Research on the Issues and Countermeasures in the Identification Procedure of Industrial Injury

This is a study of Zen poems in classical Chinese made by Sakaguchi Goho (1859-1923), father of Sakaguchi Ango. Although Sakaguchi Goho is known as a statesman, he was also a poet who wrote his poetry in classical Chinese. This study discusses his five Chinese poems which have Zen as an important factor. Calcium Distribution in the Stigma and Germinating Pollen of Lycium barbarum
用焦锑酸钾沉淀法对宁夏枸杞柱头和花粉中的钙离子分布进行了研究.结果显示,宁夏枸杞柱头表皮有一覆盖层,其中有许多含钙沉淀颗粒的小泡,当花粉落到柱头后从覆盖层中吸水,在萌发孔的表面上聚集了较多的钙沉淀颗粒.同时,花粉内部出现许多含钙的小液泡,使花粉体积增大,内部产生膨压,花粉萌发;生长在覆盖层中的花粉管顶端穿过覆盖层小泡时,附近聚集了较多的钙沉淀颗粒,在花粉管壁上也附着较多的细小钙沉淀颗粒.萌发的花粉粒中由大液泡占据,在其亚顶端的细胞质中,聚集较多钙沉淀颗粒的线粒体膨大形成了一些含钙沉淀颗粒的小液泡,由这些小液泡融合形成的大液泡,将花粉管细胞质挤到其顶端,使其极性生长.这是首次发现在植物柱头覆盖层中有钙离子的现象,从体内证明了钙离子在花粉萌发过程中的现象.讨论了枸杞柱头组织中钙的分布和花粉管的萌发与生长的关系.The stigma of Lycium barbarum is wet type and some material to be secreted to the surface of stigma to form a layer of tectum at anthesis.There were many vesicles in the tectum and numerous calcium precipitated grana were accumulated in the tectum vesicles.When pollen grains landed onto the stigma they began to hydrate and form many small vacuoles in which some calcium precipitated grana located,which made a swelling pressure in pollen.During pollen germinating in the tectum,the pollen tubes often traversed tectum vesicles and displayed many calcium precipitated grana on the tube wall,suggesting it to absorb calcium of the tectum vesicles.In the base of pollen tube some mitochondria with calcium precipitated grana swelled to form small vacuoles which fused to form a large vacuole.The pollen tube cytoplasm was pushed into the top of tube to make sure directional growth.This is first time to report that stigma tectum containing rich calcium in flowering plants.The calcium distribution in the stigma and pollen germination and tube growth were also discussed.国家自然科学基金项目(30670126
Structural and Histochemical Observation on the Anthers of Celosia argentea
对苋科植物青葙CElOSIA ArgEnTEA花药发育的结构和组织化学(多糖和脂滴)特征进行观察。青葙小孢子发生为同时型,四分体为四面体型。药壁为典型四层,绒毡层属于同型绒毡层。成熟花粉为二胞型。早期花药中的淀粉粒和脂滴均较少,绒毡层细胞至小孢子晚期退化为体积较大的脂块。二胞花粉时期的中层细胞退化为脂滴。早期二胞花粉中先出现多糖颗粒,晚期的成熟花粉中积累大量淀粉粒和较少的脂滴为营养储存物。Structural and histochemical observations on the developing anthers of Celosia argentea L.(Amaranthaceae) were conducted.Its microsporogenesis is simultaneous and microspore tetrad is tetrahedral.Its anther wall consists of four typical layers of cells and tapetum is homotypical.Its mature pollen contains a small generative cell and a vegetative cell, belonging to bicellular.In young anthers starches and lipids were few.At late microspore stage, degenerating tapetal cells transformed into large lipids, and at early bicellular pollen stage, middle layer cell also transformed into lipids.In early bicellular pollen polysaccharose appeared first, and then lipids.Mature pollen of C.argentea accumulated numerous starches and fewer lipids as storage material.国家自然科学基金(31170289); 公益性行业(农业)科研专项课题(200903016)资
The Character of Anther Development of Impatiens balsamina
