    中国红树林的害虫种类及其综合防治

    通过对文献资料的统计,共发现中国红树林害虫128种,隶属2纲7目55科,其中以鳞翅目、半翅目昆虫为主,分别占总数的52.4%和26.6%。危害无瓣海桑Sonneratia apetala、桐花树Aegiceras corniculatum、秋茄Kandelia obovata、白骨壤Avicennia marina、海桑Sonneratia caseolaris的害虫分别有45种、45种、37种、32种和20种。广东红树林害虫种类最多,共计95种,广西其次,有49种。鳞翅目害虫多以幼虫取食为害,主要包括海榄雌瘤斑螟Acrobasis sp.、桐花树毛颚小卷蛾Lasiognatha cellifera Meyrick、棉古毒蛾Orgyia postica Walker、蜡彩袋蛾Chalia larminati Heylaerts、丽绿刺蛾Latoia lepida Cramer等;半翅目害虫以幼虫、成虫吸食植物汁液为害,主要有考氏白盾蚧Pseudaulacaspis cockerelli (Cooley)、广翅蜡蝉Ricania sp.等。在虫害的综合防治中,以生物防治为主,即利用寄生蜂、苏云金杆菌、白僵菌、捕食性天敌和生物制剂等进行防治,结合物理防治方法可以提升防治效果。此外,对红树林虫害暴发的原因和机制也进行了探讨分析

    本文分析了在机器故障及产品废品条件下 job shop生产的周期定额计划方法 ,给出了生产计划中不同作业的作业定额满足 job shop外部需求的必要条件 ,同时给出了 job shop在一个生产计划期内完成满足此条件的作业定额时 ,对各个工作中心的能力需求 .当 job shop中物料搬运系统的能力充裕 ,物料搬运对生产提前期的影响可以忽略的情形下 ,本文提出了估计 job shop的生产提前期的近似方法 .与仿真实验结果的对比表明 ,估计结果有较高精度 ,从而可作为 job shop的性能评价及其生产管理的依据

    Implementing manufacturing execution system in job shop environment with workflow management technology

    The problems of sluggish customer responsiveness, unfeasible due date determination and inefficient scheduling in job shop environment ate addressed. In this paper these problems are attributed to three causes: The first is the lack of cross-function integration and of process-oriented management information system; The second is the application of traditional MRP II and ERP systems which use fixed lead times estimated based on past experience and general rules. In order to model uncertainty and ro get jobs finished on due date, long and safe Lead times are used which often result in high work-in-process levels and long cycle times, making successive planning mole difficult and less accurate as well as causing scheduling problem more complex. The third is the lack of computerized manufacturing execution system (MES), which provides real-time shop floor control and tracks the status of manufacturing resources. To overcome these shortcomings, we propose an approach of applying workflow management technology to MES, which integrates with ERP to support process-centered management and process automation. Hence, all job shop activities can be traced and their status can be obtained immediately. Production schedule becomes more practicable sot only because it can be revised in real-time according to history and current data analysis, but also because material release time and work-in-process level can be controlled optimally, so rapid response to customer demand and high service level can be ensured

    甘蓝型油菜半胱氨酸蛋白酶cDNA的克隆及组织特异性表达分析

    采用SSH (Suppression subtractive hybridization)和Race-PCR (Rapid-amplification of cDNA ends)技术克隆得到来自甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)矮化突变体'NDF-1'的一个差异表达基因编码区的全长cDNA序列,命名为Bncp5.该基因全长1 224 bp,含有1 080 bp的完整开放阅读框,编码359个氨基酸.该基因编码区与甘蓝中一个与衰老相关的半胱氨酸蛋白酶基因(登录号AF454960)同源性达97%,氨基酸序列同源性达到100%. Bncp5编码的蛋白相对分子质量为39.5×103,等电点为5.57.对其活性位点的分析表明其具备真核生物半胱氨酸蛋白酶的活性中心,且有很高的功能区段保守性,推测为一跨膜蛋白.相对定量PCR的检测结果表明, Bncp5在野生型和矮化突变体的根、茎、子叶和真叶中都有表达,但是表达量存在显著性差异.在野生型高秆油菜中,根的表达量最低,在真叶的表达量最高;在矮化突变体中,根、茎中的表达明显高于野生型,而在子叶和真叶中的表达量与野生型油菜的表达量基本一致

    泥河湾新发现的早更新世真马化石

    记述了最近采自泥河湾早更新世地层中的真马化石, 新发现完全证实了中国学者对黄河马Equus huanghoensis的合理推断. 主要材料包括:一件包括完整的上下齿列的比较完整的雄性个体头骨及其下颌骨标本, 一件雌性个体头骨残部连带下颌残部; 另有一件属于Equus未定种的第三掌骨材料. 化石采自泥河湾扬水站剖面, 时代为1.6 Ma的更新世早期. 黄河马新材料除验证早先定种的牙齿较大、原尖较短、原脊、后脊倾斜等部分特征以外, 还展示出头骨长大、枕孔上隆发育、五边形枕面、马刺很弱、褶皱简单等一系列与其他马类有显著区别的新特点. 第三掌骨材料经对比与产自甘肃庆阳的庆阳马的特征较为接近.</p
