Research on the Evolution & Innovation for Modular Product Family
针对当前产品族动态演进机制和系统化创新方法研究的不足,提出模块化产品族在技术层次上的创新演进方法。通过构建产品族的需求—功能—技术(rEQuIrEMEnT-funCTIOn-TECHnOlOgy,r-f-T)映射关系模型,分析当前模块化产品族的技术状况,并通过gM(1,1)模型预测模块化产品族的未来技术重要度情况;在企业内部数据的支持下,通过对模块化产品族初始问题的分析,集成应用创新思维通用理论和传统TrIz(OTSM–TrIz)的问题流网络(PrOblEM flOW nETWOrk,Pfn)技术识别并解决产品族中多个冲突问题;在技术重要度预测和新功能模块—技术关联矩阵(funCTIOn MOdulE-TECHnICAl MATrIX,fMTM)的基础上,以平台比率为依据,通过计算概念化产品族中功能模块的多样性程度,获得概念化产品族规划方案。对小型轮式装载机产品族进行了实例分析,并验证了该方法的有效性。Focusing on the shortage of dynamic evolutionary mechanism and systematic innovation methods of current product family,an innovative and evolutional method at the technical level of modular product family is put forward.The current technical condition of the modular product family is analyzed by constructing requirement-function-technology(R-F-T) mapping model of product family,and the importance of future technology of modular product family is predicted by GM(1,1) model.The multiple conflicts of product family is identified and resolved using PFN technology in the OTSM –TRIZ process,through the analysis of the initial problem of modular product family in support of enterprise data.Moreover,based on prediction of technology importance and the new function module-technical matrix(FMTM),the conceptual planning of product family is obtained by calculating the diversity of function modules of conceptual product family according to platform ratio.An analysis example of product family of small wheel loader show the effectiveness of the method.国家自然科学基金(70772093;71172055);科技部创新方法工作专项(2011M020400);国家科技支撑计划(2011BAF11B00-01);福建省科技重大(2011H6024)资助项
實施價值澄清教學在圖書館利用教育效果之研究--以師大附中新生圖書之旅學生為例
[[abstract]]Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to apply the Library Instruction Values Clarification Approach to make the teaching models of the Library Instruction Education, and to explore the differences of the teaching effects between the Library Instruction Values Clarification Approach and General approach.
There were two groups: experimental group with the Library Instruction Values Clarification Approach, controlled group with General approach. In order to explore the different teaching effects, the study gave the students two tests two weeks before and after teaching intervention.
The main findings of this study were as follows:
1. After receiving teaching intervention, the experimental group had much better progress than the controlled group in Behavior Intention, Behavioral Belief, Subjective Norm, Outcome Evaluations, Self-efficacy, Normative Belief, and the Library Instruction Knowledge.
2. Both groups received higher scores in Behavior Intention, Behavioral Belief, attitude, Outcome Evaluations, Motivation to Comply, and the Library Instruction Knowledge after teaching intervention. This means that both the Library Instruction Values Clarification Approach and General approach have their teaching effects.
3. Between the library instruction intenders and non-intenders of all the students, there were significant differences in attitude in the experimental group, but there were no significant differences in the controlled group.
4. The Self-efficacy and attitude of all the students were significantly positively related to the behavior intention.
5. The teaching model of the Library Instruction Values Clarification Approach is more favorable for students, and makes better effects on the atmosphere of class, but the General approach is better in time controlling.
