A Critique of “Standardized Graphs of the Chinese Character" in Taiwan

台湾从 1 972年开始研制标准字体 ,并于 1 996年编订了一个“国字标准字体研订原则” ,规定了 1 6 0个部件的标准写法。本文对其中与大陆的字形标准有差异的 6 8个部件逐一进行比较和评析 ,提供研制《规范汉字表》作参考。In Taiwan, researches on the standardized graphic forms of the Chinese character were initiated in 1972 and “Principles for Developing Standardized Graphs of the Chinese Character" were formulated in 1996 to prescribe the standard graphic signs of 160 components. The present paper makes a comparative analysis and critique of the 68 components that differ from the standards as established in the mainland China in the hope of providing reference for working out “A List of Standardized Chinese Characters"

Analysis of Active Power Measurement Error

用对称分量分析了三序功率与三相功率间的关系,得出三相功率是同一相序的电压与电流的对称分量函数;三相电路平衡时,用两瓦法能正确测量三相三线电路功率,当三相四线电路不平衡时,用两瓦法测量功率存在误差。Using symmetrical components,this paper analyzes the relationship between 3-sequence power and 3-phase power and concludes that 3-phase power is a function of the symmetrical components of voltages and currents of the same phase sequence.When the 3-phase circuit is in a balanced condition,we can correctly measure the power of the 3-phase 3-wire circuit in the 2-bush method.If the 3-phase 4-wire circuit is not balanced,there might be errors with the power measurement in the 2-bush method

史氏鲟鱼硫酸软骨素的提取及抗肿瘤活性的研究

以史氏鲟鱼软骨为原料,按碱提酶解醇沉的工艺流程,进行硫酸软骨素的碱提工艺优化研究。分别通过碱浓度、碱液温度、碱液量的单因素试验及该3个因素的正交试验,研究其对产品得率及其氨基己糖含量的影响,综合分析得出最佳的碱提工艺为2倍量6%的NaOH,于40℃的水浴中搅拌提取4h;该工艺条件制备鲟鱼硫酸软骨素的得率可高达40.45%,产品质量符合硫酸软骨素口服片(WS1-C3-0030-2000)标准的要求。鲟鱼硫酸软骨素精品和粗品对3种细胞乳腺癌细胞株(MCF-7细胞)、胃癌细胞株(MGc803细胞)、肝癌细胞株(SMMC7721)作用72h时,其IC50分别为7.28mg/mL、7.68mg/mL、4.25mg/mL和8.86mg/mL、9.27mg/mL、7.37mg/mL,与鲨鱼硫酸软骨素精品和粗品有着相似的抗肿瘤活性

高效溶藻放线菌BS01发酵培养基及发酵条件优化

从漳江口红树林区采集的沉积物样品中分离到1株放线菌菌株BS01 Brevibacterium sp.,其胞外活性产物对塔玛亚历山大藻Alexandrium tamarense具有明显的溶藻作用。采用单因素及均匀设计,通过摇瓶培养对BS01产溶藻活性物质的发酵培养基及发酵条件进行优化。结果表明,在可溶性淀粉为碳源、硝酸钠为氮源、装液量为40%、起始pH值为7.5、培养温度为28℃、转速为150r.min?1、振荡培养时间为48h的条件时,BS01发酵产物的杀藻活性最强。通过均匀设计进行最佳发酵培养基及培养条件优化的结果为:可溶性淀粉为20g.L?1,硝酸钠为0.5g.L?1,pH为7.7,温度为27.2℃。研究结果为杀藻活性物质高效提取及杀藻机制研究奠定了基础
