Curative Effect Analysis of Clopidogrel Combined With Edaravone in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 观察氯吡格雷联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 收取我院120例急性脑梗死患者,并随机分为两组,对照组患者实施氯吡格雷治疗,观察组患者实施氯吡格雷联合依达拉奉治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 观察组急性脑梗死患者实施治疗后的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组急性脑梗死患者实施治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 氯吡格雷联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死具有效果,不仅能降低患者神经功能缺损评分,还能提高患者的治疗有效率,促进患者康复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with clopidogrel. The patients in the observation group were treated with clopidogrel combined with edaravone and the clinical treatment effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observe group＇s patients treated with acute cerebral infarction was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The neurological impairment score of the patients treated with acute cerebral infarction was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with edaravone has a significant effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can not only improve the neurological impairment score, but also improve the treatment efficiency of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients

Nursing Management of Radical Laparoscopic Left Colon Cancer Operation Extracted Specimen by Natural Orifice

目的探讨经自然腔道取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术治疗及护理管理。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年6月该院29例采用自制套管器经肛门取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术患者临床资料。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术中无中转开腹、大出血、预防性末端回肠造瘘和复发病例。随访4~20个月,除1例术后24 d、72 d分别出现2次肠梗阻,经过保守治疗和护理管理后好转。结论采用自制套管器经肛门取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术安全可行,术中良好的护理管理实施对手术顺利进行具有关键作用。Objective To explore nursing and treatment management of radical laparoscopic left colon cancer operation extracted specimen by Natural Orifice. Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical datas of 29 patients with left colon tumor treated by LA-NOSE from 2014.1 to 2015.6. Results All cases were successfully treated,There was no conversion to laparotomy, bleeding heavily, prophylactic terminal ileum stoma and recurrence. Only 1 patient suffered from intestinal obstruction in the 24 th and 72 th after the operation, which was relieved after conservative treatment and nursing management. Conclusion Radical laparoscopic left colon cancer operation extracted specimen by Natural Orifice is safe.
