    目的设计一种新型助行器,要求能够分散受力点,减少上半身体部分局部受力以尽量避免腋部并发症与不适感,同时要求结构简单,制造方便。方法应用Solidwork软件进行结构设计:主体略呈长“T”形,主要包括腋托、手把、小腿支撑、拐杖脚等部分。主体及各主要部分受力情况采用ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析。结果采用普通304不锈钢管材制造的助行器符合强度要求。结论设计的新型助行器具有结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠、操作流程易懂的特点,可满足不同状态下的需求和不同高度人体的使用。研制出的新型下肢助行器,可为进一步通过基于下肢受力点设计出助行器提供相关参考。Objective To design a new type of walking aids, which can disperse force, decrease the stress on the upper exmnerty, reduce complications and discomfort of axilla, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenient manufacture. Methods The structure was design with Solidwork software: the main part looked a little like "T", including the axillary support part, handle part, leg support part, crutch feet part and so on. The force of the major structure and the main parts was analyzed by ABAQU--an engineering simulation finite element analysis software. Results The walking aids made of ordinary 304 stainless steel tube met the mechanical requirements. Conclusions The new type of designed walking aids has the features of simple structure, convenient use, safety and reliability, and easy operation process, which can meet the requirements in different states and the use by people with different heights. The new type of designed walking aids for lower limbs can further provide relevant reference for new kinds of walking aids to design on the basis of force points of lower limbs.厦门市科技局科技惠民计划项目(3502220154017

    实验观察了不同饵料、池底、密度对锯缘青蟹大眼幼体蜕皮变态率和残杀率的影响.实验结果表明:投喂裸腹蚤时,大眼幼体蜕皮变态率最高,3种池底大眼幼体蜕皮变态率平均为 78.1%,残杀率最低平均为 11.4%;海泥池底大眼幼体蜕皮变态率最高,投喂3种饵料的大眼幼体蜕皮变态率平均为84.8%,残杀率最低平均为7.6%;裸腹蚤是青蟹大眼幼体培育适宜的饵料,而海泥则是大眼幼体变态适宜的池底.不同培育密度对青蟹大眼幼体蜕皮变态率和残杀率的实验结果表明:当大眼幼体的培育密度为3 尾/dm3 时,其蜕皮变态率最高,而残杀率与大眼幼体培育密度的关系不明确. 【英文摘要】 Effects of different dietary,densities and substrata on metamorphosis rate and cannibalistic rate from protozoea 1 (PZ1) to postlarvae 1(PL1) stages of Scylla serrata megalopae were studied in two separate experiments.In the first experiment,three dietary:Monia mongolica,minced meat of Ruditapes philippinaram which filted through mesh and haima 0 shrimp stuff and three substrata:sea mud,sand and cement were investigated.It showed that the metamorphosis rate of megalopae was higher when it was fed Monia mong...国家海洋 863 项目“锯缘青蟹大规模人工育苗技术”(2002AA603013)资

    Comparison of four promoters for transient expression of RFP reporter gene in cultured Bombyx mori cells (Bm-e-HNU5)

    以红色荧光蛋白基因(RFP)为报告基因,构建含4种不同启动子的重组表达质粒,用脂质体介导法转染家蚕Bombyxmori细胞(Bm-e-HNU5),观察家蚕细胞质肌动蛋白4基因启动子(A4)、α微管蛋白基因启动子(α-tub)、蚕丝心蛋白重链基因启动子(Fib)和家蚕核型多角体病毒早期即刻蛋白基因启动子(IE)4种启动子调控RFP报告基因在家蚕细胞内的瞬时表达情况。构建的重组表达质粒pDsRed-α-tub、pDsRed-A4、pDsRed-IE和pDsRed-Fib经双酶切和PCR鉴定正确无误。转染和转录实验结果表明,除了pDsRed-A4外,其他3种重组质粒在Bm-e-HNU5细胞中都得到高转染率,α-tub、IE和Fib可依次增强RFP报告基因在家蚕细胞内的瞬时表达活性。The red fluorescent protein reporter gene (RFP) was used to construct recombinant plasmids containing four different promoters, i. e., the cytoplasmic actin4 promoter (A4), α-tubulin promoter (α-tub)from silkworm, the Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus immediate early protein promoter (IE) and the fibroin heavy chain gene promoter (Fib), respectively. These recombinant plasmids, i. e., pDsRed-A4,pDsRed-α-tub,pDsRed-Fib and pDsRed-IE, had been constructed successfully by restriction enzyme digestion and PCR analysis, and then were transfected into B. mori cell lines (Bm-e-HNU5) by lipid-mediated method to observe the ability of the four promoters to drive RFP reporter gene transient expression in cells. Transfection and transcription experiments indicated that except pDsRed-A4, the other three kinds of recombinant plasmids all transfected Bm-e-HNU5 obviously. The promoters of α-tub, IE and Fib enhanced the transient expression activity of RFP reporter gene in the Bm-e-HNU5, and their activity strengthened sequentially.国家自然科学基金项目(39870410

    大型双面薄壁雕塑的机器人加工与实验研究

    针对现有机器人无法加工大型双面薄壁雕塑的问题,对CAM软件空间与加工空间的配准模型及双面薄壁雕塑组件双侧加工中的错位误差进行了研究。对CAM产生的轨迹进行了归纳,采用一种最大轮廓轨迹优化的方法,使得机器人只对雕塑组件最大轮廓内的毛胚进行加工;建立了被加工雕塑组件的支撑,避免了轨迹未优化时粗加工形成的悬臂结构,实现了对雕塑组件的精加工。实验及研究结果表明:在CAM空间与加工空间配准后,其双面薄壁雕塑组件的不同加工侧错位误差不超过0. 7 mm;采用轨迹优化方法后,其未加工出的毛胚能够对粗加工后的双面薄壁组件形成有效支撑,保证了双面薄壁组件能够被完整地加工出来
