Study of the ammonia sensing film based on pH responses

Abstract

通过有机改性溶胶-凝胶制备(Ormosils)方法,利用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、二甲基-二甲氧基硅烷(DiMe-DMOS)和甲基三甲氧基硅烷(TMMS)为前驱体对溴酚蓝(BPhB)、溴甲酚绿(BCG)和溴百里酚蓝(BCB)的包埋,制备对pH有宽程响应的敏感膜,并以此进行了氨浓度的检测.对Ormosils膜包埋BPhB、BCG和BCB后pH响应性能的研究结果表明,传感敏感膜对NH3的响应范围为0~15μg/mL,响应时间(t95)为3 min,检测限为1μg/mL.研究工作还利用BPhB和BCG膜进行水体中氨含量检测的初步研究.Optical sensing films using organically modified silicates(ormosils) as a matrix for the determination of ammonia in water based on immobilized pH indicators,BPhB,BCG and BCB,have been investigated.According to the experimental results,the sensing films are stability,and contribute high sensitivity for ammonia determination.The linearity of ammonia for different kind of pH indicators immobilization ranges from 0 to 15?μg/mL,and the detection limit of ammonia is 1?μg/mL.The response time t_(95) is less than 3?min.Moreover,the primary experiments on the determination of ammonia in water have been performed.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(项目编号:D0410001);; 福建省科技三项经费资助项目(项目编号:2004Y012
