    Effects of Metal Ions on the Electrochemiluminescence of Ru(bpy)_3~(2+)

    在玻碳电极上,联吡啶钌[Ru(bpy)32+]于+1.50V(vs.Ag/AgCl)左右被氧化为Ru(bpy)33+,该氧化态离子与碱性水溶液中(pH8.2)的OH?反应生成激发态的Ru(bpy)32+*而发光.研究比较了15种金属离子对Ru(bpy)32+碱性水溶液电致化学发光的影响,并对这些影响进行了初步的解释.Tris(2,2'-bipyridine) ruthenium(II) [ Ru(bpy) 32+] was oxidized to its oxidated state,Ru(bpy) 33+,on a glassy carbon electrode at the potential of +1.50 V (vs. Ag/AgCl).     Determination of Microamouts of Ammonia in Meat by Nessler's Reagent Spectrophotometry

    本文提出了一种测定肉中粗氨的方法,可用于肉品新鲜度的检验。在常温下,纳氏试剂与肉中粗氨反应生成淡红棕色胶态化合物,最大吸收波长为400nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.404×104L/mol·cm,线性方程为y=0.52x+0.0001,r=0.9997,线性范围为0~1.0μg/ml,回收率在97.8%~104.8%之间。A method for the determination of the crude ammonia in meat was presented in this paper. The method based on the color reaction of ammonia-Nessler's Reagent in room temperature. The results showed that the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.404 ×104 L/mol·cm at the wavelength of 400nm. Beer's law is obeyed for the ammonia in the range of 0~1.0 μg/ml. The correlation coefficient is 0.9995. The recovery rate is 97.8%~104.8%.     BOD Measurement Based on Oxygen Fluorescent Quenching Rate Method

    利用氧荧光猝灭速率的方法,结合自行构建的BOD光纤传感装置进行海水中生化需氧量(BOD)含量检测。考察了四种筛选的海洋耗氧菌种在四甲基硅氧烷(TMOS)、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷(Di Me-DMOS)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)包埋固定情况下,对不同浓度的葡萄糖-谷氨酸(GGA)标准溶液的荧光响应情况。BOD敏感膜的荧光响应在0·2~30mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,对2mg/L标准溶液测定的相对标准偏差为2·5%(n=6),响应时间(t95%)为4·0min,BOD敏感膜使用寿命大于12个月。实际海水样品检测表明,利用BOD敏感膜检测得到的结果与国标BOD5方法之间存在较好的一致性。Based on oxygen fluorescent quenching rate method,a BOD optical sensing film immobilized four kinds of microorganisms from seawater in an Ormosils-PVA matrix was applied for BOD measurement of seawater. The responding characteristic of fluorescent quenching is researched. The BOD sensing film contributed a good linear relationship between concentration and fluorescent response in the concentration range of 0.2 to 30mg/L. Measurements were taken for 4min followed by 10min recovery time in 2mg/L glucose/glutamate (GGA) BOD standard solution. Some other experimental conditions, such as pH, measurement temperature, the concentration of sodium chloride, were studied.     单根聚苯胺纳米线导电性的研究

    纳米线(管)的模板合成和导电原子力显微镜(C鄄AFM)结合是一种近期发展起来研究单根一维纳米结构及阵列导电性的有效方法.本文利用C鄄AFM测量了阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板电化学合成制备的单根聚苯胺纳米线的电导率,研究了直径、氧化还原态对单根聚苯胺纳米线电导率的影响.从I-V曲线可以看到,其导电性质与半导体类似,但又不同于半导体.尚未观察到反向击穿现象,可能原因是,在一定的反向偏压下的离子脱嵌使得它由部分氧化态(导电态)转变为还原态(绝缘态);电导率随纳米线直径减小而线性地增加;以ClO-4离子掺杂的氧化态和还原态比部分氧化态的电导率低二个数量级

    目的调查产科护士母乳喂养知识水平,并分析其影响因素。方法采用母乳喂养知识问卷对127名产科护士进行调查。结果产科护士缺乏全面而系统的母乳喂养知识,母乳喂养知识回答平均正确率为57.31%。年龄和产科工作年限是产科护士母乳喂养知识的主要影响因素。结论应对产科护士进行针对性的母乳喂养知识培训,提高产科护士在临床工作中母乳喂养的支持力度

