    人骨髓间充质干细胞分离培养方法的改进

    背景:当前分离培养骨髓间充质干细胞方法的有多种,但在外科手术中进行获取的方法仍然较少,而外科分离所得细胞对于相应疾病的具有揭示原因和提供研究线索的价值。目的:在骨科手术中以直接贴壁差速贴壁分离培养纯化与鉴定骨髓间充质干细胞。方法:在骨科关节置换等大手术中吸取少量人骨髓血,采用直接贴壁法分离骨髓间充质干细胞,在贴壁后36~48h行洗盘处理,并通过长期体外培养,特定培养基自身的筛选作用对细胞进行筛选,当细胞生长达到足量时进行鉴定。结果与结论:采用直接贴壁法能够在长骨髓腔内混合血中分离培养骨髓间充质干细胞并形成集落,其形态学表现和表面分子经鉴定符合骨髓间充质干细胞特点,能够获得符合要求的人骨髓间充质干细胞,从而进行后续实验

    本发明涉及一种碳纤维热塑复合材料的焊接方法及其中所用到的掺杂树脂,属于复合材料连接固定技术领域。该掺杂树脂包括基体材料和掺杂材料,所述基体材料为透明的热塑性树脂,所述掺杂材料为能够吸收光能转换为热能的有色颗粒,所述掺杂材料在所述掺杂树脂中的体积百分比为0.01%-1%。该掺杂树脂可用做碳纤维热塑复合材料焊接的填充树脂,在焊接时,于待焊接的碳纤维热塑复合材料之间填充一层上述掺杂树脂,并以激光照射该掺杂树脂,激光束在此掺杂树脂内部传输,被该掺杂树脂吸收形成一条热源带,对该填充用的掺杂树脂和碳纤维热塑复合材料的基体树脂进行加热,并使其融化,熔融态的树脂材料在外部压力作用下流动、扩散、凝固,即可形成焊接

    实验研究了中低温焙烧-NH4Cl浸出碱浸同时回收湿法炼锌黄钾铁矾渣中有价金属及Fe的新工艺.黄钾铁矾渣在650℃下焙烧1h后,渣中Zn,Pb的主要物相KFe3(SO4)2(OH)6分解为Fe2O3,ZnSO4和PbSO4.在105℃、液固比10:2(ω)条件下用6mol/LNH4Cl浸出2h,Zn,Pb和Cd的浸出率均在95%以上,同时Fe含量由焙烧后的23.21%提高到40%.所得浸出渣再于160℃下用23.08%(ω)的NaOH溶液浸出1h,Fe含量可提高到54%左右,且As含量可降低到0.1%.最终的浸出渣可作为铁精矿使用

    Catalytic recombination of atomic oxygen, the main species of air ionization, on heat shield material surfaces was studied in a microwave plasma flow reactor. The atomic oxygen concentration profile above material samples was nonintrusive measured by optical emission spectroscopy. The catalytic recombination coefficients on material surfaces were deduced by the diffusion equation. The catalytic recombination coefficients for the heat shield materials at high temperature obtained in the present experiment are very important parameters for thermal shield design of space vehicles

    黑果枸杞原花青素合成相关无色花色素还原酶基因和花青素还原酶基因的克隆及表达分析(英文)

    原花青素是黑果枸杞中一类重要的植化产物,但其生物合成机制仍不清楚。本研究利用黑果枸杞EST数据库,克隆了无色花色素还原酶基因(LrLAR)和花青素还原酶基因(LrANR)。PCR结果表明,LrLAR和LrANR分别由333个氨基酸残基、338个氨基酸残基组成的蛋白编码。进化分析表明,相应蛋白LrLAR、LrANR分别聚类于LAR和ANR簇。实时定量PCR结果表明,从果实未成熟时期到变色期,LrLAR、LrANR的表达量均急剧上升,但在随后的发育时期中逐渐下降;与在果实中相比,在嫩叶、成熟叶、茎、根中,两基因的表达量极低。植化分析发现,果实中总原花青素含量高于嫩叶、成熟叶、茎、根中的含量,并且在果实成熟过程中呈现先增加后基本趋于稳定的趋势。本研究将为揭示黑果枸杞原花青素生物合成机制及促进其工程改良奠定基础

    Influence of starvation and eyestalk ablation on the biochemical composition of hepatopancreas during ovarian development of Marsupenaeus japonicas

    在水温为23.5±1.5℃,PH=7.0~8.0,盐度为30~32,光照为1 000 luX左右的条件下,对来自台湾海峡的日本囊对虾亲虾(体质量为83.26±1.47 g/Ind.)进行饥饿和切除眼柄的处理,实验为期9 d,设置对照组、切除眼柄组、饥饿组和饥饿+切除眼柄4个组,采用形态解剖称量法和酶学法测定亲虾卵巢发育过程肝胰腺内葡萄糖、胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的变化情况.实验结果表明,繁殖期间亲虾肝胰腺中的葡萄糖、胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量变化随着促熟时间延续呈下降走势,其中切除眼柄组亲虾肝胰腺内葡萄糖含量和胆固醇含量变化最大,分别从(66.72±3.82)x10-3、(48.70±4.81)x10-3Mg/g下降到(12.13±1.52)x10-3、(14.50±1.47)x10-3Mg/g,而切除眼柄+饥饿组甘油三酯含量从(32.00±3.18)x10-1Mg/g下降到(5.92±1.24)x10-1Mg/g,降幅达到81.50%;实验过程3种生化储备物含量水平,切除眼柄组一直低于对照组,切除眼柄+饥饿组低于饥饿组,而饥饿组远远低于对照组;分析认为繁殖期间亲虾肝胰腺中葡萄糖、胆固醇和甘油三酯的吸收和积累小于转移;切除眼柄能促进亲虾肝胰腺中葡萄糖、胆固醇和甘油三酯通过血淋巴转移到性腺,加快能量的转化效率;性腺发育所需的生化储备物质主要来源于食物,饥饿不利于性腺发育.The morphological anatomy,weighing method and enzymatic method were used to investigate the changes of glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride of hepatopancreaslevels during the ovarian development of Marsupenaeus japonicas(weight 83.26±1.47g) caught from Taiwan Strait.The organisms,starved and eyestalk ablated,cultured inwater temperature 22~25℃,salinity 30~32 and pH 7.0~8.0,were divided into 4 groups,i.e.the control group,eyestalk ablation,starvation,starvation with eyestalk ablation.The results showed that glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride of hepatopancreascontentsdecreasedwith the maturation.The greatest change group of glucose content and cholesterol content in hepatopancreas was the eyestalk ablation.There were decreased from(66.72±3.82)× 10- 3mg/g,(48.70±4.81)×10- 3mg/g to(12.13±1.52)×10- 3mg/g,(14.50±1.47)×10- 3mg/g respectively.The triglyceride content in hepatopancreas of starved with eyestalk ablated broodstock was decreased from(32.00 ±3.18)×10- 1mg/g to(5.92±1.24)×10- 1mg/g,and the decreasing range was 81.50%.Threebiochemical contents of eyestalk ablation group were lower than the control group.The group of starvationwitheyestalk ablation was lower than the starvation group.The starvation groupwas much lower compared with the control group.It considered that the absorption and accumulation of glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride were slowerthan the transportation during reproductive period.The eyestalk ablation could promote the transfer of glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride to ovary through hemolymph and improve energy conversion efficiency.However,starvation was harmful for ovarian development because biochemical reserve substances,which is from food,aresubstantial for ovarian development.国家高科技发展计划863资助项目(2006AA10A406); 福建省科技计划资助项目(2012N0030
