    Identification of Candidate Plasma Altered miRNA Associated with Bone Metastasis of Lung Cancer

    我国货币市场和资本市场连通程度的动态分析

    本文通过实证研究发现,我国货币市场与资本市场之间不存在紧密的联系。通过动态分析,我们认为一个市场上的资金变动和价格变动无法影响另一个市场上的资金变动和价格变动,虽然这些价格和资金分隔的情况在逐渐消除。我们还发现交易所债券市场的即期利率初步具备了合理的期限结构图形,而银行间债券市场还没有。本文最后为两个市场的连通提出政策建议。Dynamic ananlysis shows no evidence of close interconnection between China's money market and capital market .The changes of trading volume and price in one market can not influence those of the other market,though the segmentation decreases over time.We also find that the term structure of interest rate in bond market in Shanghai Stock Exchange is more effective than in the inter-bank market.Finally we offers some policy suggestions as for the interconnection between these two markets.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70403011)的资助;; 中国博士后科学基金项目(2004035292

    This paper focuses on the Kashiwabara House Grape Shippers Association, a member organization of JA Osaka Nakakawachi. First, we would like to analyze what kind of activities the member organization is performing to demonstrate its organizational strength in the agricultural cooperative organization, and clarify its functions and issues, as well as the direction of its future development. Specifically, what role do member organizations play in bringing out the organizational strength of agricultural cooperatives? Alternatively, we would like to examine what conditions are necessary to strengthen organizational strength. In this paper, we will survey past research on the organizational strength of agricultural cooperatives and, based on the results of field interviews, examine the role of member organizations and their role in bringing out the organizational strength of agricultural cooperatives. JA Osaka Nakakawachi is blessed with natural conditions suitable for agricultural production, but has been strongly affected by the urbanization of Osaka Prefecture. As a result, agricultural management in JA Osaka Nakakawachi has developed in the form of urban agriculture, and the size of farmland and management is quite limited compared to the national average.     Currently, Japan is facing a chronic shortage of agricultural labor due tothe serious problem of young farmers leaving farming. Needless to say,securing new farmers has a significant impact on the maintenance anddevelopment of the agricultural sector.Under these circumstances, securing new farmers is attracting attentionas one of the solutions to Japan’s agricultural successor problem. Supportpolicies for new farmers are considered to be a major key to increasing thenumber of new farmers and improving the retention rate.     [目的]建立稳定表达融合EGFP的人新生儿Fc受体(h FcRn)的MDCK细胞株。[方法]构建重组慢病毒质粒p EGFP-h FcRn,采用四质粒包装系统共转染HEK 293T细胞生产重组慢病毒,感染MDCK细胞后对EGFP阳性细胞进行流式单细胞分选;通过Western Blot及EGFP-β2m荧光共定位验证h FcRn的完整性,并用流式细胞仪检测h FcRn与人Ig G的结合活性。[结果]测序结果表明成功构建p EGFP-FcRn慢病毒表达载体;感染后EGFP阳性MDCK细胞比例约为26.5%,流式单细胞分选后得到纯阳性细胞;荧光共定位及Western Blot均检测到h FcRn的完整表达;流式分析表明细胞株上的h FcRn与Ig G存在p H依赖性结合。[结论]成功获得稳定表达具有生物活性的可视化h FcRn的MDCK细胞株。[ Objective] To establish MDCK cell line stably expressing EGFP- human neonatal Fc receptor(hFcRn) fusion protein. [ Methods ] The lentiviral expression vector for EGFP - hFcRn fusion protein was constructed. Generating by co - transfection of four -plasmids into HEK 293T cells ,the lentivirus particles were used to infect MDCK cell line. EGFP positive single cell was obtained by FACS, and then FcRn expression was identified by fluorescence co -location with EGFP - β2m and confirmed by Western Blot. Flow cytometry was used to detect binding activity of hFcRn and human IgG. [ Results ] DNA se- quencing demonstrated that the lentivirus vector pEGFP - FcRn was constructed successfully. The percentage of EGFP - posi- tive ceils was about 26.5% after infection. Expression of the complete protein was detected through fluorescence co - location and Western Blot, respectively. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the cell lines could pH - dependently capture human IgG.     Nitrogen transports and transformations in the Wuchuan headwater stream

