    3D Face Recognition Based on Geometric Features and Range Images

    提出一种基于三维点云数据多特征融合的人脸识别方法。利用深度信息提取人脸中分轮廓线和鼻尖横切轮廓线;采用曲率分析的方法定位出人脸关键点,针对鼻子等人脸刚性区域,选取并计算了4类(包括曲率、距离、体积和角度)共13维的特征向量作为三维几何特征。深度图特征采用结合lbP与fISHErfACE的方法进行提取与识别。在3dfACE-XMu和zJu-3dfEd数据库上比较了该方法与PCA、lbP等单一方法的识别性能,识别效果有比较明显的提升。This paper proposes a face recognition method based on fusing features from 3D face point cloud.The central vertical profile and the nasal tip transverse profile are extracted by the depth information.Calculate the curvature value of the points on the profiles and locate the feature points.For the rigid region of face such as nose,the algorithm calculates four types of geometric features,13 dimensional feature vectors in all,including curvature,distance,volume and angle.Combines Local Binary Pattern(LBP) with Fisherface method to extract the depth features.The experimental results on 3DFACE-XMU and ZJU-3DFED show that the proposed method is more effective in face recognition with compare to the single module method such as PCA and LBP

    Eyes-independent Dynamic Threshold Based Human Faces Preprocessing and Recognition

    针对实际环境中采集的人脸图像预处理问题,提出双眼独立动态阈值方法定位双眼。先划分左右眼大致区域,再采用区域像素点百分比选取灰度值当作二值化的阈值。提取左右眼候选位置后,结合人眼位置的一些判别准则进行最终定位。截取双眼间条状区域,应用灰度累积直方图方法,定位鼻子与嘴巴区域。在Orl库和ESSEX94数据库上比较了区域划分前后的识别效果,实验结果表明采用所提出的预处理方法后,识别效果有比较明显的提升。Based on eyes-independent dynamic threshold,this paper proposes a preprocessing method for human face images collected from real environment.First carves out the approximate area of the left and right eye,and then calculates the gray value from the percent age of region pixels,selects the calculated value as the binarization threshold.After exacting candidate locations of left and right eyes,com bined with the eye position criterion the both eyes can be finally located.Locate the region of nose and mouth by applying grayscale cumu lative histogram method based on the striped areas between eyes.Compare the recognition results before and after zoning human face in ORL face database and excess94 face database,the results show that the proposed preprocessing method can significantly improved the ef fect of identify

    由厦门大学会计发展研究中心提供的第四届会计与财务问题国际研讨会——会计教育改革与发展论文集中的第二部分:教学研究10随着科学技术的进步,目前会计专业的教育观念、人才培养模式、教学内容、教学方法和手段凸显滞后。改革教学方法和手段,加强学生获取知识的能力和创新精神的培养,是深化高等学校会计专业教学改革的重要内容,对提高教学效率、保证教学质量具有重要意义。本课题正是基于这样的背景,在证券实验室的环境下从课程设置、教学方式和师资教育等方面探讨新的会计类课程的教学模式。 会计类课程的教学方法改革,主要体现在演示教学、交互探讨式教学和模拟现实教学;会计的教学手段创新,建立会计模拟作账实验室、会计电算化实验室、会计及相关课程的模拟交易实验室和开发会计教学软件等。本课题研究针对我国高等教育会计专业教学中存在的会计专业课程设置过细、教学方式单一、会计模拟实践教学硬件落后和师资缺乏等问题,基于证券模拟实验室的功能开发和项目建设,提出课程设置的调整方案,建立以“公共基础课+专业理论课(专业基础课、专业课)+专业实践课+公共选修课”的课程设置基本模式,重新整合课程内容体系,以模拟试验室为基础建立课程“套餐”,以多媒体教学推进教学方式的改革。证券模拟实验室为科研提供所需的大批数据,科研所需的检验论证直接通过模拟实验室模拟运行,通过这种“教学+科研”的形式组织学生进行科研实验,在提升教师素质的同时,增强学生的专业素质和科研能力

