    [[abstract]]台灣持續發展高科技廠房的興建,如新興的太陽能產業、平面顯示器產業(Flat Panel Display FPD)與半導體等產業,為了節省成本及競爭優勢,都是朝向大型化邁進。可以想像太陽能產業&平面顯示器產業(FPD)其製程機台、機構與半導體(IC…)產業相比更是呈倍數的放大。因此,更多的化學品被大量使用在製程上-例如前製程的薄膜、黃光、蝕刻、剝離,及後製程的封裝/組裝、測試等製程,大量地使用矽甲烷(SiH4-Silane)、氫氣(H2)、甲烷(CH4-Natural Gas)、丙酮(Acetone)、異丙醇(IPA)…)等具可燃、易燃或易爆炸的化學品,其危害嚴重性可見一斑。 中國國家標準CNS 3376-10的規範提供國內工廠一個簡易之危險區域劃分技術指引,分成12大項之35個劃分圖系,但大都針對室外環境及化工廠規劃,並無針對高科技無塵室生產設備做完整的防爆區劃及定義標準,而且勞工安全衛生研究所於民國95年1月問卷調查顯示,國內仍有62%以上之事業單位認為無法自行正確規劃廠區之危險區域,因此,此篇課題即是研究高科技廠房無塵室中有火災、爆炸疑慮的製程設備(使用可燃/易燃性化學品)防爆區劃的劃分,提供建廠規劃階段時,給於評估者套用在製程中會使用或產生的可燃蒸氣製程設備抽排氣通風位置設計、選用防爆電氣之依據、合理的防爆電氣成本規劃參考,預防失控狀況(過熱、排氣失效或不足、製程急劇反映問題等)所引起火災,甚至是爆炸。[[abstract]]Taiwan continuously develops the enlargement of the Hi-Tech factory building such as new developing Solar energy industry Flat Panel Display industry(FPD) & Semi-conductor IC industry etc In order to save the cost and be competitive factory buildings are large-sized oriented We can imagine FPD & solar energy industries their equipment and unit become multiple enlarged relatively comparing to semi-conductor IC industry Therefore more chemicals are used in cleanroom like pro-Process including Thin-film Photolithograph Etching Stripping process after-Process including Seal line Assemble line and Testing line etc Large amount of Silane(SiH4) Hydrogen(H2) Natural Gas (CH4) Acetone Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) which are dangerous flammable or explosive chemicals are used The standard of CNS 3376-10 which provides domestice industries a explosion-proof compartment guide This guide mostly plans on outdoor environment and chemical plant but doesn’t plan explosion-proof compartments on equipments and define the standard for High-Tech fab The study defined the explosion-proof compartment where using flammable vapor unit of the Hi-tech The purpose of this article is to address how to assess the explosion-proof equipment settings and integrate the principles regarding the selection of explosion-proof equipments Meanwhile it shows accuracy and the fastest way to select safe and appropriate electrical explosion-proof facility while establishing machinery for ventilation to exhaust Reasonable electrical explosion-proof apparatus cost can be propose
