Study on bacterial production in the Daya Bay

Abstract

采用~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷示踪法测定了大亚湾的细菌生产力,结果表明,该海区的细菌生产力(C)的变化范围为0.50×10~(-3)~30.2×10~(-3)mg/(dm~3·h),和其他海区的比较说明,在采样期间,大亚湾海域的细菌生产力是较高的,并对细菌生产力的空间分布以及相关生物、化学要素之间的相互关系进行了讨论。 【英文摘要】 The way using H - thymidine nucleoside as a tracer to determine bacterial production in the Daya Bay was used. The calculated results show that the bacterial production is in the range of 0.50 × 10-3- 30.2 × 10-3 mg/(dm3·h). Comparing with bacterial productions in other sea areas, higher bacterial production in the Daya Bay waters was considered.
