    结核病是一种古老的传染性疾病,但目前对于其病原微生物结核分枝杆菌的研究还不是很透彻。结核分枝杆菌的4000多个基因中,只有40%左右的编码基因功能明确,其余基因的功能都不十分清楚。 我们发现结核分枝杆菌中存在一种特殊的黄素结合蛋白(dodecin),编码基因为Rv1498A,共70个氨基酸,以十二聚体的形式存在,属于dodecin-like蛋白家族。目前发现dodecin蛋白基本上存在于极端微生物中,能够储存和运输黄素(包括FMN和FAD),在微生物的氧化还原反应(如电子传递链)和某些新陈代谢过程中起着重要的作用。我们通过质谱、光谱学、分子进化分析和等温滴定微量热分析等方面的研究与分析,证实...TB is an ancient infectious disease, but the research on the pathogenic microorganism MTB is still not full.     Research on Integrative Model of Affecting Factors of Firm’s Training Transfer——From the Perspective of Longitudinal Analysis

    培训转移是企业培训效果达成的关键所在,而且培训转移影响因素的相关研究有待进一步深入。本研究采用整合性框架,探讨了组织环境因素、个体因素、培训认知对培训转移的影响效应及作用过程。以122名受训员工为样本,采用纵向分析方法进行实证研究,得出结论:组织环境因素增强了培训自我效能,提升了学习目标导向及转移动机;个体因素对培训认知有显著正向影响,培训认知对培训转移有显著正向影响;培训认知在个体因素及培训转移间中起到部分中介作用。研究结果有助于加深对员工培训转移行为规律的认识,对于管理实践具有较强的现实意义。Training transfer is crucial for the achievement of firms’training effectiveness,and some of its affecting factors are not well investigated.Employing integrative model framework,the affecting extent and process to which organizational cli mates,individual factors,and training cognitions predict training transfer are discussed.By engaging in a longitudinal empiri cal study with a sample of 122 trainees,the paper shows that organizational climates enhance training self-efficacy,increase trainees’learning goal orientatio,and their motivation to transfer.Individual factors strongly and positively affect training cog nitions,while training cognitions strongly and positively affect training transfer.Specifically,training cognitions partially me diate the effect of individual factors on training transfer.The finding of this study could contribute to understand the rules of employees’training transfer behavior,and have enlightenment to the practice of management.福建省教育厅科研项目(JA09200s

    Analysis on Social Exclusion and its Influence on Senior Female Personnel——Based on Investigation in Fujian Province

    本文利用2010年在福建省的调查数据,分析了福建省女性高层人才的个人特征及人力资本等因素与社会排斥之间的关系。回归分析发现,年龄、婚姻状况、单位性质、职务、政治面貌、个人年收入、受教育程度、工作年限、培训情况、家务劳动时间及传统性别意识等对女性高层次人才的社会排斥均有重要影响,但影响程度不尽相同。因此,解决女性高层次人才的社会排斥问题,应从多方面综合考虑。This paper uses the 2010 survey data of senior women personnel in Fujian Province to analyze the relationship between social exclusion and factors such as personal characteristics and human capital acquired by senior female personnel.Regression analysis results show that factors such as age,marital status,the nature of units,position,political affiliation,personal annual income,education,working years,training,housework time,and traditional gender awareness have great influence,though varying in degrees,on social exclusion of senior female personnel.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of social exclusion of senior female personnel,there is a need for a comprehensive understanding of all the factors.福建省科技厅软科学项目《福建省女性高层次人才发展战略研究》的阶段性成果;项目编号:2010R003
