    HPLC and MALDI-Tof-MS Analysis of Hydrolysates of Xylan

    利用HPlC结合MAldI-TOf-MS对1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)衍生化后山毛榉木聚糖水解产物进行分析,检测到了难以获得标准品对照的木聚糖水解产物。结果表明,稀硫酸水解山毛榉木聚糖的主要水解产物有木糖和4-O-甲基葡萄糖醛酸-木糖(b2),以及少量4-O-甲基葡萄糖醛酸(b1)。内切重组木聚糖酶An Xyn10C水解山毛榉木聚糖产生木糖、木二糖和4-O-甲基葡萄糖醛酸-木三糖(b3),而内切重组木聚糖酶HO Xyn11A水解山毛榉木聚糖主要产生木糖、木二糖、木三糖、4-O-甲基葡萄糖醛酸-木四糖(b4)和4-O-甲基葡萄糖醛酸-木五糖(b5)。基于PMP柱前衍生化的HPlC结合MAldI-TOf-MS方法能高效地分析复杂的木聚糖水解产物。The hydrolysis end products of beechwood xylan,which were released by sulfuric acid or enzymes and then labeled at their reducing ends with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone( PMP) derivatization,were analyzed by HPLC assisted with MALDITof-MS.Some of the hydrolysates,which were lack of related commercial available standard substances,were determined.It was found that the xylose and 4-O-methyl-glucuronic acid-xylose( B2) were the main products with minor amounts of 4-Omethylglucuronic acid( B1) in the hydrolysates of beechwood xylan by sulfuric acid.Recombinant endo-β-1,4-xylanase An Xyn10 C released xylose,xylobiose,and 4-O-methyl-glucuronic acid-xylotriose( B3) as the main hydrolysates from beechwood xylan,whereas recombinant endo-β-1,4-xylanase Ho Xyn11 A released xylose,xylobiose,xylotriose,4-O-methyl-glucuronic acidxylotetrose( B4) and-xylopentaose( B5),and aldohexaouronic acid.These results revealed that HPLC assisted with MALDITof-MS based on PMP derivatization was a very useful and robust method for the determination of products in hydrolysis of xylan.国家自然科学基金资助项目(31170067); 厦门市海洋经济发展专项资金项目(14GZP59HJ29); 福建省海洋高新产业发展专项项目(闽海洋高新[2014]25号

The crosslinked polymer matrix acted as structure-directing agent in a pyrolyzing process, whereas the functional precursor was converted into the skeleton of the micropatterns. The inorganic micropatterns could be further catalytically functionalized to grow CNT and ZnO nanorod arrays by simply changing different functional precursors. As a valuable part in miniaturized devices, large-scale aligned CNTs with serial port configuration is highly desirable. Here, we reported that the synthesis of a pair of patterned carbon nanotubes with the shape of serial port by CVD starting from different breath figure templates, cross-linked polymer matrix and ferrous inorganic micropatterns. The growth mechanism of the isolated CNT bundles is attributed to the selectively interfacial aggregation of the ferrocene to the walls of the cavities, a so-called Pickering-emulsion effect, whereas the honeycomblike skeleton of the dense CNT arrays develop from the catalytically functionalized hexagonal edges. This synthesis strategy exemplifies a new possibility for making use of CNTs to fabricate functional carbons with unique geometry or specific properties in a controllable way.     本发明涉及质谱分析仪器,具体的说是一种用于高通量气体样品分析的真空紫外光电离源,包括电离源腔体和真空紫外光源;于电离源腔体顶部设置有气体入口,气体样品通过气体入口进入到电离源腔体内部;在电离源腔体内部,沿气体样品流动方向依次设置有相互间隔、同轴、平行的离子引出电极、离子漏斗和差分接口极板;真空紫外光源设置于电离源腔体侧壁上,真空紫外光源发出的真空紫外光平行于离子引出电极的极板并穿过极板间相互间隔的区域进入到离子引出极板的通孔区域。本发明的真空紫外光电离源可有效提高整个质谱仪系统的检测灵敏度,在高通量气体样品分析和环境中有机污染物痕量或超痕量检测领域有着广阔的应用前景。待填

    A new method for low-temperature direct wafer bonding of InP/GaAs

    通过对 InP/GaAs 异质键合实验方法的研究,提出了包括表面活化处理、真空预键合和退火热处理的三步法,在350℃低温下实现了InP/GaAs异质材料的键合。界面电流 电压(I V)特性的研究表明,350℃样品的界面过渡层极薄,电子主要以隧穿方式通过界面,而450℃的扩散使得过渡层增厚,界面电流 电压特性可视为双肖特基二极管的反向串联。同时,对键合样品也进行了拉力测试,实验结果表明 450℃样品的键合强度优于350℃样品。最后,对InP/GaAs异质材料的键合机理进行了探讨。Based on the research of the direct wafer bonding of InP/GaAs, we proposed a novel method, which includes surface preparation, prebonding in vacuum and an elevated temperature anneal, and bonded InP/GaAs successfully at low-temperature (350℃). Through the study of current versus voltage (I-V) character, we found the interlayer between GaAs and InP was so thin that the carrier can tunnel across the heterobarrier bonded at 350℃. But the interlayer became thick when the annealing temperature reached 450℃, and the I-V character can be seen as the reverse tandem of two schottky diode. Bonded interfaces were also characterized by tensile-strength measurement and revealed that the bonding strength at 450℃ was stronger than that of 350℃.
