Coupling agents have no marked influence on the friction and wear resistance, and the friction coefficient of the composite reveals increasing tendency with the prolonging frictional time. At a relatively lower whisker content, the wear of the composites is characteristic of adhesion and fatigue.     可溶性TAT PTD-Ngb融合蛋白的原核表达、鉴定与纯化及其对皮质神经元的跨膜转导

    【目的】构建含蛋白转导域(protein transduction domain,PTD)与脑红蛋白(neuroglobin,Ngb)融合基因的表达质粒,原核表达可溶性TATPTD-Ngb,并鉴定、纯化,检测TATPTD-Ngb对皮质神经元的跨膜转导功能。【方法】提取SD大鼠脑组织总RNA,通过RT-PCR法构建编码TATPTD-Ngb的融合基因,克隆入pET28b原核表达载体,转化入大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)pLysS,诱导表达,表达产物进行SDS-PAGE、Western-blot分析及可溶性鉴定,利用所表达的目的蛋白上的6个组蛋白用Ni-NTA琼脂进行亲和层析纯化,将不同浓度纯化的融合蛋白与原代培养皮质神经元共孵育2h,用Western-blot分析融合蛋白的跨膜转导。【结果】成功构建了含有TATPTD-Ngb的原核表达载体,插入片段500bp,成功表达并纯化了可溶性TATPTD-Ngb融合蛋白,相对分子质量约为20k,Westernblot鉴定显示表达蛋白具有抗原性,并具有转导入原代培养皮质神经元的功能,随给予蛋白浓度的增高进入神经元内的融合蛋白量增高。【结论】可溶性融合蛋白TATPTD-Ngb可转导入皮 质神经元,对进一步研究Ngb的功能及蛋白转导技术的应用奠定了基础

    [中文文摘]应用硅烷及钛酸酯等偶联剂对钛酸钾晶须及硫酸钙晶须进行表面处理 ,考察晶须对环氧树脂力学性能、工艺性等的影响。研究表明 ,钛酸钾晶须经硅烷偶联剂处理后 ,能很好地改善复合材料的性能 ,硅烷的表面处理效果较钛酸酯的好。钛酸钾晶须添加到环氧树脂中后 ,材料的弯曲强度随晶须含量增大逐渐增大 ,在晶须含量为 8%时达到最大值 ,之后性能稍有下降 ;材料的弯曲模量随晶须添加量的增加逐渐增大 ,冲击强度稍有降低。体系中添加硫酸钙晶须后 ,材料的性能也得到一定程度的提高。硫酸钙晶须对环氧树脂工艺性的影响较钛酸钾晶须小。SEM表明 ,晶须经合适的偶联剂表面改性后 ,与树脂基体的界面粘接得到有效改善。[英文文摘]Properties of potassium titanate whiskers and calcium sulphate whiskers modified epoxy resin were investigated. Surface treatment of whiskers by several coupling agents such as silane and titanate were used to improve the interface properties between whiskers and resin. And the effects of these whiskers on the mechanical properties and processabilities of epoxy resin were studied too. The results show that silane coupling agents have better surface treatment effects than titanate coupling agent and un2 treatedwhiskers. Addition of 8 % silane treated potassium titanate whiskers in epoxy resin, the flexural strength and the flexural modulus of the composite increaseobviously.     Assessing ecological risks of heavy metals to marine organisms in the Jiulongjiang Estuary by species sensitivity distribution

    采用物种敏感性分布法(SSd)构建常见重金属元素对海洋生物的SSd曲线,结合九龙江口水体5、8、11月份21个站位重金属调查数据,计算了九龙江口7种重金属(AS,Cd,Cr,Cu,Hg,Pb,zn)不同暴露浓度对海洋生物的潜在影响比例(PAf),并分析了在相应站位重金属复合污染生态风险(MSPAf)。结果表明,7种重金属中AS的生态风险最大(即PAf值最高);时间尺度上,5月份总的MSPAf较其他月份稍高;空间尺度上,西溪至海门岛(1~7号站位)污染较严重,其中又以位于西溪和玉枕洲的2号和5号站位的MSPAf为最。In the present work,a species sensitivity distribution( SSD) method was used to assess the ecological risk of common heavy metals to marine organisms.The ecological risk was characterized by potentially affected fraction( PAF) of species in relation to concentration of the toxic materials.According to the investigation data obtained at 21 stations in the Jiulongjiang Estuary in May,August and November,the PAFs of seven heavy metals( As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Hg, Pb,and Zn) to marine organisms were calculated.The results showed that As had the highest PAF among the seven heavy metals at each station of the Jiulongjiang Estuary.Spatially,the multi-substance PAF( msPAF) in May was higher than in other months.Temporally,the msPAF of the Stations 1-7( from the Xixi Stream to the Haimen Isle of the Jiulongjiang Estuary) suffered from heavier pollution.In particular,the pollution status of the Station 2 and Station 5 was the most serious among all the investigated stations.海洋公益性行业科研经费专项(201105015); 国家海洋局青年海洋科学基金项目(2011143); 国家自然科学基金项目(31101902); 福建省自然科学基金项目(2012J05074); 国家海洋局第三海洋研究所基本科研业务费专项(海三科2011006)资

