    柴郁地仙方对围绝经期抑郁症模型大鼠行为学及海马BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达的影响

    目的观察柴郁地仙方对围绝经期抑郁症(perimenopausal depressive disorder, PDD)模型大鼠行为学及海马脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF)、酪氨酸激酶B受体(tropomyosin receptor kinase B, TrkB)蛋白表达的影响,探讨其抗围绝经期抑郁症的作用机制。方法 48只3~4月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组、柴郁地仙方低、中、高剂量组,共6组,每组8只。假手术组行假手术,其余组行卵巢去势术后孤养并予以28天慢性轻度不可预见性应激(chronic unpredictable mild stress, CUMS)建立围绝经期抑郁症模型。CUMS第1天起假手术组、模型组灌服生理盐水,阳性对照组灌服盐酸氟西汀合戊酸雌二醇,中药治疗组灌服柴郁地仙方低、中、高不同浓度的汤药,其浓度分别为:0.38、0.76、1.52 g/mL,每天1次。应激过程中观察大鼠行为学及体重变化,并通过Morris水迷宫实验评价大鼠空间学习和记忆能力,应用免疫印迹法检测大鼠海马BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达情况。结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠体重增长缓慢,旷场实验得分及糖水偏好率均明显降低(P0.05)。结论柴郁地仙方可改善PDD模型大鼠行为学、体重水平及水迷宫的空间学习和记忆能力,其作用机制可能是通过提高大鼠海马中BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达量发挥的。福建省计生委中医药科研基金资助项目(No.wzpw201307);;福建省自然科学基金计划项目(No.2017J01147

    GC Determination of Decabromodiphenyl Ether in Electronic Products

    提出了气相色谱法测定电子产品中十溴联苯醚的方法。样品先后用甲苯超声提取和浓硫酸提取,所得有机相经硅胶层析柱净化和二氯甲烷洗脱后,以PCb-103为内标物,采用气相色谱法,用电子捕获检测器检测。十溴联苯醚与内标峰面积的比值对十溴联苯醚与内标物质量浓度比值在0.01--10.0 Mg.l-1范围内呈线性,检出限(3S/n)为8.0μg.kg-1。方法用于电视机塑料外壳中十溴联苯醚的测定,相对标准偏差(n=5)为2.2%--8.9%,回收率在92.1%--95.3%之间。Contents of decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209) in electronic products was determined by GC.The sample was extracted with toluene and con.H2SO4 in succession.The organic phase was purified and concentrated on silica-gel chromatographic column and eluted with dichloromethane.The dluate was used for GC-ECD analysis after adding PCB-103 as internal standard.Linear relationship between values of peak area ratios of the BDE-209 standard to internal standard and mass concentration of BDE-209 was obtained in the range of 0.01-10.0 mg·L-1,with detection limit(3S/N) of 8.0 μg·kg-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of plastic shells of TV-sets,giving values of RSD′s(n=5) in the range of 2.2%-8.9% and recovery in the range of 92.1%-95.3%.国家基础科学人才培养基金(J0630429

    【中文摘要】 根据半导体自由电子能带模型 ,文中在面心立方 (fcc)晶体、体心立方 (bcc)晶体和 6角密堆积 (hcp)晶体中研究自由电子能带的平均键能 Em 和费米能级 EF 的关系 ,并得出自由电子能带的平均键能 Em 相当于费米能级 EF 的研究结果。其结果有助于了解平均键能 Em 的物理实质 ,同时也为自由电子系统提供一种通过自由电子能带计算费米能级 EF(或费米半径 k F)的方法 【英文摘要】 Based on the free electronic band model, we study the relationship between average bond energy E m and Fermi level E F in face centered cubic (fcc) crystal, body centered cubic (bcc) crystal and hexagonal closed packed structure (hcp) crystal.     The Japanese Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu as Seen in Relation to Asian Culture : Comparison with Asian Language and English Translations as Opportunity

