    Study in Catalytic Synthesis of Uniform MWNTs on Ni/β-Zeolite

    采用化学气相沉积法 (CCVD) ,用乙炔为原料气 ,在 β Zeolite负载的镍基催化剂上成功地合成了外径 30~ 4 0nm ,内径 2~ 3nm ,长度达四十几微米管径均匀的多层碳纳米管 (MWNTs) .研究了MWNTs从分子筛中分离和纯化的方法 .MWNTs were synthesized on Ni/β zeolite catalyst by CCVD method. The results showed that the shape of carbon nanotubes is very regular. The outer diameter is about 30 nm and inner diameter is in the region of 2 to 3 nm.     A metal-semiconductor-metal detector based on ZnO nanowires grown on a graphene layer

The ZnO NWs revealed higher uniform surface morphology and better structural properties than ZnO NWs grown on SiO2/Si substrate. A low dark current metal-semiconductor-metal photodetector based on ZnO NWs with Au Schottky contact has also been fabricated. The photodetector displays a low dark current of 1.53 nA at 1 V bias and a large UV-to-visible rejection ratio (up to four orders), which are significantly improved compared to conventional ZnO NW photodetectors. The improvement in UV detection performance is attributed to the existence of a surface plasmon at the interface of the ZnO and the graphene

    研究不同的脱水方法对催化剂前驱体的结构、催化剂比表面和催化活性的影响 .前驱体的晶相分析表明 :前驱体主要由孔雀石、绿铜锌矿和水锌矿三种晶相组成 .共沸蒸馏脱水法比加热脱水法制备的前驱体含有较多的孔雀石相 .比较共沸蒸馏和加热脱水法制备的催化剂 ,前者的比表面、分散性和催化活性均高于后者 .这些结果对铜基甲醇合成催化剂的生产具有明显的意义 .The effects of different dehydrating methods on the structure of precursor, the specific surface area, dispersivity and catalytic activities of catalysts are studied. The analysis of crystallogram of precursors revealed that the crystals are mainly composed of Malachite, Aurichalcite and Hydrozincite. The crystal of Malachite is more in the precursors dehydrated by azeotrope distillation than by normal heating. The specific surface area and catalytic activities of catalysts derived from the precursor dehydrated by azeotropic distillation is higher than that by heating method.     GaN light-emitting diodes with an Al-coated graphene layer as a transparent electrode

    We fabricated GaN light-emitting diodes with a layer of graphene as a transparent electrode. A 3-nm-thick Al layer was deposited on the graphene layer by electron-beam evaporation. This Al layer plays an important role in protecting the graphene layer during the device fabrication process. Moreover, this Al layer can also enhance the light emission of GaN light-emitting diodes through the investigation of electroluminescence spectra. The significantly improved light emission is attributed to the current expansion, the enhanced plasmonic density of states, and the decreased nonradiative recombination rate. ? 2014 The Japan Society of Applied Physics

    根据1999~2001年的野外调查数据,研究了湖北鄂州梁子湖自然保护区的生物多样性资源,并对其进行了评价。结果表明:有浮游藻类71种,高等植物331种,浮游动物89种,底栖动物49种,鱼类94种,两栖类8 种,爬行类15种,鸟类166种,兽类21种。其中:国家重点保护野生动物25种,占湖北省同类总种数的22.93%;湖北省省级重点保护野生动物64种,占湖北省同类总种数的44.75%;国家重点保护植物4种。认为梁子湖自然保护区水质污染轻,生态系统完整、自然,生物多样性十分丰富,在长江中下游湿地中具典型性和
