Evaluating Product Scheme Method Based on QFD and Euclid Norm
为建立面向顾客满意的贯穿产品全生命周期的方案评价模型,对传统质量功能配置进行了改进,实现了产品全生命周期的瀑布式分解.由于方案中属性权重的确定对后续评价起着至关重要的作用,利用I-Qfd-E(IMPrOVEd QuAlITyfunCTIOn dEPlOyMEnT And EnTrOPy)方法获取指标权重值,达到了主客观相结合的目的.由于备选方案存在模糊性,所以采用模糊理论中的欧氏范数对备选方案进行排序.实例结果表明,基于I-Qfd-E和欧氏范数的产品方案评价方法能够得到面向顾客满意的最优方案.In order to establish the scheme evaluation model oriented to customer satisfaction through the product life cycle,the traditional quality function deployment(QFD) is improved to actualize the waterfall disassembling.Since the attribute weight plays a vital role in the following evaluation,I-QFD-E method is brought forward to acquire the weight of each attribute.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to get the first weight,then the entropy theory is used to obtain the revised weight.In this way,the purpose of combing the subjective and objective weight together is fulfilled.Because the spare schemes own the fuzzy characteristic,the Euclid norm is used to sequence the schemes.It can be testified by the case that the method of I-QFD-E and Euclid norm can acquire the best scheme oriented to the customer satisfaction.国家自然科学基金(70772093

Research on the Evolution & Innovation for Modular Product Family
针对当前产品族动态演进机制和系统化创新方法研究的不足,提出模块化产品族在技术层次上的创新演进方法。通过构建产品族的需求—功能—技术(rEQuIrEMEnT-funCTIOn-TECHnOlOgy,r-f-T)映射关系模型,分析当前模块化产品族的技术状况,并通过gM(1,1)模型预测模块化产品族的未来技术重要度情况;在企业内部数据的支持下,通过对模块化产品族初始问题的分析,集成应用创新思维通用理论和传统TrIz(OTSM–TrIz)的问题流网络(PrOblEM flOW nETWOrk,Pfn)技术识别并解决产品族中多个冲突问题;在技术重要度预测和新功能模块—技术关联矩阵(funCTIOn MOdulE-TECHnICAl MATrIX,fMTM)的基础上,以平台比率为依据,通过计算概念化产品族中功能模块的多样性程度,获得概念化产品族规划方案。对小型轮式装载机产品族进行了实例分析,并验证了该方法的有效性。Focusing on the shortage of dynamic evolutionary mechanism and systematic innovation methods of current product family,an innovative and evolutional method at the technical level of modular product family is put forward.The current technical condition of the modular product family is analyzed by constructing requirement-function-technology(R-F-T) mapping model of product family,and the importance of future technology of modular product family is predicted by GM(1,1) model.The multiple conflicts of product family is identified and resolved using PFN technology in the OTSM –TRIZ process,through the analysis of the initial problem of modular product family in support of enterprise data.Moreover,based on prediction of technology importance and the new function module-technical matrix(FMTM),the conceptual planning of product family is obtained by calculating the diversity of function modules of conceptual product family according to platform ratio.An analysis example of product family of small wheel loader show the effectiveness of the method.国家自然科学基金(70772093;71172055);科技部创新方法工作专项(2011M020400);国家科技支撑计划(2011BAF11B00-01);福建省科技重大(2011H6024)资助项

Design for disassembly based on substance-field analysis

Time:December 30, 2013 - December 31, 2013.IEEE CISAs a part of sustainable product design, design for disassembly is critical for maintaining competitiveness of manufacturers. The conflicts between disassembly capability and functionality and reliability need to be addressed innovatively and effectively. This article proposes a method to combine functional analysis and substance-field(S-F) analysis adapted from TRIZ to solve such complex conflicts. First, problems of current design that hinder the disassembly capability of products are identified. Second, functional and cause analysis are carried out for the technical system to transform conceptual description into practical description for components in the technical system. Last, a solution for improving the disassembly capability of products is proposed based on the structural model obtained from S-F analysis. This method is used to improve the disassembly capability of couplings in automotive transmissions, and proven to be effective and feasible in discovering an innovative solution. ? Disassembly evaluation based on principal component analysis

In order to conduct more objective evaluation and reduce the fuzziness and subjectivity in evaluation process, the disassembly evaluation model based on the principal component analysis (PCA) was proposed in this paper. The evaluation metrics mainly incorporated factors closely related with disassembly process, and the principal component analysis enabled more objectively quantitative evaluation, through dimensionality reduction and information integration of metrics. A Secondary Development System on Grader Working Device Oriented to Mechanism Optimization

Time:JUL 15-18, 2011.Because of the complex structure of grader working device, its optimization is a repeated, continuously improved process. A new model has to be set up before each optimization. In order to solve the problem of repeating modeling and improve the product optimization efficiency, a second development system of working device is established. Parametric driving about working device is realized in term of spatial mechanism. At first, the overall design framework of this second development system was established, then customized user interface was completed based on UG/Open API and parametric programs about the working device system were complied based on UG/Open Grip subsequently. The connection among customized user interface, parametric programs and human-computer interaction was realized by using Visual C++, the integrated second development system design of working device was eventually completed. This second development system could not only provide engineers with a rapid design method to shorten the new product development cycle, but solve the problem of repeating modeling during optimization design as well
Physical health care monitoring for people with serious mental illness
Background
Current guidance suggests that we should monitor the physical health of people with serious mental illness and there has been a significant financial investment over recent years to provide this.
Objectives
To assess the effectiveness of physical health monitoring as a means of reducing morbidity, mortality and reduction in quality of life in people with serious mental illness.
Search methods
We searched the Cochrane Schizophrenia Group Trials Register (October 2009) which is based on regular searches of CINAHL, EMBASE, MEDLINE and PsycINFO.
Selection criteria
All randomised or quasi-randomised clinical trials focusing on physical health monitoring versus standard care or comparing i) self monitoring vs monitoring by health care professional; ii) simple vs complex monitoring; iii) specific vs non-specific checks iv) once only vs regular checks or v) comparison of different guidance.
Data collection and analysis
The authors (GT, AC, SM) independently screened search results and identified three studies as possibly fulfilling the review's criteria. On examination, however, all three were subsequently excluded.
Main results
We did not identify any randomised trials which assessed the effectiveness of physical health monitoring in people with serious mental illness.
Authors' conclusions
There is no evidence from randomised trials to support current guidance and practice. Guidance and practice are based on expert consensus, clinical experience and good intentions rather than high quality evidenc
