    Study on polychlorinated biphenyl congeners and organochlorine insecticides in Daya Bay

    1999年 8月 4日采集了大亚湾次表层水、悬浮颗粒物和表层沉积物并用气相色谱 (电子捕集检测器 )分析了其中 12个多氯联苯 (PCBs)和 18个有机氯农药样品。总PCBs含量 ,水体中介于 91.1~ 135 5 .3ng/L ,沉积物中为 (0 .85~ 2 7.37)× 10 -9;总HCHs含量水体中介于 35 .5~ 12 2 8.6ng/L ,沉积物中则为 (0 .32~ 4 .16 )×10 -9;总DDTs含量在水体中介于 2 6 .8~ 975 .9ng/L ,沉积物中为 (0 .14~ 2 0 .2 7)× 10 -9;而在悬浮颗粒物中均未检出。水体和沉积物中DDT/(DDE +DDD)比值较大 ,表明近期仍有此类化学物质输入大亚湾海域。本研究为大亚湾养殖海区提供难降解有机污染物的现状资料。Samples at sub surface water, suspended particulate matter (SPM) and surface sediment collected from Daya Bay in Aug.4, 1999 have been analysed for 12 polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congeners and 18 organochlorine insecticides, using gas chromatography with electron capture detection. Total PCBs levels varied from 91.1 ng/L to 1 355.3 ng/L in water and from 0.85×10 -9 to 27.37×10 -9 (dry weight) in sediment. The levels of total hexachlorocyclohexanes in water varied from 35.5 ng/L to 1 228.6 ng/L, whilst in sediment they ranged from 0.32×10 -9 to 4.16×10 -9 (dry weight). None of the target compounds were detected in SPM. For the sum of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes (DDTs), their levels were in the range 26.8~975.9 ng/L water, and (0.14~20.17)×10 -9 (dry weight) in sediment. The higher ratios of DDT/(DDE+DDD) in water and sediment in showed such chemicals will influx into the bay.     1999年8月首次采集大亚湾海域14个站位的次表层水和表层沉积物样品,分析其中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)单体的含量,探讨其可能的来源,并进行典型有机污染物生态危害评价。结果表明,海水中PAHs平均含量为10984±8461ng·L-1,变化范围为4228—29325ng·L-1;表层沉积物中PAHs平均含量为481±316ng·g-1,变化范围为115—1134ng·g-1;大亚湾海域PAHs含量比其它近岸海区相对较高。PAHs的组成在水体中以3环为主,在沉积物中以4环为主。菲/蒽和荧蒽/芘比值显示沉积物中PAHs来自化石燃料的燃烧和成岩作用的输入。PAHs在沉积物/水中的富集系数平均值为72,变化范围为9—756。大亚湾海域水体PAHs污染严重而表层沉积物污染较轻,显示尚有较大量的PAHs输入。为保持大亚湾海洋生态系统的可持续发展,必须加强PAHs的监测,特别是生物体中PAHs含量的分析。Sub-surface seawater and surface sediment samples at 14 sites in the sea area of the Daya Bay were collected in August of 1999 for the first time. 16 individual concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were analyzed and their possible sources were discussed. The ecological hazards of typical PAHs were assessed. The results showed that the average content of PAHs was 10 984±8 461 ng·L~(-1) and varied from 4 228 to 29 325 ng·L~(-1) in the water, and 481±316 ng·g~(-1) and from 115 to 1 134 ng·g~(-1) (dry weight) in the sediments, respectively. In comparison with other offshore areas, the PAHs level in the water of the Daya Bay was relatively high. The individual composition of PAHs was characterized by 3 rings in the seawater and 4 rings in the se-(diments). The ratios of phenanthrene to anthracene and fluoranthene to pyrene suggested that PAHs in the sediments were derived from combustion of fossil fuels and petrogenic inputs. The average accumulation coefficient of PAHs across water-sediment was 72, and ranged from 9 to 756. The pollution of PAHs was serious in the water and light in the sediments, demonstrating that there were still a relatively large number of PAHs inputs.     采用~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷示踪法测定了大亚湾的细菌生产力,结果表明,该海区的细菌生产力(C)的变化范围为0.50×10~(-3)~30.2×10~(-3)mg/(dm~3·h),和其他海区的比较说明,在采样期间,大亚湾海域的细菌生产力是较高的,并对细菌生产力的空间分布以及相关生物、化学要素之间的相互关系进行了讨论。 【英文摘要】 The way using H - thymidine nucleoside as a tracer to determine bacterial production in the Daya Bay was used. The calculated results show that the bacterial production is in the range of 0.50 × 10-3- 30.2 × 10-3 mg/(dm3·h). Comparing with bacterial productions in other sea areas, higher bacterial production in the Daya Bay waters was considered.