    [中文文摘]应用自行合成的一类新型硼酸酯偶联剂及硅烷偶联剂等对硼酸铝晶须进行表面处理,考察了硼酸铝晶须对双马来酰亚胺树脂体系性能的影响.结果表明,硼酸酯处理后的晶须对材料的改性作用较硅烷更加显著;硼酸铝晶须添加到双马来酰亚胺树脂中后,材料的弯曲强度在晶须含量为5%时达到最大值,而后随晶须含量的增大稍有下降;随晶须添加量的增大材料的弯曲模量和耐热性逐渐提高;经硼酸酯处理的晶须与树脂基体具有更好的界面粘接.[英文文摘]The mechanical behavior of aluminum borate whiskers modified BMI resin was investigated. Surface treatment of whiskers by several coupling agents such as silane and borate esters synthesized by our lab were used to improve the interface properties between whiskers and resin. The results showed that borate esters coupling agents treated whiskers made the composites have better surface property than silane treated whiskers and untreated whiskers. Addition of 3% borate ester (BE4) treated whiskers in an BMI resin increased the flexural strength of the composites obviously , and the impact strength of the composites increased , too. The heat distortion temperature and the flexural modulus of the composites increased with the increase of the whisker content . SEM showed that the borate esters coupling agent made the composites have better interface properties. Mixing 3 parts and 100 parts BMI resin , the test piece had impact strength of 1218 kJ /m2 , flexural strength of 14614 MPa , flexural modulus of 318 GPa , vs. 1216 , 11810 , 315 respectively , without aluminum borate whiskers

    作者简介: 祁明信, 男, 1945 年7 月 出生, 教授、主任医师、博士研究生 导师, 主要从事白内障的基础与临 床研究。联系电话: 0591-83570887; E-mail:qihuang@netease. com 通讯作者: 黄秀榕,E-mail:[email protected][中文文摘]目的开展晶状体再灌注的离体和动物实验研究,并对再灌注人工晶状体技术进行评价。方法采用新鲜离体幼兔眼、离体猪眼、新西兰白兔眼,应用自行研制的人工晶状体材料,进行以下实验:(1)体外固化实验;(2)晶状体前囊膜微型撕囊及其稳固性实验;(3)经微型前囊膜开口超声乳化吸出晶状体内容物实验;(4)活的新西兰白兔眼内人工晶状体再灌注实验。结果(1)按硅酮聚合物与固化剂50:1的比例可获得柔软、弹性好、固化时间短(完全固化时间为60min)的注入材料;(2)晶状体前囊膜1.8~2.0mm的连续环形撕囊口具有较好的稳定性,可经该微型开口吸出晶状体内容物并灌注材料;(3)超声能量18%、流量25mL·min-1、负压120mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)为晶状体内容物经微型前囊膜开口吸出的最佳条件;(4)注入灌注材料后可形成由晶状体囊膜包裹的、置换原晶状体皮质和核的、新的再灌注人工晶状体。结论采用再灌注人工晶状体的方法可进行新型人工晶状体再灌注,可为治疗白内障和老视提供参考。[英文文摘]Objective To carry out the experimental study on reperfusion of intraocular lens(IOLs) in vitro or in animal,and to assess the technique of IOLs reperfusion.Methods The following experiments were performed by using self-developed materials in fresh rabbit eyes and pig eyes in vitro,as well as in eyes of alive New-Zea-land rabbits:(1)Solidification study of self-developed material in vitro;(2)Continuous circular capsulorhexis(CCC) in anterior capsule of lens and its stability;(3)Draw of lens contents via phaco through mini-CCC;(4)IOLs ref illing in the eyes of alive New-Zea land rabbits. Results(1) Thematerialwhich was soft, springy and short-term solidification(full solidification time was 60 minutes) were obtained in certain proportion of geland solidified agent(50:1) in vitro; ( 2)The CCC in anterior capsule of lens with 1.8-2.0 mm diameter had very good stability. The lens contents were drawn and the materialwere refilled through themini-CCC; (3) The best conditions of drawing out lens contents through m ini-CCC were phaco energy 18% , flow 25 mL·min- 1, and negative pressure 120 mmH g (1kPa=7.5 mmHg);(4) The new refilled IOLs, which were wrapped by capsule of lens and were replaced original cortex and nucleus of lens, were obtained after thematerial refillied.     气体探测器是历史最悠久的核探测器之一气体探测器具有成本低廉、制备简单、性能可靠和使用方便等特点。而且气体探测器的形状和尺寸可任意设计,厚度可随气体气压的变化而改变,适合做大面积位置灵敏、大立本角探测和有较宽的动态测量范围。所以气体探测器在各自的应用范围内发挥着巨大的作用。在兰州放射性束流线(RIBLL)上开展次级束实验的过程中,束流的定位和发散度测定都是非常重要的。我们研制了两种高性能的双维位置灵勘平行板雪崩计数器(PPAC),一种为传统的三个极板结构,另外一种为五个极板的多极结构,分别适用于较重粒子和轻粒子的位置测量。对于五个极板的多极结构的探测器,灵敏面积为100mm×100mm,采用电荷分除法读出位置,我们用3组分α源测试,工作气体选用异丁烷。测试在6.5mb气压下,位置分辨为0.55mm(FWHM),探测效率大于99.2%,位置离散小于士0.2mm。一系列的性能指标都达到了同类探测器的最好水平。该探测器和以前研制的三极板PPAC的性能均已满足RIBLL的要求,将会用作RIBLL重要的束诊元件和位置探测器。同时改进后还能在即将建成的兰州重离子加速器冷却存储环(HIRFL-CSR)上的束流诊断过程中发挥重要的作用。同时,为在RIBLL上开展超重元素和超重核素的合成实验研制了一种多阳极横向场气体电离室(MAIC)。在100mbP10气体下,对应第四块大灵敏区域,5.806MeV~(244)Cm的α粒子的能量损失为1.30MeV,得出该探测器的能量分辨为41.1keV(FwHM),相对分辨为3.16%。该探测器适合于较重粒子的鉴别,性能指标已经满足RIBLL鉴glI灼子的要求