    目的 研究 p38MAPK基因转染大鼠胶质瘤细胞系C6后对其生物学特性的影响 .方法 利用脂质体介导法将p38MAPK基因导入大鼠胶质瘤细胞系 C6中 ,用免疫细胞化学染色检测其在细胞转染前后的表达情况 ,用 HE染色、流式细胞仪等方法研究其对细胞形态、粘着状况和生长周期的影响 .结果 转染 p CMV5 - p38MAPK质粒组 p38MAPK蛋白表达阳性 ,细胞形态发生变化 ,贴壁性降低 ,出现大量凋亡细胞 .结论 转染 p38MAPK基因可诱导胶质瘤细胞凋

    Determination of Trace Metal Elements in Crude Oils by Microwave Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry Assisted with Organic Solvent

    李景喜( 1980 - ) ,男,山东临沂市人,研究实习员,从事分析化学研究。E-mail: jxli@fio.org. cn。[中文摘要]建立了二氯甲烷溶剂辅助微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定原油中V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mo、Co、Pb等16种微量金属元素。研究表明,用CH2Cl2分散原油样品,以浓HNO3-H2O2为消解体系,采用CEM微波消解系统消解样品,各元素线性关系良好,相关系数≥0.9995;检出限可达ng/L;方法精密度较高,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)<5.0%;回收率为92%~110%。以w(Ni)/w(V)与w(Fe)/w(V)比值为变量参数对不同原油样品进行聚类分析,表明国内与国外不同地区原油样品中各金属元素含量差异较大。[英文文摘]A method for determination of V,Cr,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Mo Co,Pb,etc in different crude oils was established by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry assisted with organic solvent microwave digestion.The oil sample was digested by microwave using HNO3-H2O2 as oxidant after dispersing in organic solvent(CH2Cl2).The results showed that the detection limits of the method reached ng/L level for sixteen elements.The linear correlation of the method was preferable with the correlation coefficient of better than 0.9995.     目的 探讨G蛋白调节子 16(RGS16)对胶质瘤C6细胞周期的影响。方法 利用脂质体介导法将RGS16基因导入C6细胞中 ,在倒置显微镜下观察细胞形态变化和贴壁生长情况 ;免疫细胞化学法检测转染前后RGS16蛋白的表达情况 ;流式细胞仪检测转染pCMV 5 RGS16和 pCMV 5质粒后每隔 12h后的细胞周期变化。 结果 转染pCMV 5 RGS16质粒 2 4h后 3 0 .0 %细胞贴壁性降低 ,突起收缩 ,细胞变圆 ,72h之后细胞又恢复正常 ;RGS16蛋白的表达呈时相性 ,3 6h时表达率最高 (阳性率为13 .0 % ) ,72h表达终止 ;C6细胞的各期细胞比例变化与RGS16蛋白表达对应 ,在 3 6h时G1期比例从转染前的 70 .5 %降低到60 .2 % ,S期比例从 2 0 .9%增加到 3 4.9% ;在 48h时G1期增加到 76.2 % ,S期减少到 11.4% ;72h各期恢复到正常比例。对照组细胞转染前后形态变化不明显 ,RGS16蛋白表达阴性 ,细胞周期变化不明显。结论 RGS16能促进C6细胞周期的运行 【英文摘要】 Objective To study the effect of regulator of G protein signaling 16(RGS16) on the cell cycle of glioma C6 cell.Methods pCMV5 RGS16 was transfected into C6 cells by lipofectin.The morphological and adhesive changes of the cells were observed under an inverted microscope.Expression of RGS16 was examined by immunocytochemical method both before and after the transfection.Flow Cytometry was adopted to measure the fraction number changes of the cell cycle phase every 12 h.Results 24 hours after the transfec..
