《清代台湾三十三种地方志、采访册、纪略人名索引》疏误举证——兼谈涉台志书历史人物分类的重要性
通过查阅相关的文献史料,比对点校本与原刻本之相关引文,对《清代台湾三十三种地方志、采访册、纪略人名索引》进行逐条考辨,梳理校正了1500余条错误,并举例说明,或幸对相关研究者有所裨益,对今后《索引》的可能性修订有所补充。对台湾志书中的历史人物进行多维度的分类与考察,有利于进一步理清大陆各地人民共同参与台湾事务的历史事实与空间网络,有利于台湾史研究的多向度发展与立体化呈现,有其学术价值及历史与现实意义
有关“释道安”的文献记载辨正——以《世说新语》及刘孝标注为对象
刘孝标注《世说新语》引《安和上传》有关道安出家年龄与俗家所在地"常山薄柳"的记载是可信的,基于行政区考量,宜从《出三藏记集》《高僧传》作"常山扶柳"为妥;《世说新语》有郗超与道安交往的记载,其"损米,愈觉有待之为烦"中的"有待"一词虽源于《庄子》,但其前有"道安答直云",故不必作"形上"的解读,其意为僧人的生活资粮有所"依恃"或"取资";刘孝标注引车频《秦书》有关道安南下襄阳的史实可信度高,但"释道安为慕容晋所掠",应作"为慕容暐所逼"。在新野分僧众弘法时说"今遭凶年,不依国主,则法事难举。"非《出三藏记集》、《高僧传》所说"法事难立。"辨析过程并对《出三藏记集》、《高僧传》"道安传"与学界相关观点展开商榷
ANALYSES ON LDH ISOENZYME AND PROTEIN FROM BOTH GUANGDONG STRAIN AND FUJIAN STRAIN OF ECHINOCHASMUS FUJIANENSIS
目的 探讨福建与广东两地福建棘隙吸虫生化特点。方法 用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及薄层等电聚焦电泳等进行比较分析虫体乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)同工酶和蛋白质。结果 福建与广东两地虫株都有 5种LDH同工酶 ,其中LDH1、LDH4 和LDH5的迁移率相同 ;蛋白质电泳都分离出 9条区带 ,其中有 7条带的等电点相同。但在LDH2 和LDH3 的迁移率 ,蛋白质区带的相对含量 ,同工酶的总活力与比活力 ,以及A和B亚基的含量等存在差异。结论 LDH同工酶与蛋白质的某些差异 ,可归因为基因型相似条件下所出现两地虫株生化遗传上差异Aim\ Inguired into the biochemical characteristrics of Echinochasmus fujianensis found in Fujian and Guangdong provinces. Methods\ Compared and analysed two strains by LDH isoenzyme eletrophoresis, discontinuous PAGE and thinlayer isoelectric equilibrium PAGE.Results\ Two strains both had five LDH isoenzyme, among them, LDH\-1、LDH\-4 and LDH\-5 had the same mobilities. There were nine bands in protein electrophoresis. Seven bands had the same isoelectric point.But there were differences in the mobilities of LDH\-2 and LDH\-3,the comparative amount of protein bands, total and specific activity of isoenzyme and the amount of A and B subunit. SURVEY OF MIXED INFECTIONS OF FISH-BORNE TREMATODES IN PINYUAN COUNTY AND DNA(RAPD)ANALYSIS
