    Biological mechanism underlying the formation of greasy fur

    腻苔是一种临床常见的病理性舌苔,主湿浊、痰饮、食积等,在中医临床诊断与治疗中有重要的临床意义与辨证价值,研究腻苔形成的现代生物学机制有重要的理论; 和实践意义。文章从舌表面脱落细胞学、微生态学、相关蛋白与基因表达及物质代谢等方面对腻苔形成的生物学机制进行了综述,并对腻苔与肠道微生态的关系,腻; 苔与现代医学疾病的关系进行了阐述,以期从现代生物医学角度对腻苔形成的物质基础、发生机制、变化规律及与相关疾病的关系作相关阐明,为疾病的中医诊断与; 治疗提供借鉴和帮助。Greasy fur is a common pathological tongue coating and is mainly seen in; the clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), such as in; the dampness turbidity, the phlegm and fluid retention, the dyspepsia or; food accumulation, and so on. Greasy fur shows important clinical; significance and differentiation value in TCM diagnosis and treatment,; there is also great theoretical and practical significance in the; studying of the modern biomedical mechanism underlying the formation of; the greasy fur. Here we summarized the formation mechanism of the greasy; fur from the aspects of the shedding cytology of the tongue surface, the; microecology, the expression of the relative genes and proteins and the; metabolism. The relationship between the greasy fur and the intestinal; microecology, and between the greasy fur and the diseases were also; discussed in this paper.     Determination for the Contents of Neu5Ac, Neu5Gc and KDN in Organ Meats and Muscle of Pigs by LC-MS/MS

    目的:建立液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)测定猪内脏和肌肉组织中唾液酸N-乙酰神经氨酸(Neu5Ac)、N-羟乙酰神经氨酸(Neu5Gc)和脱氨神经氨酸(KDN)浓度的分析方法。方法:将内脏肉组织匀浆后,利用三氟乙酸(TFA)将结合态的唾液酸从糖脂或糖蛋白链上解离下来后进样分析。色谱条件:色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(5μm,4.6×250 mm,Waters),流动相为0.1%醋酸铵-100%乙腈(9:1),柱温:25℃,流速800μL·min~(-1),进样量20μL。质谱条件:离子源为电喷雾化离子源(ESI),扫描方式为多重反应监测(MRM),监测离子对:Neu5Ac:307.7→87.0,Neu5Gc:323.3→116.0,KDN:266.7→87.0,13C3Neu5Ac内标品:310.9→90.0。结果:Neu5Ac、Neu5Gc和KDN分别在0.1~20.0、0.05~10.00和0.005~1.000μmol·L~(-1)的浓度范围内和对照品与内标峰面积比值线性关系良好,重复性平均RSD为1.2%,稳定性平均RSD为1.9%,日间和日内精密度试验RSD均小于6.7%,平均回收率为92.9~106.4%。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可广泛运用于组织和体液中唾液酸的测定。Objective: To establish an LC-MS/MS method for the detection of N-acetylneuraminic acid(Neu5Ac),N-glycolylneuraminic acid(Neu5Gc) and 2-keto-3-deoxy-D-glycero-D-galactonononic acid(KDN) in organ meats and muscle of pigs.Methods: Tissues were acid hydrolyzed with trifluoroacetic acid(TFA) to get ganglioside-bound and glycoprotein-bound sialic acid,followed by injected and analyzed. The analysis was performed on an ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(5 μm, 4.6 ×250 mm, Waters)column, and the mobile phase consisted of 0.1 % ammonium~-100 % acetonitrile(9:1), the flow rate was 800 μL/min, the temperature was maintained at 25 ℃, injection volume was set up 20 μL. Negative electrospray ionization(ESI) and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode was used, MRM: Neu5Ac: 307.7→87.0, Neu5Gc: 323.3 →116.0, KDN: 266.7→87.0, 13C3Neu5Ac(IS): 310.9→90.0.Results: The ratio of internal with standard sample peak area and content of Neu5 Ac, Neu5 Gc and KDN showed good linearity in the range of 0.1~20.0, 0.05~10.00, and 0.005~1.000 μmol/L, RSDs of the repeatability and stability were 1.2 % and 1.9 %, Intra-and inter-day RSDs were all lower than 6.7%, the recoveries of sialic acid were 92.9~106.4%.     Performance Analysis of Three Kinds of Aero-Engine with Inter-Stage Turbine Burner

    为探究级间燃烧室对各种航空发动机的性能影响,利用热力循环原理分别计算了在有无级间燃烧室的情况下涡喷、涡扇和涡轴发动机的性能结果并与实际型号做出对比。通过计算获得了上述三种发动机在加入级间燃烧室后的单位推力和耗油率随飞行马赫数等参数在一定范围内变化的曲线。结果表明加入级间燃烧室后对各种发动机的动力性能提升都在10%以上,个别涡轴发动机可达30%。同时若能将加入级间燃烧室后增加的质量控制在一定范围内,则对于各型发动机均可提高其推重比。In order to investigate the effects of the inter-stage turbine burner( ITB) on aero-engines,the thermodynamic cycle analysis was performed to demonstrate the performance of three kinds of aero-engines with the inter-stage turbine burners.The performance curves for different flight and operation conditions were obtained by calculation.Results show that specific thrust can be improved by at least 10%,and for one turboshaft engine the specific thrust even can be improved by 30%.Based on comparison between the real aero-engine performance and the calculation results,the errors are acceptable and the thrust-weight ratios show the potential capability of ITB application.国家自然科学基金(11002125;51106131); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金(2013121019

