新旧カリキュラムにおける臨地実習での看護技術習得状況

本学で使用している看護技術習得一覧表「学びのカルテ」の結果を集計し、臨地実習での看護技術の習得状況を新・旧カリキュラムで比較した。新カリキュラム導入後において単独実施経験率は11項目で増加し、5項目で減少していた。また、単独実施経験率50%以下が12項目あった。これらのことより、臨地実習における看護技術実施項目内容の共有と意図的な介入の必要性、困難な単独実施の現状を踏まえた到達目標レベルの設定、教員と臨床指導者の連携や情報共有などの学びのカルテの活用が重要であると考えた