    研究成果の概要 (和文) : 2年間の研究実施期間においては、主にワークショップと研究集会を開催することによって研究をすすめた。18年度には夏・冬にワークショップ、秋に研究集会と合計8回、19年度には夏にワークショップ、春・冬に研究集会と合計6回、あわせて14回の勉強会を開催した。これらの内容報告については、本研究課題ウェブサイト(http://www.i-novel-hosei.org/kaken.htm)にて公開している。西欧ではなくアジア文化との比較から日本の「私小説」を考えるという目的から出発した本研究は、研究実施期間において次の5つの研究を行った。1つめは、中国、韓国、台湾における「私小説」の認知状況のアンケート調査である。これらの結果からは認知を越えて、各地域での「私小説」に関する認識を得ることができた。2つめは、アンケート結果から示唆を得た各地域における、日本近代の「私小説」に影響を受けた作品、「私小説」に類似する現代の個人化傾向のある作品についての具体的検討である。3つめとして、これら各地域における「私小説」的作品の質的な差違が、歴史や文化的背景によるものであることを検討し確認した。4つめは、志賀直哉「城の崎にて」の中国語訳、韓国語訳との翻訳比較である。5つめは、海外の「私小説」研究書として、魏大海『私小説 20世紀日本文学的一个"神話"』(中国)、安英姫『日本の私小説』(韓国)の全訳の完成、E・ファウラー『告白のレトリック-20世紀初期の日本の私小説(米国)の「序論 私小説における現象と表象」の翻訳を行った。これらの成果は「研究成果報告書」に収めている。研究成果の概要 (英文) : We have made progress by holding workshops and research meetings in the 2 years of research period. For example, we had 8 meetings including the summer and winter workshops as well as research meetings in autumn in 2006. In 2007, 6 meetings were held including 1 summer workshop and 5 research meetings in spring and winter. As a result, a total of 14 meetings were held during our research period. The outcomes of our research are disclosed on the dedicated website of this research program (http://www.i-novel-hosei.org/kaken.htm). The research program features a Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu comparison between Japanese works and Asian works instead of Japanese-Western comparison. It is composed of 5 sub researches: 1) The 1st sub research was an investigation on the cognition of Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu in China, Korea and Taiwan. We caught a picture of how Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu are recognized in these regions through this initial sub research. 2) In the 2nd sub researc h, we chose several locals works which are identified as being influenced by or considerably close to the modern Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu in Japanese, and discussed these works in details. 3) We discussed and formulated our conclusion on reasons of the substantial differences among these Asian works, which we believe were developed from their different historical and cultural background. 4) We made a comparison between the Chinese translated version and the Korean version of Shiga Naoya\u27s “Kinosaki nite" (“At Kinosaki"). 5) We translated several overseas works into Japanese. Those works include Wei Da hai\u27s “The Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu-a miracle of 20th Century\u27s Japanese Literature" (China), An Young hee\u27s “The Japanese Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu “(Korea), Edward Fowler\u27s “The Rhetoric of Confession-the early 20th Century\u27s Japanese Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu-Introduction phenomenon and symbols of Watakushi shosetsu/Shi shosetsu" (US).     景天庚酮糖-1,7-二磷酸酶(SBPase)和Rubisco活化酶(RCA)是影响光合作用的关键酶。SBPase催化的反应位于卡尔文循环中同化阶段和再生阶段的分支点上,对于控制该循环过程中碳源的流通具有十分重要的作用。RCA激活维持Rubisco的活性,后者是催化光合CO2同化过程第一步的关键调节酶。已有在水稻中过表达水稻SBPase和RCA的报道,但是过表达同源基因在很大程度上将导致基因沉默现象。本研究通过过量表达拟南芥SBPase和烟草RCA获得了过表达SBPase和RCA的转基因水稻并初步研究了转烟草RCA基因水稻的光合生理变化。主要研究结果如下: 1.我们获得了过表达拟南芥SBPase cDNA和烟草RCA cDNA的转基因水稻。通过潮霉素抗性筛选和PCR验证,我们确认得到了3个过表达拟南芥SBPasecDNA和47个过表达烟草RCA cDNA的转基因水稻独立株系。对过表达烟草RCA cDNA的水稻进行了RT-PCR检测,结果表明,转基因在转录水平上表达。我们据此选出mRNA表达量不同的三个株系(R1、R5、R7),进行相关实验。 2. 我们对过表达烟草RCA cDNA的转基因水稻进行了Rubisco活性测定。在正常生长条件下,过表达烟草RCA cDNA的转基因水稻的Rubisco初始活性与野生型相比无显著差异。 3. 正常的条件下,过表达烟草RCA的转基因水稻叶绿素含量及叶绿素a比叶绿素b的比值与野生型相比,无显著变化;过表达烟草RCA的转基因水稻光系统II、光系统I的活性及CO2同化速率也与野生型水稻结果相近。 我们的实验数据总体表明,我们获得了过表达拟南芥SBPase cDNA和烟草RCA cDNA的转基因水稻。我们对正常条件下生长的过表达烟草RCA cDNA的转基因水稻进行了初步的光合参数测定,结果表明,在正常条件下,转基因水稻的Rubisco初始活性及光合特性没有发生显著变化。这与以前的观点一致,前人的研究表明在正常的条件下,野生型水平的RCA足以激活维持Rubisco的活性。但是,为了进一步的研究转基因水稻是否提高了光合能力,我们还需对转基因水稻进行胁迫处理,研究胁迫条件下转基因水稻的光合特征的改变

