    The preparation and biological evalution of Hydroxyapatite/Nanosilver bioceramic coating on Titanium implant surface

    目的:在钛种植体表面构筑羟基磷灰石/纳米银涂层并进行生物学评价。方法:采用恒电位电化学法在纯钛表面构建纳米级羟基磷灰石/纳米银(HAP/nAnOSIlVEr)涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM),检测手段对涂层进行理化性能的表征。考察了涂层的结构组分和表面的微观形貌,而后将人牙周膜成纤维样细胞培养于涂层表面,采用细胞毒性评价及其形态观察,分析比较不同表面涂层对牙周膜成纤维样细胞粘附率及增殖率的影响。结果:羟基磷灰石纳米银涂层体外细胞培养显示其具有良好的生物活性。结论:本实验构筑的涂层具有良好的生物相容性和细胞粘附性,应用前景广阔。Objective:To prepare the composite of Hydroxyapatite/Nanosiliver composite coating on titanium implant surface.Method:A HAp/Nanosiliver composite coating was deposited on the surface of pure titanium by electrochemical deposition.Scanning electromicroscope(SEM)was employed to characterize the obtained coating.The reactions of human pe- riodontal ligament fibroblast-like cells (PDLF)to the coating were also evaluated by MTT assay and SEM observation.Re- sult:The HAp/Nanosiliver bioceramic coating has good crystallization and homogeneousness on nano-scale surface mor- phology.The PDLF growth was tested by MTT assay and the cell relative growth rate (RGR)was calculated.Conclusion: The HAp/Nanosiliver bioceramic coating on titanium surface possesses good biocompatibility and celluar adhesion and has promising prospects in the future clinical application.厦门市科技局资助项目(3502Z20084034

    目的:在纯钛表面构筑羟基磷灰石/纳米银涂层并进行各种性能表征。方法:采用恒电位电化学法在纯钛表面构建纳米银/羟基磷灰石(nAnO-Ag/HAP)涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射仪(Xrd)、等检测手段对涂层进行理化性能的表征。考察了涂层的结构组分和表面的微观形貌,而后将l-929细胞培养于涂层表面,采用细胞毒性评价,分析比较涂层表面对l-929细胞黏附率及增殖率的影响。结果:涂层纳米银粒子直径在200~400nM时体外细胞培养显示其具有良好的生物活性。结论:本实验构筑的涂层具有良好的性能和应用前景。Objective:This research was aimed at the electrochemical deposition employed to deposit a Nano-Ag/HAp composite coating on titanium surface.Methods:A Nano-Ag/Hap composite coating was deposited on the surface of pure titanium by electrochemical deposition.Scanning electromicroscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were employed to characterize the obtained coating.In vitro celluar responses of the L-929 to the coating were also evaluated by MTT assay.Conventional Hap coatings and commercially pure titanium were taken as control.Results:The Nano-Ag/Hap bioceramic coating has good crystallization and homogeneous on nano-Scale surface morphology.The L-929 culture exhibits satisfactory bioactivity.Conclusion:The Nano-Ag/HAp bioceramic coating on titanium surface has promising prospects in the future clinical application

    Sapflow characteristics of Kandelia obovata and their controlling factors in Zhangjiang estuary,China

