基于再造外部竞争的OEM阻止策略研究

构建一个两阶段的博弈模型,综合考虑OEM可能采取再制造、回收但不再制造、收取再售特许费这三种阻止策略下,探讨新产品、再制品的最优定价。通过数值仿真分析,发现三种策略均能起到缓解外部竞争的作用。同时探讨不同再制品价值折扣和产品特性下的OEM策略选择。最后分析不同策略对再制造市场和消费者的影响,提出引导OEM策略选择的建议

水下爆炸加密基床引起地基及水中结构二次振动的试验研究

通过工程试验研究，观测到了水下爆炸引起的地基及水中结构的二次地震波现象，分析试验结果，总结了地基及结构振动的规律，指出二次振动现象与水中爆炸气泡的脉动有关。在已有水下爆炸理论的基础上，通过引用等效高度的概念，借助量纲分析给出了计算群药包水下爆炸气泡脉动周期的经验公式

三叶因子1表达与胃黏膜损伤及胃癌的关系

目的　测定三叶因子 1(TFF1)在正常及病理条件下胃黏膜中的表达情况 ,探讨TFF1在胃黏膜损伤修复及胃癌抑制中的作用及意义。方法　应用免疫组化方法测定正常及不同病理条件下胃黏膜中TFF1的表达情况 ,通过图像分析软件分析阳性信号平均吸光度值以了解其表达情况。结果　胃炎、胃溃疡及十二指肠球部溃疡患者TFF1表达明显高于正常胃黏膜 (0 .5 1± 0 .0 5 ,0 .5 1± 0 .0 6 ,0 .5 0± 0 .0 6比 0 .4 4± 0 .0 6 ;P值均 0 .0 5 )。结论　TFF1表达随黏膜损伤程度的加重而表达增强 ,提示其在胃黏膜保护及促进上皮重建机制中具有一定的作用。TFF1在癌旁组织中表达增强提示其可能与肿瘤抑制及分化机制有关 ,而在癌组织中表达减弱可能与其分泌减少有关

Studies of Private Higher Education Laws and Regulations in Our Taiwan Zone

台湾地区私立高等教育发展较好,目前私立高校已经占据台湾高校总数的2/3,而且部分私立高校的教学质量也已经不亚于一般公立高校。台湾私立高等教育之所以在台湾高等教育中发挥着重要的作用,其中一个重要的原因就是因为有比较完备的私立高等教育法规来规范和保障私立高校的办学。本文简要介绍了台湾私立高等教育法规的建设历程、现行法规概况与立法程序,并总结了台湾私立高等教育法规的特点。The private higher education in Taiwan develops well, and the private institutions of higher learning there account for two thirds of the total number of Taiwan universities and colleges.Moreover,the teaching quality of some of the private institutions of higher learning is no worse than the public universities in general.One of the important reasons for the private higher education to play important role in Taiwan higher education is that the private institutions of higher learning are standardized and guaranteed by the private higher education laws and regulations.The paper gives a brief account of the construction process of Taiwan private higher education laws and regulations,the prevailing laws and regulations and legislative procedures,and sums up the characteristics of Taiwan private higher education so as to enable the readers to have a general understanding of Taiwan private higher education laws and regulations