目的 调查广东省平远县棘隙吸虫及其他鱼源性吸虫混合感染情况。方法 对鱼类宿主取鱼鳃和鱼肉等组织 ,镜检囊蚴 ;用水洗过筛沉淀法粪检虫卵 ,部分虫卵阳性动物解剖检查。采用DNA -RAPD技术 ,比较福建棘隙吸虫广东株与福建株。结果 查出华支睾吸虫 (Clonorchissinensis)、东方次睾吸虫 (Metorchisorientalis)、福建棘隙吸虫 (Echinochasmusfujianensis)、日本棘隙吸虫 (E japonicus)、抱茎棘隙吸虫 (E perfoliatus)和钩棘单睾吸虫 (Haplorchispumilio) 6种。第二中间宿主为麦穗鱼等 11种 ,感染率 48 3% (182 / 377) ,有 92 4%的阳性鱼混合感染 2种以上吸虫囊蚴。保虫宿主狗、猫感染率 79 2 % (19/ 2 4) ,每只阳性动物均有 2种以上吸虫混合感染。 15个引物在福建棘隙吸虫广东株与福建株两者共获DNA片段 185个 ,共享度 (F) =0 984,遗传距离 (D) =0 0 16。结论 当地为人兽共患的多种鱼源性吸虫混合感染区。形态学观察和分子生物学检测结果相印证 ,福建棘隙吸虫广东株与福建棘隙吸虫福建株为同一虫种。Aim To seek the possible existence of mixed infections of Echinochasmus fujianensis and other fish-borne tremtodes in Pinyuan county,Guangdong.Methods Metacercariae of trematodes were detected from gills,muscles and some other tissues of freshwater fish and examintd under microscopy Sedimentation pocedures were used to observe parasite ova in stool Adult worms were obtained from definitive animal hosts upon dissection Experimental animal infection were performed from metacercariae of E fujianensis strains in Fujian and Guangdong,and it's DNA analysis Random amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD).Results Six species of trematodes were found,including Clonorchis sinensis,Metorchis orientalis,E fujanensis, E japonicus,E perfoliatus and Haplorchis pumilio Eleven species of freshwater fish comprising Pseudorasbora parve were identified as the second intermediate hosts,with an average positive rate of 48 33%(182/377) The overall mixed infection animal were contracted with 2 or more species Dogs and cats were detected to be reservoir hosts,the total infection rate being 79 2%(19/24).92 4% of infecded fish were contracted with 2 or 6 speies of the metacercariae of trematodes 185 DNA fragments were obtained by 15 primers,F=0 894 and D=0 016 between E fujianensis Guandong and Fujian strain Conclusion There are six species of fish-borne trematodes which may cause infections in human and animal in the regions E fujianensis Guangdong stain and Fujian strain are the same species福建省科技计划基金!资助项目 (No 98-Z - 1 56);; 福建省“百千万人才”人选培养资
チアマゾールによる顆粒球減少をきたし甲状腺全摘術を行った1 型糖尿病合併Basedow 病の1例
" 20代女性の急性発症1 型糖尿病とBasedow 病の同時期発症による多腺性自己免疫症候群(APS)3A 型を経験した.強化インスリン療法とチアマゾール(MMI)15㎎/日で治療を開始したが,顆粒球数は減少傾向となり,薬剤性顆粒球減少症と考えMMI を中止しヨウ化カリウム50㎎/日に変更したのち,甲状腺全摘術を行った.
