装有由若干支用于激发光催化剂的紫外灯。本发明通过三维电极灭菌和紫外光催化联用技术,通过施加较低的电压和紫外光催化,可高效处理含菌浓度较高的废水,能够实现一步法连续高效灭菌的效果,应用前景明朗