    利用氮稳定同位素法、综合常规水样监测以及微环境培养方法探讨了五川农业溪流沿程氮的迁移转化过程。结果表明,溪流沿程nO3-n浓度变化范围为0.5--4.5 Mg l-1,平均为1.26 Mg l-1,且多数月份总体上呈逐渐升高的趋势,同时nO-3的δ15n存在降低趋势,两者呈线性负相关(r2>0.80),表现明显的硝化过程典型特征。各采样点的nO2-n、dO、dOC浓度与nO3-n也存在一定的线性相关关系,说明了硝化过程的发生和氮在不同形态之间的转化。溪流水体微环境培养实验证明了水体中的nH4-n和nO3-n浓度在培养期内并无明显变化,以上数据和相关关系充分表明了流域沿程地表径流氮素输入和溪流系统沉积物和水体界面的硝化过程共同作用可能是五川溪流沿程nO3-n与nH4-n浓度升高,而nO-3的δ15n值减小的主要原因。因此,在农业流域的污染源评价中,需要重新审视和调查河道系统内部氮的转化和贡献。Nitrogen isotope and traditional water sampling,together with microcosm incubations were used to investigate processes of nitrogen downstream transports and transformations within the Wuchuan stream.Results showed NO3-N concentrations varied downstream ranging from 0.5 to 4.5 mg L-1 for most of sampling months with a mean of 1.26 mg L-1 in the stream.However,nitrate isotope δ15N decreased downstream,comparing to increased trend in NO3-N concentration.The relationship between downstream NO3-N concentrations and nitrate δ15N with a R2 exceeding 0.8 can be characterized as a typical process of nitrification.The relationships between NO3-N concentrations and NO2-N,dissolved oxygen,dissolved organic carbon concentrations for the sampling sites also indicated strong nitrification processes and consequent nitrogen transformations between nitrogen forms in the stream.Microcosm study of surface water from the stream showed that no significant change in NH4-N and NO3-N concentrations occurred during the five-day incubations.All the information and relationships showed that the downstream increases in NH4-N and NO3-N concentrations, and the downstream decreases in nitrate δ15N within the stream obviously resulted from the nitrogen input from surface runoff flowing into the channel,and also nitrogen transformations by nitrification occurred between stream sediment and overlying water within the channel.Therefore,it is essential to take the sources from nitrogen transformations within streams into account and to evaluate their contributions in pollution assessments at catchment scales.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40671116);福建省自然科学基金重点资助项目(D0720002);国家教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项目;福建省高校新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项目;厦门市科技计划指导性资助项目(3502Z20077014

    目的 探讨热线电话心理咨询在SARS流行期间的作用 ,评价突发公共卫生事件时电话心理咨询者的一般情况及咨询问题类型。方法 对 5月份SARS流行期间来自全国的 366人次的心理咨询记录进行分析 ,比较不同地区、性别、年龄和咨询内容的差异。结果 在来自全国的热线电话咨询者中 ,以北京为多 ,女性为多众 ,青壮年为主体 ,情绪问题较为突出。结论 在疫情较重的时期和地区 ,情绪问题占首位 ,心理咨询热线电话是公众寻求心理支持的有效途径

    中国海南黎族人群15 个STR 位点的遗传多态性

    【目的】研究海南黎族族人群15个STR位点D3S1358、TH01、D21S11、D18S51、VWA、CSF1PO、D8S1179、TPOX、FGA、D5S818、D13S317、D7S820、D16S539、D19S433、D2S1338的遗传多态性。【方法】通过人类短串联重复序列(short tandem repeat,STR)复合扩增、基因扫描、基因分型调查了110名黎族无关个体15个STR位点等位基因分布情况。【结果】15个STR位点均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,共检出149个STR等位基因,其频率分布在0.0045~0.5045之间,杂合度(heterozygosity,H)为0.6716~0.8754,个体识别力(discrimination power,DP)为0.8770~0.9673,非父排除率(probabilities of paternity exclusion,EPP)为0.4383~0.7396,多态信息含量(polymorphic information content,PIC)为0.6265~0.8574。【结论】选用的15个STR位点均能检出等位基因遗传多态性,并具有较丰富的信息含量,为进一步研究中华民族STR遗传结构提供了基础资料
