Online Robust Dictionary Learning for Visual Tracking Via Part-Based Sparsity Model
视觉跟踪是计算机视觉领域内的重要问题,它在人机交互、认知系统、视频监控等领域具有广阔的应用前景。虽然人们对该领域进行了广泛的研究,但在实际目标跟踪过程中还会遇到遮挡、形变等挑战性问题。因此,视觉跟踪的研究具有很高的实用价值和现实意义。本文在现有计算机视觉跟踪算法的基础上提出了基于局部稀疏表示模型的在线字典学习跟踪算法。 首先,本文提出了一种局部稀疏表示模型来获取目标的局部信息,首先对目标进行分块,然后对每个局部小块独立构造其稀疏字典,并通过计算候选区域中每个小块与目标模板对应块的相似度,获得每个局部小块在目标图像中的投票图,再把所有局部投票图结合起来,得到一张描述目标全局情况的综合投票图, ...Visual tracking is an important issue of computer vision. Visual Tracking of Infrared Object on the Sea Using Dense Sampling Features
在红外背景下,长时间鲁棒跟踪运动目标是一个具有挑战性的问题.提出了一种基于稠密特征采样(dSIfT)并结合词袋模型与粒子滤波的算法来处理海上红外目标跟踪问题.该算法首先采用dSIfT算法对目标区域及其邻域进行稠密采样并进行特征描述,从而得到包含正负样本的特征向量,然后采用聚类算法构建视觉字典来建立有判别力的目标外观模型.在跟踪过程中,对候选区域稠密采样并用学习得到的视觉字典进行外观表示,然后计算候选区域与目标区域似然,在贝叶斯框架下使用最大后验概率方法实现对目标的准确跟踪.实验结果表明,该算法与相关算法比较,能够有效处理红外海上目标快速运动、外观变化、背景混淆、部分遮挡而导致跟踪性能下降甚至跟踪目标丢失的问题.同时在典型图像序列上,该算法也具有较好的鲁棒性.Visual tracking of infrared object in complex background on the sea is a challenging problem.In this paper,we propose a novel tracking method based on bag of features and particle filter with dense sampling.Firstly,local image patches within an object region are densely extracted by using sliding windows(DSIFT)and represented as invariant descriptors.Secondly,visual codebooks are generated by clustering algorithms such as K-means.Therefore,the object region is represented as a discriminative appearance model by the vector quantization and the visual codebook.After that,tracking can operate in a Bayesian maximum a posteriori framework.Each candidate region is represented as a distribution of codebook in descriptor space,which then is compared to that of template target model.The experiments have shown the superior performance of our method on infrared object tracking.Moreover,experiments on public benchmark sequences have demonstrated that our method can track object much better than some mainstream algorithms under circumstances of large appearance change,high speed motion,and partial occlusion.国防基础科研计划项目; 高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金(20110121110020); 国防科技重点实验室基金项

提出了一种基于局部稀疏表示模型的跟踪方法来有效解决跟踪过程中的目标遮挡问题.首先对目标进行分块,然后对每个块分别构造其稀疏字典,并通过衡量候选区域中每个块与目标模板对应块的相似度,获得每个块在目标图像中可能位置的置信图;再结合每个块置信图从而获得目标位置的最佳估计.实验结果表明,该方法与各种流行跟踪算法相比稳定可靠且具有良好的抗遮挡性,并对海上红外目标跟踪取得良好效果.实验结果验证了将稀疏表示应用在海上红外目标跟踪中的有效性及其良好的应用前景.The sparse representation has been widely used in many areas.Part-based representation performs outstandingly by using the holistic templates representation to against occlusion.In this paper we propose a robust object tracking method using part-based sparsity model for tracking an infrared object on the sea.In this model,one object is represented by image patches.The candidates of these patches are sparsely represented in the space spanned by the patch templates and trivial templates.We use a part-based method that takes the spatial information of each patch into consideration with the vote maps of the multiple patches.Furthermore,the update scheme dynamically keeps the representativeness of the templates.Therefore,our tracker can effectively deal with the changes of appearances and heavy occlusion.On the sequences of infrared object on the sea and public benchmarks sequences,the abundant results of experiments launched demonstrate that our proposed visual tracking method outperforms many existing state-of-the-art algorithms.国防基础科研计划项目; 高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金(20110121110020); 国防科技重点实验室基

Developing a Flow-Resistance Module for Elucidating Cell Mechanotransduction on Multiple Shear Stresses
Fluid shear stress plays a pivotal role in regulating cellular behaviors, maintaining tissue homeostasis, and driving disease progression. Cells in various tissues are specifically adapted to physiological levels of shear stress and exhibit sensitivity to variations in its magnitude, highlighting the requirement for a comprehensive understanding of cellular responses to both physiologically and pathologically relevant levels of shear stress. In this study, we developed an independent upstream flow-resistance module with high fluidic resistances comprising three microchannels. The validity of the flow-resistance module was confirmed via computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations and flow calibration experiments, resulting in the generation of steady wall shear stresses ranging from 0.06 to 11.57 dyn/cm2 within the interconnected cell culture chips. Gene expression profiles, cytoskeletal remodeling, and morphological changes, as well as Yes-associated protein (YAP) nuclear translocation, were investigated in response to various shear stresses to authenticate the reliability of our experimental platform, indicating an increasing trend as the shear stress increases, reaching its maximum at various shear stresses. Our findings suggest that this flow-resistance module can be readily employed for precise characterization of cellular responses under various shear stresses
Effect of Du moxibustion in the treatment of Wind-phlegm disturbance vertigo (督灸疗法治疗眩晕风痰上扰证效果观察)
Objective To investigate the effect of Du moxibustion in the treatment of Wind-phlegm disturbance vertigo. Methods Totally 164 hospitalized patients with Wind-phlegm disturbance vertigo were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 82 cases in each group. All patients received routine nursing during the treatment, and patients in the control group were given Du moxibustion therapy, 30 min per time, twice a week for 2 weeks. The degree of vertigo (posterior circulation ischemia) was measured before and after treatment. Results The total score of the grading scale of vertigo (posterior circulation ischemia) was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and total score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The Du moxibustion is effective to relieve the clinical symptoms of patents with Wind-phlegm disturbance vertigo (目的 探讨督灸疗法治疗眩晕风痰上扰证的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—6月医院脑病科住院治疗的眩晕风痰上扰证患者164例, 采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组, 各82例。对照组给予常规护理, 观察组在常规护理基础上予以督灸疗法, 每次30 min, 每周2次, 治疗2周。干预后评价两组患者的中医眩晕(后循环缺血)程度分级评分表。结果 干预后两组患者眩晕症状均有改善, 但观察组中医眩晕(后循环缺血)程度分级评分表总分下降程度优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 督灸疗法可有效改善眩晕风痰上扰证患者的眩晕程度。
Measurement of integrated luminosity of data collected at 3.773 GeV by BESIII from 2021 to 2024
We present a measurement of the integrated luminosity e+e- of collision data collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at a center-of-mass energy of Ecm = 3.773 GeV. The integrated luminosities of the datasets taken from December 2021 to June 2022, from November 2022 to June 2023, and from October 2023 to February 2024 were determined to be 4.995±0.019 fb-1, 8.157±0.031 fb-1, and 4.191±0.016 fb-1, respectively, by analyzing large angle Bhabha scattering events. The uncertainties are dominated by systematic effects, and the statistical uncertainties are negligible. Our results provide essential input for future analyses and precision measurements
