    <報告>体位変換・移乗に関する看護技術のコンピュータ学習支援システムの開発

    本研究の目的は,看護教育において有用とされているCAIシステムの開発である。本学の学内LANを使用したCAIシステムを構築し,体位変換・移乗に関する看護技術のCAI教材を開発した。CAIシステムは, Webサーバにアクセス権を持つ教員が分散した場所から自分の担当する教材の内容に修正・加筆などの変更を自由にできるものとした。CAI教材は2部構成とし,基礎編には看護技術の科学的根拠となる基礎知識を得る内容,看護技術編には,基礎看護技術の実際的な方法を中心とした。教材は,イラストや動画などのマルチメディアを多用した。ホームページ画面は,学生が楽しく学習に取り組めるようにレイアウトなどに工夫を凝らした。学生へのアンケートの結果,開発したCAI教材は,学生が内容的に満足でき,自己学習の道具としても有用であると回答していた。The purpose of this study was the development of a CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) system that was useful in nursing education. We developed the CAI system on the LAN in our college, and then made the teaching materials for nursing skills related to moving and turning clients in bed, wheelchair transfer and stretcher transfer. In this CAI system, only teachers having the right of access to the CAI server can change the CAI materials. The CAI contents had two parts, (1) basic part ; this dealt with Evidence Based Nursing, (2) nursing skills part ; this dealt with practical nursing skills. The CAI teaching materials were made using many illustrations and animations. Homepages had a fully worked-out layout (e. g. type size, coloring, moving icon, etc), so that students could take pleasure in learning.     Ion-cyclotron heating was applied to the Large Helical Device by using single, trap loop antennas located at the outward side of the toroid. Good experimental results were obtaine with adequate plasma confining configurations and antenna conditionings.Loading resistance of the antenna was2-8Ohm and this was a sufficiently large value. Various heating characteristics were investigated by changing the heating modes, ion species and magneticfield configurations.The minoriy-ion heating mode resulted in the best heating performances,and the heatin gcharacteristics largely depended on the cyclotron resonance positions.There were some unique features due to the heliotron configuration.These results showed the effectiveness of the ICRF heating in a helical device and the appropriateness of the ICRF antenna design in the LHD