    利用Granier热消散式探针法对福建漳江口国家级红树林自然保护区内红树植物秋茄的树干茎流密度(SFD)进行1年(2010年10月至2011年10月)的连续监测.结果表明:季节和树干径级对秋茄树干茎流密度均有显著影响.在夏季,胸径(DBH)为8~10 cm时秋茄树干最外层2 cm处的SFD达到最大,为38.21 g·m~(-2)·s~(-1),这与其他红树物种以及湿地乔木物种的茎流密度相当.不同径级(小、中、大径级分别为2~4、4~8、8~10 cm)秋茄每日整树蒸腾量(即水分日利用量)也呈现明显的季节变化,从冬季到夏季的波动值分别为0.14~0.19、0.94~1.45、1.96~3.43 kg·d~(-1).通过整合各个径级秋茄树的日蒸腾量推算得到秋茄林的日蒸腾量,再全年累加计算得到秋茄林年总蒸腾量为100.38 mm,不到当地年降水量的6%.主要环境因子对秋茄林蒸腾速率(E_s)均有极显著影响(P<0.001),其中,光合有效辐射(PAR)和饱和水汽压差(VPD)是E_s最主要的驱动因子,解释了E_s60%~92%的季节变异,且夏季秋茄E_s对PAR和VPD的依赖性大于冬季.秋茄E_s与环境因子之间存在明显的时滞现象,需要在解释秋茄林E_s季节变异时加以考虑.In this study,the Grainer's thermal dissipation probe method was applied to monitor sap flux density( SFD) of a mangrove species Kandelia obovata over a period of one year( 2010-10—2011-10) in Zhangjiangkou Mangrove National Nature Reserve,Fujian,China. The results showed that both season and diameter class exerted significant effects on the SFD of K. obovata trees. In summer,when the diameter at breast height( DBH) reached 8-10 cm,the highest SFD was found at a depth of 2 cm with a value of 38.21 g·m~(-2)·s-1,which was comparable with those for other mangrove tree species and forested wetland tree species. The mean whole tree transpiration( i. e.daily water use) of all stem size classes demonstrated large changes from winter to summer,increased from 0.14 to 0.19 kg·d~(-1)in small trees( S,DBH = 2-4 cm),from 0.94 to 1.45 kg·d~(-1)in medium trees( M,DBH = 4-8 cm) and from 1.96 to 3.43 kg·d~(-1)in large ones( L,DBH = 8-10 cm). The daily transpiration of K. obovata stand was calculated by summing all size classes,which was then summed up for entire year to estimate annual transpiration of entire K. obovata forest,which was about 100. 38 mm,less than 6% of local annual precipitation. Key environmental factors all had significant effects( all P<0.001) on the stand transpiration rate( E_s) of K. obovata forest,and photosynthetically active radiation( PAR) and vapor pressure deficit( VPD) were themain driving factors,which explained 60%-92% seasonal variation of E_s. The PAR and VPD had larger effects on the E_sin summer than that in winter. In addition,we observed an obvious time lag phenomenon in the relationship between E_sand PAR or VPD,which should be taken into account when explaining seasonal variation of E_sin K. obovata forest.国家自然科学基金项目(30930017);; 国家海洋局海洋公益性行业科研专项(201305021)资助~

    Fluorescence properties and color space of modifying porcelains

    目的:探讨色参数差值与荧光发射量的相关性。方法:在Color-Eye7000A分光光谱仪上,用4种模式测定Vita Interno、Shofu Vintage&Unibond和Noritake Super Porcelain EX-3套装染色瓷粉的色参数,建立其CIE LAB色度空间坐标图;计算荧光发射量和反射光谱波长。用完全随机两因素方差分析和SNK-q检验(α=0.05),比较样本荧光发射量之间的差异,建立荧光发射量与色参数差之间的相关性分析(α=0.05)。结果:Vita与Shofu,Vita与Noritake的荧光发射量差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。荧光发射量与色参数差值之间的相关性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。荧光光谱反射峰值均处于400nm附近。染色瓷粉的色度空间总体分布趋势为:Vita染色瓷粉的明亮度较高,且偏红-黄方向,Noritake偏绿-蓝方向,而Shofu居中。结论:测量模式对测定没有影响;Shofu和Noritake的荧光发射量比Vita大;染色瓷粉所发出的荧光偏紫色;3种套装染色瓷粉的CIE LAB色度空间有差别;荧光发射量与色参数差值总体上相关。Objective:To investigate the correlation between fluorescence emission and color difference (CIE△Eab). Methods:Color and spectral distribution in three kinds of modifying porcelains (Vita Interno, Shofu Vintage & Unibond, Noritake Super Porcelain EX-3) were measured on CIELAB color scale on Color-Eye 7000A spectrophotometer under four measuring modes. CIE△Eab were analyzed by two-way ANVOA and SNK-q test (α=0.05). Correlation analyses were also performed between CIE△Eab and the color parameters difference(α= 0.05). In addition, CIELAB color coordinate was established. Results:Fluorescence emission of Vita and Shofu, Vita and Noritake were significantly different(P<0.05). Fluorescence emission and the color parameters difference showed correlationship(P<0.05). The emission wavelength of fluorescence was about 400 nm. There were differences of three kinds of porcelain in color space. The total tendency of color space as follows: Vita owned higher value and was in red-yellow direction; the shade of Noritake was in blue-green direction, while color scale of Shofu was in the middle of the previous codes.Conclusion:Specular component included versus specular component excluded modes have no effects on fluorescence emission. The fluorescence values of Shofu and Noritake were larger than that of Vita. The shade of fluorescence was purple.福建省卫生厅科技联合攻关项目(编号:3502Z8021