    Study of the Fluorescent Response for Optical Ammonia Sensing Film

    利用有机改性溶胶-凝胶的包埋方式,以氨基荧光素(AF)为荧光指示探针制备氨传感敏感膜,考察了AF与γ-[(2,3)-环氧丙氧基]丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GOPS)作用后的膜泄漏度及荧光光谱行为的变化,对氨传感敏感膜的配比进行了一系列的优化,获得了对氨具有高响应灵敏度而对pH无响应的氨光传感敏感膜。利用自行构建的氨传感检测装置对水体中氨进行了检测,传感膜对水溶液NH4的最低检出限为0.3μg.mL-1,测定的相对标准偏差为4%,线性范围为1~80μg.mL-1,响应时间(t95)为4min,敏感膜使用寿命大于6个月。The characters of optical sensing films for ammonia were investigated based on a fluorescent indicator aminofluorescein (AF) immobilization. An organically modified silicates (ORMOSILSs) obtained by copolymerizing various proportions of methyltrimethoxysilane (Me-TriMOS) and tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) was applied. Compared with the fluorescent responses of fluorescein and fluorescein carboxylicate, the fluorescent intensity enhancement of AF for ammonia was found to be caused by the reaction of ammonia with the NH_2 group on AF. The reaction may cause the reduction of the intermolecular self-quenching of AF, resulting in a fluorescence enhancement of sensing film in NH_3 solution. Furthermore, the properties and the ammonia-sensing behavior of the film were investigated. The results presented here emphasized the significance of ormosil as a matrix for dissolved ammonia sensing.     通过有机改性溶胶-凝胶制备(Ormosils)方法,利用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、二甲基-二甲氧基硅烷(DiMe-DMOS)和甲基三甲氧基硅烷(TMMS)为前驱体对溴酚蓝(BPhB)、溴甲酚绿(BCG)和溴百里酚蓝(BCB)的包埋,制备对pH有宽程响应的敏感膜,并以此进行了氨浓度的检测.对Ormosils膜包埋BPhB、BCG和BCB后pH响应性能的研究结果表明,传感敏感膜对NH3的响应范围为0~15μg/mL,响应时间(t95)为3 min,检测限为1μg/mL.研究工作还利用BPhB和BCG膜进行水体中氨含量检测的初步研究.Optical sensing films using organically modified silicates(ormosils) as a matrix for the determination of ammonia in water based on immobilized pH indicators,BPhB,BCG and BCB,have been investigated.According to the experimental results,the sensing films are stability,and contribute high sensitivity for ammonia determination.The linearity of ammonia for different kind of pH indicators immobilization ranges from 0 to 15?μg/mL,and the detection limit of ammonia is 1?μg/mL.The response time t_(95) is less than 3?min.Moreover,the primary experiments on the determination of ammonia in water have been performed.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(项目编号:D0410001);; 福建省科技三项经费资助项目(项目编号:2004Y012

    研究了槐定碱在碱性联吡啶钌(Ru(bpy)32+)水溶液(pH 9.0)中电致化学发光行为。在玻碳电极上,槐定碱中的氨基氮于+1.30 V(vs.Ag/AgCl)左右被氧化为氮正自由基离子,该自由基离子与Ru(bpy)32+反应生成激发态的Ru(bpy)32+*而发光。利用原位在线电致化学发光方法,槐定碱的检出限为1.0×10-10g/mL。Electrogenerated chemiluminescence method based on tris(2,2'-bipyridine)ruthenium(Ⅱ)[Ru(bpy)_3~(2+)] and sophoridine(SRI) in an aqueous alkaline buffer solution(pH 9.0) was studied.The light emission was mainly caused by the eletro-oxidation reaction between tertiary amino group on SRI and Ru(bpy)_3~(2+) in a thin layer flow cell equipped with a glassy carbon disc electrode(22.1 mm~(2)) at the potential of +1.50 V(vs.Ag/AgCl).The luminescence wavelength of 610 nm confirmed that ECL was caused by Ru(bpy)_3~(2+*)to its ground state.Using this method,the detection limit of sophoridine was 1.0×10~(-10)g/mL.福建省科技项目(No.2005I-030

    Optical sensing responses of ammonia in different precursors ormosils

    比较了四甲基硅氧烷(TMOS)分别与甲基三甲氧基硅烷(TMMS)、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷(DiMe-DMOS)和二苯基二甲氧基硅烷(DiPh-DMOS)按不同比例混和作为前驱体所形成的有机改性溶胶-凝胶氨传感敏感膜对氨的响应情况,发现3∶1(v/v)TMMS/TMOS膜在0.1~10mg/ml NH3浓度范围内有较好的线性关系、检测限达0.01mg/ml、响应时间为2min左右。对影响水体中氨光化学传感检测的因素如共存物质、测定温度、稳定性等也作了考察,该膜受测定参数影响较小,有望用于水体微量氨的测定。The responses of the optical sensing films for ammonia were investigated.Organically modified silicates(ORMOSILSs),such as methyltrimethoxysilane(TMMS),dimethyldimeth-oxysilane(DiMe-DiMOS) and diphenyldimethoxysilane(Diph-DiMOS) and tetramethoxysilane(TMOS),were selected as precursors for the sensing films preparation.The properties and the behaviors of the ammonia-sensing films were compared and investigated.The detection limit for ammonia in water was 0.01μg/ml,and the linearity of fluorescent intensity and ammonia concentration ranged from 0.1 to 10μg/ml,the response time was 2min for the best response characters among the films.Moreover,some factors,such as coexisting substances,measurement temperature and stability,were also studied.国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)环境与资源领域资助项目(2001AA635100);; 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(D0410001
