    Effects of metals on embryodevelopment of Tachypleus tridentatus

    分析了不同离子浓度的 Zn、Pb、Cu、Cd对中国鲎胚胎发育的影响。结果表明 :1 4种金属离子浓度≤渔业水域水质标准浓度 4倍时 ,对中国鲎胚胎发育无明显毒性效应 ;≥渔业水域水质标准浓度 8倍时 ,Cd离子和 Cu离子对中国鲎胚胎发育无明显影响 ,而 Zn离子组和 Pb离子组胚体发育随离子浓度提高而卵径变小 ,发育速度下降 ;2浓度为 1 .6mg/L时 ,Zn和 Pb离子组胚胎致畸率分别为 4 4%和 58% ,Pb离子组胚体孵化率仅 2 .67% ;3 4种重金属对中国鲎胚胎发育的毒性效应表现为 Pb>Zn>Cu=Cd;4中国鲎胚胎对重金属有蓄积作用 ,蓄积效应随金属种类不同而异。The effects of Zn、Pb、Cu and Cd on embryodevelopment of horsecrab \%T.tridentatus\% were investigated in present paper. The results showed that: (1)The embryodevelopment of this animal was not obviously affected by each of the four metals when the concentration of each ion was not more than four times of those described in Standard of Fishery Water Quality,but being disturbed in varying degrees as the concentration of each ion reached eight times or even higher than that of the Standard, for example, there is no effect on the embryodevelopment for the Cd and Cu ion at this degree,nevertheless, the diameter of embryos seemed smaller and the embryodevelopment rate became lower as Zn or Pb concentration increased. (2)Teramorphous rate of embryo was 44% as Zn concentration reached 1.6mg/L; but teramorphous rate and hatching rate were 58% and 2.67% respectively as the same concentration of Pb . (3)Based on the results above, the toxicity of heavy metals to the horsecrab's embryo showed: Pb>Zn>Cd=Cu.     3D-printed integrative probeheads for magnetic resonance

    射频探头前端作为核磁共振设备的核心部件之一,极大程度的决定着系统实验性能的优劣。探头前端通常由射频线圈、射频电路及样品检测管道等部分组成。现有的射频线圈制作技术主要是通过手工或机械手段按照所需的线圈形状进行绕制。但是,当线圈结构较为复杂、不规则,或体积尺寸较小时,常规绕制方法便难以满足结构设计和制造的精度需求,因此造成线圈性能的劣化,增大检测区域的射频场不均匀性,对核磁共振检测产生负面影响。本研究中,利用3D打印熔融沉积制造或光敏树脂选择性固化技术精确加工出一体化磁共振探头前端,使用常温液态金属填充线圈模型管路形成射频线圈,搭建出稳定的一体化磁共振射频探头。利用高精度3D打印和液态金属灌注技术制备出包含有射频线圈和定制化样品管道结构在内的一体化磁共振射频探头前端,克服了传统磁共振三维微型线圈成型困难、与样品腔匹配程度差等问题,提高了探头的信噪比,为定制化的磁共振检测提供了新思路。 该工作由厦门大学电子科学与技术学院陈忠教授、游学秋副研究员和孙惠军高级工程师共同指导完成,博士研究生谢君尧为论文第一作者。厦门大学电子科学与技术学院黄玉清高级工程师、王忻昌副教授、倪祖荣助理教授、硕士研究生张德超,化学化工学院杨朝勇教授、博士研究生李星锐,萨本栋微米纳米科学技术研究院陈宏教授为合作作者。【Abstract】Magnetic resonance (MR) technology has been widely employed in scientific research, clinical diagnosis and geological survey. However, the fabrication of MR radio frequency probeheads still face difficulties in integration, customization and miniaturization. Here, we utilized 3D printing and liquid metal filling techniques to fabricate integrative radio frequency probeheads for MR experiments. The 3D-printed probehead with micrometer precision generally consists of liquid metal coils, customized sample chambers and radio frequency circuit interfaces. We screened different 3D printing materials and optimized the liquid metals by incorporating metal microparticles. The 3D-printed probeheads are capable of performing both routine and nonconventional MR experiments, including in situ electrochemical analysis, in situ reaction monitoring with continues-flow paramagnetic particles and ions separation, and small-sample MR imaging.     Sequence Polymorphism of Mitochondrial 16S rRNA Gene Fragment in Hapalogenys nitens and Plectorhinchus cinctus