凤仙花花药发育比较特殊:在造孢细胞时期,花药横切面中央是体积较大、细胞内含物较多的细胞团、包括造孢细胞和绒毡层细胞。花药药壁细胞的细胞质较稀少,与中部细胞界限明晰。花粉母细胞时期的花药药壁由约6层细胞组成,但细胞的界限不明显;绒毡层细胞显示变形流入药室中。到四分体时期,绒毡层细胞进一步退化。开花时,成熟花药的药壁细胞由一层表皮细胞、两层药室内壁细胞和一层中层细胞组成。对凤仙花花药绒毡层的特殊性质进行了讨论。The anther development of the Impatiens balsmina displayed some special characters.In sporogenous cell stage, there are some large sporogenous cells, containing density cytoplasm, locating in the central of anthers.The cells of anther wall contain less cytoplasm which makes both distinguish.In the stage of microspore mother cell, the anther wall consists of 6 layers of cells, but the limit line is not clear between the cells.The tapetal cells begin to display the degeneration at this time.In tetrad stage, the tapetal cells degenerate further as the cells become small.The mature anther wall consists of four layers of cells: one layer of epidermis, two layers of endothecium, and one layer of middle layer.The special characters of tapetal cells of Impatiens balsamina were discussed.国家自然科学基金(31170289;31100225); 公益性行业(农业)科研专项课题(200903016)资
Raman Spectra of Amino Wagging Vibrational Modes in p-π-Conjugated Molecules
拉曼光谱是一种用途广泛的无损分子检测技术,其能够提供化学物质的分子结构指纹信息.一种面外弯曲振动模被称作WAggIng振动,它的信号尤为特殊,其频率和强度都非常依赖于检测环境.以乙烯胺和苯胺为例,采用密度泛函理论计算研究了P-π共轭分子分别与水簇和银簇作用的平衡结构、成键作用和拉曼光谱.结果表明,弱相互作用,如分子与金属表面的弱吸附作用以及分子与水之间的氢键作用,均使氨基面外弯曲振动模(ωnH2)的拉曼信号发生显著的变化.考虑溶剂化效应后,氢键作用减弱,计算拉曼光谱趋于一致.通过进一步对电子结构的分析,解释了面外弯曲振动信号显著增强的原因,揭示了面外弯曲振动模与分子P-π共轭作用之间的关系.Raman spectroscopy has been widely used as a non-destructive testing and molecular recognition technology, providing fingerprint information for chemical and biological molecular structures.One type of out-of-plane bending vibration observed in Raman spectroscopy is named the‘wagging vibration’.The Raman signal of the wagging mode is very sensitive; not only the vibrational frequency but also the Raman intensity depends strongly on environment factors.In this report, density functional theory (DFT) calculations are used to study the equilibrium structures, binding interactions, and Raman spectra of vinylamine and aniline as well as their complexes with silver clusters and water clusters.Vinylamine-silver and aniline-silver clusters were used to simulate the interactions of the molecules adsorbed on silver surfaces, while vinylamine-water and aniline-water clusters were used to investigate the hydrogen bonding interactions of vinylamine and aniline with water clusters.Our calculated results show that the Raman signal of the amino wagging mode strongly depends on the hydrogen bonding interaction of the nitrogen lone pair in the amino group with the O―H bond of water.Increasing the size of the water clusters causes a large blue shift and considerable enhancement in the intensity of the wagging vibration.When the polarized continuum model was used to consider the solvation effect, the electrostatic interaction contributing to the hydrogen bond was weakened.In this case, the simulated Raman spectra were similar to each other.For vinylamine and aniline interacting with silver clusters, the Raman signals of the amino wagging vibration were changed by the weak binding interaction, revealing the relationship between the abnormal signal of wagging vibrations and the weak interaction in p-π-conjugated systems.国家自然科学基金(91027009;21021002;20973143); 国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(973)(2009CB930703); 厦门大学(2010121020)资助~