日本人の1 型糖尿病における自己免疫性甲状腺疾患(AITD)の合併頻度は2 ~10%であり, 1 型糖尿病とBasedow 病合併例の症例報告も多数なされている.本症例のようにMMI導入による顆粒球減少は0.2~0.5%の頻度で報告されているが,急性発症のAPS3A 型に対して外科的治療を行った症例は稀である."journal articl

Studies on tissue specificity of LDH isozyme in Sparus latus
以黄鳍鲷为材料进行两方面研究 :( 1 )用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法 ,对其肌肉、心脏、肝脏、血清、玻璃体、晶状体、脑等组织器官进行LDH同工酶分析比较 .结果表明 ,不同组织中LDH的同工酶谱带不相同 ,存在着组织特异性 ;( 2 )用聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦电泳法对其肌肉、血清的LDH同工酶进行分离 ,结果得到 1 2~ 1 5条电泳区带 ,等电点范围在 pH为 3.6 5~ 9.58之间This experiment was done on Sparus latus in two aspects: (1)Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) isozymes of muscle, heart, liver, serum, crystalline len, vitreum and brain were analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis (PAGE). Two bands were given in the electrophorogram of heart, liver and crystalline len respectively; four were given in that of vitreum while specificity in Sparus latus . The results show that the gene of LDH expresses best in muscle, then in heart, liver, serum. (2)The LDH isozymes of muscle and serum were further isolated by using disc isoelectric focusing in polyacrylamide gel. There were more than ten subbands, and their isoelectric points were in the range of 3.65~9.58
Study on the Synthesis of Epoxy Polybutadiene Acrylate and UV Curing Shrinkage
针对紫外光固化胶黏剂固化收缩率较大的问题,合成了一种具有双重固化机理的预聚物——环氧聚丁二烯丙烯酸酯.通过控制变量,得到制备该预聚物的较为理想的合成条件.利用fT-Ir,1H-nMr对预聚物进行了表征,并测定了使用该预聚物的紫外光固化体系的固化收缩率.研究结果表明:在预聚物合成中,反应时间7H,丙烯酸质量分数在5%~20%时为宜;预聚物的环氧值为3.430%时固化效果较好;三苯基膦是较为理想的催化剂;预聚物、乙氧基乙氧基乙基丙烯酸酯(EOEOEA)和正丁基缩水甘油醚(bgE)质量比为60∶10∶25时,固化收缩率可达2.59%.In view of the large curing shrinkage of UV-curing system,a type of prepolymer that has dual curing mechanism,epoxy polybutadiene acrylate,was synthesized.An ideal synthesis condition was achieved by controlling variables.The prepolymer was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR,and the curing shrinkage of this UV-curing system was also studied.The results showed that in the synthesis of prepolymer reaction time was about 7hand the dosage of acrylic acid was 5%-20%(by mass).When the exopy value of the prepolymer was 3.430%,the curing result was better.Triphenylphosphine was an ideal catalyst.In the UV curing when the mass ratio of prepolymer,2-(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethyl acrylate(EOEOEA),and butyl glycidyl ether(BGE),was 60∶10∶25,the curing shrinkage came to 2.59%
Studies on Curing Shrinkage of Liquid Optical Clear Adhesive
紫外光固化的液态光学胶固化过程中出现的体积收缩现象,严重影响其黏接强度和产品外观.系统研究了液态光学胶预聚物的种类、活性稀释剂的种类和用量、光引发剂的用量、光固化的类型等诸多因素对固化收缩率的影响.研究发现,以聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯作为预聚物可明显降低固化收缩率.当添加的活性稀释剂官能度相同时,胶黏剂的固化收缩率随活性稀释剂相对分子质量的增加而减小;当活性稀释剂相对分子质量相近时,官能度增加,固化收缩率随之增大.而光引发剂的用量则对固化收缩率无明显影响.阳离子型胶黏剂的固化收缩率比自由基型的小,但硬度和黏接强度较低;而混杂型的固化收缩率则介于二者之间.The volume shrinkage during UV-curing of liquid optical clear adhesives(LOCA)had a serious effect on the adhesive strength and appearance of the product.In this paper,the effect of different factors,including types of active diluents,amounts of active diluents and photo-initiators,and UV-curing types,on the volume shrinkage for LOCA was systematically investigated.Based on the experiment,polyethylene glycol diacrylate as the prepolymer could significantly reduce the shrinkage.With the same functionality of the added active diluents,the shrinkage decreased when the molecular weights of the active diluents increased.When the molecular weights of active diluents were similar,the shrinkage increased with the increase of the functionality.The amount of photo-initiators had no significant effect on shrinkage.The shrinkage of cationic adhesives was smaller than that of radical adhesives,but the hardness and adhesion strength were relatively lower.The shrinkage of hybrid adhesives was in between in general