    应用PCR技术扩增了我国南方重要养殖石鲈科鱼类斜带髭鲷(Hapalogenys nitens)和花尾胡椒鲷(Plectorhinchuscinctus)线粒体DNA(m tDNA)的16S rRNA基因片段,纯化后分别进行EcoRⅠ、M seⅠ、PstⅠ、SacⅠ和HindⅢ等5种限制性内切酶酶切和测序分析.酶切结果为:斜带髭鲷16S rRNA扩增片段被M seⅠ和SacⅠ两种内切酶酶切,花尾胡椒鲷16SrRNA扩增片段只被M seⅠ酶切.两者在M seⅠ和SacⅠ酶切图谱的差异可作为区分两者的遗传标记.16S rRNA序列分析结果表明,斜带髭鲷和花尾胡椒鲷的遗传相似度为86.94%,遗传差异为13.06%.进化上,两者分化年代大约为1.98×106年前.The fish Hapalogenys nitens and Plectorhinchus cinctus were both valued reared species in family Pomadasyidae.The mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene fragments of two fish were both amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),sequenced and digested with five restriction enzymes of EcoR Ⅰ?Mse Ⅰ?Pst Ⅰ?Sac Ⅰand Hind Ⅲrespectively.The results showed that DNA sequences about 680 base-pair(bp) of 16S rRNA in two species were acquired.The fragment of 16S rRNA gene in P.cinctus was only digested by Mse Ⅰ,and the fragment in H.nitens was digested by Mse Ⅰand Sac Ⅰ.And the number of cleavage sites of P.cinctus digested by Mse Ⅰwas different from H.nitens.These differences could be used as the genetic marker to distinguish P.cinctus from H.nitens.Aligning of the DNA sequence of 16S rRNA gene revealed that genetic similarity and the genetic difference between two species were 86.94% and 13.06% respectively.And the 16S rRNA sequence divergence indicated that divergence of the two species occurred about 1.98×106 years before.国家自然科学基金(30070595);; 福建省自然科学基金(B80010003)资

    采用体内注射PHA和染色体常规制片方法对状黄姑鱼 (NibeamiichtheoidesChu,Lo &Wu)的核型进行了研究 ,结果表明状黄姑鱼二倍体染色体数目为2n=48,核型为2n=48t ,臂数NF=48。本文还就鱼类的染色体核型演化趋势进行了探讨。The karyotypes of Nibea miichtheoides collected from Xiamen in Fujian and Zelin in Guangdong in Apr. 2000 and Jan. 2001 respectively were analyzed by injection of PHA and colchicines in this paper. Under the microscopes ,the chromosomes prepared from the head-kidney tissues were observed and measured. The result showed that the karyotype of Nibea miichtheoides was 2 n=48 t, NF=48.     应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)技术 ,对取自广东饶平海水网箱养殖的斜带髭鲷 (Hapalogenysnitens)人工苗养殖群体同工酶的多态性进行分析 .结果表明 :在对 48尾鱼所检测出的 1 1种同工酶的 2 3个基因座位中 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、苹果酸脱氢酶 (MDH)和过氧化物酶 (PER)等酶的基因座位上发现多态性 ,其平均多态位点比例 (P)为 1 7.39% ,基因座位有效等位基因的平均数 (Ne)为 1 .1 74,平均杂合度的观测值 (Ho)为 0 .0 51 ,预期值 (He)为 0 .0 39,Hardy Weinberg遗传偏离指数 (D)为 0 .2 91 .这说明该养殖群体具有较高的遗传变异水平 .Isoenzymes isolated from cultured Hapalogenys nitens stock collected from Raoping in Guangdong in January 2001 were investigated by polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (PAGE) in this paper. Among the 23 loci in 11 enzymes examined, three loci polymorphic were found. The mean level of polymophism is 17.39% and heterozygosity is 0.051. Isoenzymes analysis values of H.nitens are mediate within the range of the values reported for other marine fish populations.     本发明公开一种高硫含量碳硫锂离子电池材料的制备方法及其应用。该方法是将单质硫加入到反应容器内,注入六氯丁二烯于100~300℃、0~15 MPa压力条件下密闭反应,后处理后离心、沉淀水洗,干燥得初品;在惰性气体保护下,管式炉热处理30 min~4h即可。高硫含量新型碳硫材料在锂离子电池中的应用。本发明方法极其简单,原料来源丰富,制备出的高硫含量新型碳硫分子材料,碳原子和硫原子以化学键的形式结合,其中硫元素的含量占该材料的质量百分比可达10﹪~80﹪。碳硫原子通过化学键相互结合,硫原子在材料中得到均匀分散,使得在充放电过程中能与锂离子充分接触并反应,极大地提高了锂离子电池的比容量和循环性能
