    研究了辽东半岛温泉气体的HE浓度和HE同位素的组成特征 .3HE/4HE值分布于 0 .14~ 0 .72rA之间(rA 为大气的3HE/4HE比值 1.4 0x 10 - 6 ) ,HE同位素组成与HE浓度和4 HE/2 0 nE比值呈现线性相关 ,表明有少量地幔HE(约 9% )抵达地表 .温泉气体的3HE/4HE值与研究区的大地热流呈现相似的空间分布特征 ,说明两者具有一定的成因关系 .地幔局部熔融形成的岩浆很可能沿深大断裂侵入地壳 .幔源HE、热流异常以及地震活动在空间上的耦合可能反映了地幔脱气与地震活动的内在联系 .国家自然科学基金!(批准号:49133009)资助项

    干旱胁迫对紫花苜蓿幼苗形态和生理特征的影响

    为研究干旱胁迫对不同紫花苜蓿品种幼苗生长的影响,选取我国北方育成的5个耐寒苜蓿品种,采用盆栽实验的方式,模拟不同干旱胁迫水平(对照、轻度干旱、中度干旱和重度干旱)。通过测量紫花苜蓿幼苗农艺指标、形态和生理特征,并利用隶属函数综合评估各品种的耐旱性。研究结果表明,干旱胁迫程度显著影响苜蓿的形态和生理特征,随干旱胁迫程度的升高,各品种苜蓿形态性状中的地上生物量、基茎粗、株高、根长、叶片数和根瘤数下降,而根长、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量表现为先升高后下降的趋势。经综合评价,5个品种抗旱性能力由强到弱依次为:敖汉苜蓿>公农1号>甘农3号>龙牧803>东苜1号。综上所述,敖汉苜蓿适合在重度干旱条件下种植,甘农3号适合在轻度和中度干旱条件下种植,公农1号在各干旱条件下种植表现均优。以上结果为紫花苜蓿的耐旱研究、抗旱选育及在干旱、半干旱地区的栽培种植提供了重要信息

    China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists from the NSFC [20825101, 21231004]; SSTC [11XD1400200, 10431903100]; State Key Basic Research Program of China [2012CB932403]; SLADP [B108]The phosphorescent silver(I)-gold(I) cluster complex [CAu6Ag2(dppy)(6)](BF4)(4) (N1) selectively stains the nucleolus, with a much lower uptake in the nucleus and cytoplasm, and exhibits excellent photostability. This Ag-Au cluster, which has a photoluminescent lifetime of microseconds, is particularly attractive as a probe in applications of time-gated microscopy. Investigation of the pathway of cellular entry indicated that N1 permeates the outer membrane and nuclear membrane of living cells through an energy-dependent and non-endocytic route within 10 mm. High concentrations of N1 in the nucleolus have been quantified by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) and transmission electron microscopy coupled with an energy dispersive X-ray analysis (TEM-EDXA), which also helped to elucidate the mechanism of the specific staining. Intracellular selective staining may be correlated with the microenvironment of the nucleolus, which is consistent with experiments conducted at different phases of the cell cycle. These results prove that N1 is a very attractive phosphorescent staining reagent for visualizing the nucleolus of living cells. (C) 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved

    Heterogeneity of aging brain: a preliminary comparative study of functional magnetic resonance imaging in elderly people

    目的:探索脑功能老化异质性的相关机制。方法:10例成功老龄(SA)、10例常态老龄(UA)和9例轻度认知功能损害(MCI)患者进行词汇流畅性作业(VFT)的fMRI检查,比较脑激活表现。结果:SA与UA均明显激活顶叶、额叶、扣带前回及枕叶,MCI除右侧额叶外激活普遍低下; SA激活强度大于UA,但差异无统计学意义,二者激活强度均高于MCI,差异有统计学意义(P&lt;0.01)。SA左前额叶(尤其左侧前额叶背外侧皮质)激活显著,UA与MCI激活相对减弱,差异有统计学意义(P=0.01)。SA脑激活呈一致优势侧偏(偏侧化指数LIs=0.46),UA和MCI脑激活总体无偏侧性(LIs分别为-0.12和-0.06); (4)SA与UA均有显著枕叶激活,MCI激活不明显。结论:脑老化过程中存在着异质性,涉及了复杂的脑功能机制; 左侧前额叶背外侧皮质激活程度和偏侧化指数可作为衡量脑功能老化水平的参考指标。</p
