以不同西瓜杂交种及亲本自交系为材料,研究利用RAPD技术鉴定西瓜杂种的纯度及种质.结果表明:在反应条件适合、引物选择正确的情况下,RAPD技术完全适合于西瓜杂交种纯度的早期鉴定及种质鉴定.同时发现,引物OPD16及OPA07适合种内鉴定,而引物OPA10、OPA13、OPH18可用于杂种纯度鉴定.同时,对利用同工酶技术和RAPD技术在进行西瓜杂交种鉴定过程中的优缺点进行了分析与讨论.By the inbred lines and hybrid of watermelon as experiment materials, A RAPD technolology to identify the purity of hybrid seeds and the germplasm of watermelon was developed. The result demonstrated that this RAPD technology could been used to distinguish the difference inbred lines by primers OPD16 and OPA07 and to identified the purity of hybrid seeds of watermelon by primers OPA10?OPA13?OPH18.