    The Circuit Design of Piezoelectric Jetting Dispensing Control System

    基于新型压电式点胶头采用的双压电陶瓷的推挽驱动作为胶体喷射的作用机制,设计并搭建了压电式喷射点胶控制系统,完成了硬件与软件模块的组装调试,实现对下压电陶瓷信号的频率、占空比、幅值、上压电陶瓷信号幅值的连续可调,具备人机交互、清洗、喷射点数可调等功能。经测试,系统各参数达到预定指标,频率显示误差:±1.2 Hz;占空比显示误差:±1%;幅值显示误差:±8 MV。在驱动方波电压200 V、频率65 Hz、占空比20%、喷嘴直径250μM、供料压力4 bAr、喷射高度3.5 MM的条件下,得到平均直径为1.07 MM左右的喷射胶滴,一致性误差为±2%。According to the working principle of newly piezoelectric dispensing head,which using the pushed driving of double piezoelectric ceramic for colloform jetting,we design and establish this piezoelectric jetting dispensing control system.Meanwhile,package the hardware and debug the software,achieve the goal that frequency,duty cycle and amplitude of the lower piezoelectric ceramic signal,amplitude of the upper piezoelectric ceramic signal can be continuously adjusted.The system has the function of man-machine interaction,cleaning,regulating injection points,and so on.After tested,all of the system parameters can meet the presupposed index,with the frequency display error: ±1.2 Hz,duty cycle display error: ±1%,amplitude display error: ±8 mV.Under the condition that voltage of the driving squarewave 200 V,frequency 65 Hz,duty cycle 20%,diameter of nozzle 250 μm,pressure 4 bar,height of jetting 3.5 mm,we get the jetting drops with an average diameter of 1.07 mm,and its conformity error ±2%.中央高校基金科研业务费专项资金资助项目(2010121039

    新疆地区棉铃虫的抗性监测及其交配选择性研究

    Bt-cotton controls Helicoverpa armigera effectively. Single toxin (Cry1Ac) Bt-cottonhas been intensively planted for nearly 15 years in Xinjiang Province, but it is not endorsedby any authority. The status of Cry1Ac susceptibility of H. armigera in this region has notbeen routinely monitored. The same is true for the susceptibility of H. armigera to cottonexpressing Cry2Ab toxin, which has not been released in China. The susceptibility of H.armigera field populations to Cry1Ac and Cry2Ab was assessed in nine populations ofXinjiang in 2014–2015. In order to learn the main host of larva and mating of H. armigera,moths collected from 9 populations were dissected and analyzed by stable carbon isotopein 2014-2015. Moreover, the mating experiment of H.armigera between different resistantlevels and ages was completed in lab from August to December in 2016. The main resultsare as follows:1. The response to Cry1Ac of the nine H. armigera strains ranged from 3.16 to 16.94μg/ml for LC50, 0.013 to 0.741 μg/ml for IC50, and <0.001 to 0.038 μg/ml for EC50 overtwo consecutive years. The susceptibility of H. armigera field populations to Cry1Ac inXinjiang does not appear to have shifted significantly over the past 15 years sinceBt-cotton has been intensive planted. There was no significant difference in susceptibilityto Cry1Ac between strains originating from collections on small-holder versus broad-acrefarms.2. The susceptibility of these strains to Cry2Ab ranged from 3.43 to 19.05 μg/ml for LC50,0.16 to 3.81 μg/ml for IC50, and <0.001 to 0.24 μg/ml for EC50 over two years. There wasno significant difference in susceptibility to Cry2Ab between strains originating fromcollections on small-holder versus broad-acre farms. Pearson correlation analysis was usedto estimate the correlation between Cry1Ac and Cry2Ab responses. Across the nine fieldpopulations, there were no significant correlations between Cry1Ac and Cry2Absusceptibility for any of the three measurements in 2014 or in 2015.3. The host use by H. armigera larvae. The results showed that in different months,female and male larvae had parasitise on different hosts. However, most of them feed on C3 hosts.For Korle, there were 85% female from C3 and 90% male from C3 in 2013, 85%female from C3 and 83.5% male from C3 in 2014, 58% female from C3 and 56% malefrom C3.The mating performance of H.armigerea in Korla. There were always some moths notmating in the field. Mostly, high mating proporations had high mating frenquencies. Basedon stable carbon isotope analysis, in 2013 and 2014, the mating percentage of C3*C4 wereabout 55% and 54% in June, 8% and 9.5% in July, 22% and 28% in August and after,respectively. The mating percentage of C3*C4 was 41% in 2015. The high percentage ofC3*C4 indicated that the H. armigera can mate randomly from different hosts and C4could be a host for H.armigera.4. Mating. The results of multi-choice mating experiment, single-choice matingexperiment and single pairs mating experiment showed there were no significant differenceof the mating ratio, mating frequency and duration time between mating types. Theseindicated that H.armigera between different resistant levels and ages could mate randomly.There were significant difference for the mating between 5-day old male and 1-day oldmale. This indicated that the males’ age could affect their mating choice