    李淑梅,南开大学哲学院教授、博士生导师,哲学博士。【中文摘要】马克思对黑格尔辩证法的批判与其扬弃异化劳动的观点密切联系,具有明确的社会政治取向。他考察了黑格尔的《精神现象学》,阐明黑格尔的辩证法是本质和现象的颠倒,并未触及异化劳动的经验事实,但其在神秘的形式下包含着人的异化的因素。马克思通过分析黑格尔逻辑概念的异化及其扬弃的方法阐明,它只是扬弃范畴,而并不否定现存的社会关系。马克思在剖析现实经济关系的基础上指出,黑格尔抽象掉了实践的经验内容,只是抓住了其形式方面。他揭露了黑格尔辩证法无视工人的异化劳动、维护资本主义制度的实质。马克思从现实的感性实践出发,建立了以扬弃人的异化为指向的辩证法。 【Abstract】 Marx's criticism of Hegels dialectics is closely related to his argument for sublating alienated labor and has a clear socio-political orientation. Through the study of Hegel's The Phenomenology of Mind, Marx points out that Hegel's dialectics reverses nature and phenomenon. Although it does not touch upon the empirical facts of alienated labor,it contains the elements of criticizing human alienation in a mysterious form. By analyzing Hegel's method of alienation and sublation of logic concept,Marx argues that Hegel sublates categories only but doesn't negate current social relations. Through analyses of current social relations,Marx points out that Hegel removes the experiential contents of practice via abstraction in terms of form only. He reveals that the nature of Hegel's dialectics is to ignore workers' alienated labor and maintain the capitalist system.     Phenanthrene sorption by sediments from Yellow River Estuary: Effects of environmental factors

    To understand the environmental behaviors and ecological risks of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in the transport processes from the river to the estuary, and subsequently coastal waters, the sorption of phenanthrene on the Yellow River estuary sediments was investigated under varying conditions including sediment concentrations, dissolved organic matter(DOM), temperature, and salinity. Phenanthrene sorption by estuarine sediments and marine sediments were also compared. The results showed that sediments with low concentration exhibited high sorption capacity for phenanthrene. Phenanthrene sorption was enhanced in the presence of DOM, and the effect of humic acid(HA)was more significant than that of fulvic acid(FA). The sorption capacity declined with increasing temperature, whereas it increased with increasing salinity. Surface adsorption and partitioning of phenanthrene occur simultaneously on the sediments. For estuarine sediments, adsorption was predominant, while partitioning was the main mechanism for marine sediments. Moreover, the sorption capacity of marine sediments was higher than that of estuarine sediments. Based on these results, it can be concluded that phenanthrene is inclined to be adsorbed on sediments in the transport processes from the river to the estuary, and subsequently coastal waters, which may reduce the ecological damage in water, but raise the potential health risks to benthonic organisms in offshore marine areas
