    Fission life-time calculation using a complex absorbing potential

    A comparison between the semi-classical approximation and the full quantum calculation with a complex absorbing potential is made with a model of the fission of 258Fm. The potential barrier is obtained with the constrained Skyrme HF+BCS theory.     An Empirical Study of Cross-industry Brand Alliances

    伴随着扁平化世界的到来,跨行业品牌联合为企业带来了新鲜活力,越来越多的企业投身到该联合中来。部分学者采用实验法对虚拟品牌或者真实品牌的虚拟联合进行了探究,鲜有将跨行业品牌联合作为一个专门的研究课题。为了展现当前跨行业品牌联合的实际状况以及投资者对企业联合声明的态度,本文以国内外实际采用了跨行业联合行为的130对企业共计286家企业为样本,对这些企业参与跨行业品牌联合的基本形态进行了分析。结果发现:从联合目的而言68.2%的企业参与跨行业品牌联合是为了获得资金与销售上的优势,只有91家企业是为了获得声誉或者形象上的提高。形式上有54.6%对企业采用的是促销形式的联合,其次是在产品与渠道上的合作,...With the arrival of the flat world, more and more enterprises tend to enter different types of brand alliances with varying motives.