草鱼出血病病毒形态结构及其理化特性的研究
<正> 草鱼出血病(Hemorrhage of grass carp)是草鱼种饲养阶段危害最严重的疾病。我所鱼病室病毒组于1978年报导了其病原研究,认为是由一种病毒所引起。1980年又报道了病原的电镜观察,在人工感染致病的草鱼肾组织的超薄切片中看到病毒颗粒,并暂名为草鱼疱疹病毒(Herpesvirus of grass carp)。为了进一步了解该病毒的特性及形态结构,近年来,我们提纯了病毒,作了一些理化特性测定和电镜观察,现将结果简报如下
16歲男性罹患無菌性肝膿瘍及無已存在疾病的病例報告
16歲男童,有高燒,畏寒及上腹痛,吃不下3天,來就診住院。男童外觀發育良好,無過去病史及家族病史,最近沒有旅遊及感染紀錄,其血液學檢查,C-反應蛋白升高,其餘均正常,生化學檢查,肝功能升高,其餘均正常。理學檢查呈現上腹部壓痛,無其他異常發現。腹部電腦斷層掃描顯示在S2/S3處有膿瘍,內有膈腔,診斷為膿瘍。所抽出來的肝內膿液、血液、尿液、糞便細菌培養均陰性。給予靜脈抗生素2星期,及口服抗生素2星期,病童再追蹤所做檢查均正常。由此病例了解兒童及青少年的肝膿瘍可能找不出病因及培養不出細菌,所以有上述症狀者應提高警覺,早期診斷及治療。Liver abscess remains an uncommon and serious disease. In children, it often leads to delay in diagnosis. This case report discusses a case of 16-year-old boy with unusual presentation of liver abscess and negative microbiological cultures for any sources of infection. This patient improves with antibiotic treatment alone. This case demonstrates liver abscess can be sterile with variable presentation in pediatric patients. Recognition of variable presentation of liver abscess is vital and important.

A study of team failure-detection and team innovation
現今變化快速的環境下,科技團隊面對研發過程中日益增高的失敗率,失敗帶來打擊但也可能是創新的來源。然而,團隊創新的研究卻少有團隊失敗、錯誤與創新關係的研究。有鑑於此,本研究以國內485位研發工程師(某法人單位35個團隊共323位成員、科技產業38個團隊共162位成員)共計73個團隊為研究對象。本研究檢視錯誤管理實務(團隊偵錯能力與團隊錯誤溝通能力)與團隊創新績效之間的關係、錯誤管理實務與錯誤管理氛圍(錯誤學習信念與情緒)的關係、錯誤管理氛圍與前導因子(鼓勵實驗、教導型領導、目標清晰度、衝突處理方式)的關係。結果發現:(1)團隊偵錯能力越高時,團隊創新績效越高;(2)群體從錯誤中學習信念越高時,團隊偵錯能力越高;(3)團隊鼓勵小型實驗與主管進行教導型領導時,群體錯誤學習信念越高。顯示錯誤管理是團隊創新中不可忽視的一環。
另本研究發現教導型領導、鼓勵實驗對團隊形成錯誤學習信念有正向影響,與社會認知理論呼應。本研究也發現,團隊之年資多樣性與錯誤處理情緒與錯誤溝通能力皆呈負向影響。Extending previous research on team error management, this thesis is conducted to examine the antecedents, error management climate, error management practice and consequences of team innovation. Data is collected from 35 R&D teams (an anonymous government research institutions in Taiwan) and 38 R&D teams (Top 1000 Technology enterprises in Taiwan).
We give the following three hypotheses. First, we hypothesize that detecting capability and misunderstanding communication skills influence team innovation performance. Second, we hypothesize that error management climate (shared belief and emotion) influence detecting capability and misunderstanding communication skills. Third, we hypothesize that effective coaching, clear direction, conflict management and encouragement of experiment influence error management culture (belief and emotion).
The results of structural equation model analysis revealed that detecting capability positively predicts team innovation performance. Shared belief positively predicts team detecting capability. The results also show effective coaching and encouragement of experiment positively predict shared belief which is extended from social cognitive theory.
Results of the analysis also indicate that tenure diversity negatively predicts error management emotion and misunderstanding communication skills
鳗鲡出血性开口病的病理学研究
本文报告了我国发生的一种鳗鲡病毒病──鳗鲡出血性开口病的组织病理变化:肝、肾、脾脏组织出血、细胞变性,骨质内有大县白细胞浸润,肝、肾、脾脏细胞超微结构病理变化明显,肾、脾脏造血组织和外周血细胞出现核染色质边集、奇异形核,大量髓鞘样结构、自噬体和自噬溶酶体等,并可见类似凋亡细胞及调亡小体结构和邻近细胞内吞噬体增多现象。根据骨组织中白细胞浸润及器官和血液中部分细胞结构已出现异型性特征,作者认为,鳗鲡出血性开口病可能有癌变的趋势
