    空间语言标记影响亲属关系的容器隐喻

    通过3个实验,考察空间语言标记——\"内/外\"对汉语亲属词语义加工中亲属关系性质容器隐喻的影响。实验1同时呈现词和圆圈,发现语言标记影响亲属词语义加工中的亲属关系性质容器隐喻,有\"外\"标记的血亲词出现在圈外比出现在圈内反应更快,有\"内\"标记的姻亲词出现在圈内比出现在圈外错误率更低。实验2先呈现亲属词再呈现圆圈,发现语言标记影响亲属关系性质向容器概念的激活,有\"外\"标记的血亲词和有\"内\"标记的姻亲词在字母呈现在容器内外时的反应时差异与无\"外\"标记的血亲词和无\"内\"标记的姻亲词相反。实验3先呈现圆圈再呈现亲属词,发现有语言标记的亲属词在空间位置与语言标记一致时反应时更短、错误率更高,说明\"内–外\"意象图式对亲属词判断的影响主要源于语言标记。整个研究表明,与亲属关系性质容器隐喻不一致的空间语言标记干扰汉语亲属词的语义加工,空间语言标记的作用比亲属关系性质容器隐喻更强。在汉语亲属词的语义加工中存在着序列分解的加工方式,被试先加工首字,再加工整词。汉语亲属词的语义加工中包含着语义加工与具身经验激活的相互作用。2016年北京市社会科学基金项目(16YYB024);;国家民委民族研究重点项目(2017-GMA-004);;中国人民大学科学研究基金(中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助)项目(16XNLQ05)资

    槐花提取物降血糖活性研究

    Research on the Interaction Effect between Landscape and Soundscape Experience in City Parks

    以厦门市5个城市公园为例,通过大规模的问卷调查,研究公众游憩过程中景观与声景体验之间的交互作用.结果表明,公众对自然声和音乐声有明显偏好,而对施工声的协调度评价最低.景观美景度、功能满意度和声景安静度之间具有显著正相关关系,并与游憩满意度密切相关.自然声的协调度越高,公众对景观美景度的评价也越高,同时对人类活动声和机械声的接受度也会增加,而功能满意度越高,公众对特定机械声的接受度也越高.年龄是社会、人口、行为学指标中对不同声音的协调度评价影响最为显著的指标,而音乐声对这些指标的影响最为敏感.综合考虑所有因素对声景体验的影响,景观美景度对声景体验影响最为显著.The aim of this research is to reveal the interaction between landscape and soundscape experience in city parks by large scale questionnaire investigation in fve city parks in Xiamen. The results show that, natural sound and music were obviously preferred by the public, while construction sound was the least preferred sound. There existed signifcant positive correlation relationships among the landscape aesthetic degree, the function satisfaction degree and the soundscape tranquil degree, and all of them contributed to the comprehensive satisfactory degree. The higher the public evaluated the landscape aesthetic degree, the more they preferred to natural sounds, and the more acceptable of human and mechanical sounds to them, while the higher the function satisfaction degree, the more acceptable of mechanical sounds to them. Among all the social, demographical, and behavioral factors, age showed the most effects on preference to different sounds, while music was the most sensitive sound to these factors.     Anti-demodecidosis activity and skin safety ofJatropha curcas.1 leaves extract in vitro

    目的 探讨麻风树叶治疗蠕形螨病的应用价值。方法 用80%乙醇热回流提取法提取麻风树叶提取液。取蠕形螨感染者面部皮脂,分离并鉴定蠕形螨备用。设不同浓度麻风树叶实验组、2%浓度的甲硝唑对照组和生理盐水对照组,进行体外抗螨实验。pH仪测定不同浓度麻风树叶提取物pH值。设麻风树叶实验组和75%乙醇对照组,用健康家兔进行皮肤刺激实验和急性皮肤毒性实验。结果 50、25、12 mg/ml麻风树叶组与2%甲硝唑组毛囊蠕形螨死亡时间分别为(1.55±0.67)min、(1.61±0.67)min、(2.47±0.80)min和(1.20±0.48)min。50、25 mg/ml麻风树叶组以及2%甲硝唑组两两之间差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。50、25、12 mg/ml麻风树叶提取液pH值分别为6.07±0.73、6.27±0.82、6.35±0.83,对家兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤刺激评分均为0,且无明显毒性。结论 麻风树叶提取物具有较强的体外抗蠕形螨活性且具有皮肤安全性。Objective To test the application value of the extract of Jatropha curcas.l leaves in treatment of demodecidosis. Methods Jatropha curcas.1 leaves were extracted with 80% ethanol by using heat reflux method. Facial sebum specimen from demodecidosis-infected patients were used to isolate and identify demodecidosis. Different concentration groups of Jatropha curcas.l leaves, 2% metronidazole control group and physiological saline control group were defined. The anti-demodecidosis experiment was performed in vitro. The pH value of different concentrations of Jatropha curcas.l leaves extract was determined. Skin irritation test and acute skin toxicity test were carried out in healthy rabbits, and Jatropha curcas.1 leaves and 75% ethanol served as experiment and control groups, respectivelyl Results The mite-killing time was (1.55-4-0.67) min with 50 mg/ml Jatropha curcas.l leaves extract, (1.61-4-0.67) min with 25 mg/ml Jatropha curcas.l leaves extract, (2.47-4-0.80) min with 12 mg/ml Jatropha curcas.l leaves extract, and (1.20-4-0.48) min with 2% metronidazole. There was no significant different between 50, 25 mg/ml Jatropha curcas.l leaves extract groups and 2% metronidazole group (P 〉 0.05). The pH value was 6.07+0.73 of 50 mg/ml Jatropha curcas.l leaves extract, 6.27-1-0.82 of 25 mg/ml Jatropha curcas.l leaves extract and 6.35-4-0.83 of 12 mg/ml Jatropha curcas.1 leaves extract. Score for irritation to normal and wounded rabbit skin was both 0, and acute toxicity test showed no significant toxicity.     厦门市某医院体检人群中有机氯农药暴露与胆石症发病的关联性研究

    目的探讨厦门市第二医院体检人群中有机氯农药暴露与胆结石发生的关联及其发病危险因素。方法收集2015年2月-8月在医院健康体检人群中经B超确诊的新发胆囊结石患者100例,以同期参加体检的非胆囊结石者为对照,进行1∶2配比的病例对照研究。进行流行病学调查,采用气相色谱联用电子捕获器检测研究对象外周血中有机氯农药水平。应用多因素条件Logistic回归模型分析有机氯农药与胆囊结石发病的关系。结果病例组血清中α-HCH残留水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;Logistic回归分析非酒精性脂肪肝、2型糖尿病、血清α-HCH含量增高可能增加胆结石的患病危险,OR值及95%CI分别为5.134(1.952~13.502)、4.754(1.849~12.220)和1.357(1.094~1.854)。结论环境有机氯农药暴露可能是胆囊结石病发生的危险因素。厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20163006);厦门市集美区科技计划项目(20142C01);厦门大学校长基金(20720152012)
