A Research on the Construction of China’s Governance Capacity in the Micro-Blog Era

One Method of Standard Recognition of Underwater Acoustic Signal

研究了制式识别的特征参数提取方法,以小波变换为主,结合瞬时频率统计算法、高阶谱等多种识别算法,对现有水下通信信号调制方式进行类间、类内识别,包括多载波（OFDM）和单载波（MFSK、MPSK和QAM）。仿真结果表明,文章所采用的方法在低信噪比下的识别概率均能保持在82%以上,具有较好的识别性能。This article did a research on themethod of characteristic parameter obtainment. Based on Wavelet Transform, instantaneous parameter extraction and higher-order cumulants are used to recognize the Underwater Sound Signal, including Single carrier（MFSK,MPSK, QAM） and multicarrier（OFDM）. Study on KPIs for Revenue Management Implementation

近年,OTAの台頭により宿泊施設においてレベニューマネジメント(RM)が一般化してきている。さらに,インターネットの普及により口コミに代表されるレピュテーションがRMに影響を及ぼしており,レピュテーションに関係する指標がレベニューマネジャーのKPIとして定着しつつある。しかし現状では,その実態が明らかになっているわけではない。そこで本稿では,RMとレピュテーションの関係を分析・考察した。さらに,質問票調査の結果を用いてその関係を確認した。In recent years, revenue management (RM) has become generalized in hotels with the rise of OTA. Furthermore, due to the spread of the Internet, reputation represented by word of mouth influences RM, and it is becoming established as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for revenue managers. However, at the present time, it is not clarified how reputation affects RM in hotels. In this paper, we considered the relationship between KPIs and RM practices. 中学校技術：家庭科の製図におけるUSBカメラを用いた授業実践

本研究は、中学校技術・家庭科の技術分野において、実際の手元の様子をUSBカメラで撮影し、リアルタイムでスクリーンに投影して授業を行う指導方法と、その手段の有用性について考察したものである。本研究では、その対象として中学校3年次基本実習における製図の授業をとりあげ、簡易的に手元を拡大する方法を、USBカメラを用いて構築し授業実践を行った。また従来の黒板を使った指導も行い、両者の授業を比較・検討した。その結果USBカメラと黒板の長所・短所が見え、USBカメラの有用性とその課題を見出すことができた

【実践報告】「作短日記」の実践

　本学幼児教育科１年次の必修科目である「環境（指導法）」と「生活」では、毎回、「作短日記」というミニレポートを課して、幼児が興味を示しそうな身近な出来事を報告させて、身近な環境への気付き促して成果を上げている。紙ベースの「作短日記」がMicrosoft Teams版「作短日記」に移行することによって、様々な利点があることが分かった。2017年に告示された教職コアカリキュラムでは、「各領域の特性や幼児の体験との関連を考慮した情報機器及び教材の活用法を理解し、保育の構想に活用」が記されており、Microsoft Teams版「作短日記」の活用がその端緒となる
