    Predictions of Amount of Sediment and Rate of Sediment in Watershed Using B-P Network

    提出了应用 B- P人工神经网络 ,建立流域输沙量和最大输沙率的预测模型。以降雨量、降雨历时、洪峰流量和洪量等因子建立的李子溪流域的输沙量和最大输沙率的 B- P网络预测模型效果表明 :拟合率达 90 %左右 ,预留检验报准率在 75 %以上。Predictable models of amount of sediment and maximal rate of sediment in a watershed are presented using B-P artificial neural network. The predictable results of the B-P network modle developed by using area mean rainfall amount during the time of raifall,flood run off and amount of flood factor etc.It shows that the gualified rates of fitting and predicting accuracy 90% and 75%, respectively.国家自然科学基金项目!     Inter-regional biological invasion in China:Present status and countermeasures

    区域间生物入侵是指国家内部不同区域间物种入侵所引发的危害。由于我国生态系统错综多样,国内人员、物品流动频繁且不易监控,因此区域间生物入侵危害已经十分严峻。本文主要以我国以及国外已有的区域间生物入侵事件为例,分析其主要的入侵途径、危害与防治措施。区域间生物入侵主要通过引种、运输、人为干扰等途径,可以造成土著种灭绝、基因污染、生物多样性降低等危害。全球气候变化、南水北调等大型工程建设以及海峡两岸交流等领域是今后我国区域间生物入侵研究的主要方向。Inter-regional biological invasion is a new concept,which is defined as the invasion of alien species from one region to another region within a country.Because of the intensive personnel-and goods flow and its difficulty to control,the inter-regional biological invasion is now very serious in China.Based on the cases of the inter-regional biological invasion at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the main pathways of the invasion and its dangers,and put forward some countermeasures.Alien species introduction,transportation,and anthropogenic disturbances are the main pathways of the inter-regional biological invasion,which can cause the native species extinction,genetic contamination,and biodiversity decrease,etc.Some future research directions on the inter-regional biological invasion in China,including climate change,South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and Cross-Straits exchanges,were proposed.国家自然科学基金项目(40671116);福建省自然科学基金重点项目(D0720002);教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划;福建省高校新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项

    Recycle Economy Evaluation Based on LCA in Remanufacture Projects and Industry

    文章对利用生命周期评价的基本方法,对废旧电机再制造项目进行循环经济特性评估的方法进行了初探。废旧电机再制造,实际上是一个充分保留废旧电机中的附加值,使其进入下一步循环的过程。利用生命周期评价从“起点到终点“的思想,以及其评判的基本方法,可以评判出废旧电机再制造项目的不同技术工艺的循环经济特性的优劣以及相对于其它回收方法的优势,以解决常规的循环经济指标体系在应用至废旧电机再制造行业时所遇到的问题。This study preliminary analyzes the basic methods of the life cycle assessment(LCA),and the evaluation methods of the circular economy characters in the waste motor remanufacture projects.The waste motor remanufacture can actually retain the added value of the waste motor,which could be used in the next cycle process.LCA,basing on "from origin to destination" and its basic evaluation method,could be used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the recycle economy characters on different technique in waste motor remanufacturing projects.We can also conclude its advantages by comparing to other recycling methods,and resolve some problems when we use circular economy indexes system in the waste motor remanufacture.国家自然科学基金(40671116);福建省自然科学基金重点项目(D0720002);教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目;福建省高校新世纪优秀人才支持计划项

    Study on SVPWM Algorithm and it's Applications

    本文详细分析了SVPWM控制算法并对该算法进行改进,且还深入的研究了SVPWM处在过调制时应采取的措施,最后在MATlAb/SIMulInk对该算法进行验证,仿真不但验证了算法的正确性,结果表明,利用SVPWM控制技术,不仅提高了直流电压的利用率,还减小了相电流的谐波含量。This paper analyzed the SVPWM algorithm in detail and raised the improvement for it,meanwhile,it stated the proper measurement which should be adopt while the SVPWM is in over modulation.The algorithm was verified in MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation showed it is correct.With the SVPWM control algorithm,It not only improved the DC voltage utilization,but also decreased the harmonic percentage of the phase current.贵州省基金项目;风光互补发电系统的效率优化控制关键技术研

    碳酸盐岩油藏缝洞单元离散数值模型及压力响应曲线特征

    缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏储集体类型多样,如何充分利用试井测试资料认识钻遇储层特征是后期挖潜增产的关键,并且常规解析试井模型中无法考虑井与缝洞的位置关系导致解释结果误差较大。为此,根据缝洞单元内缝洞与井的分布特征,分别建立了井钻遇和未钻遇缝洞2种离散数值试井模型,并进行有限元求解,分析了缝洞体大小以及缝洞体与井之间距离对井底压力响应曲线的影响。采用该方法对塔里木哈拉哈塘油田14口井测试资料进行试井分析,结果表明,受缝洞体的影响,井底压力响应曲线特征可分为:缝洞发育-未钻遇缝洞-井在缝洞附近、缝洞发育-钻遇缝洞、钻遇多个连通的缝洞、基质为主-缝洞不发育以及缝洞不发育-钻遇个别缝洞5种类型

    低氧诱导因子l(HIF-1)与肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭和耐药密切相关,在肿瘤细胞内HIF-1高度表达,因此新型的HIF-1抑制剂可作为潜在的抗肿瘤药物。本文合成了9个1,3-取代吲唑衍生物。通过蛋白质印迹(Western Blot)法及实时定量荧光PCR(Real time-PCR)等方法检测了其对HIF-1及其靶基因血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平的影响,并以3-(5’-羟甲基-2’-呋喃基)-1-苯甲基吲唑(YC-1)为阳性对照药物初步评价了其体外抗肝癌细胞增殖的生物活性。实验发现化合物7b可显著抑制HIF-1及其下游靶基因VEGF的表达,且体外抗肝癌增殖生物活性优于YC-1,半抑制浓度(IC50)值为10.37μmol/L。研究结果表明,3-(5’-羟甲基-2’-呋喃)-1-(1″-对甲苯磺酰基)吲唑具有靶向抑制HIF及良好的抗肝癌活性作用。福建省科技厅项目(2015Y0081,2015J01350);;厦门大学大学生创新创业训练计划项目(2016X0644,20720152005)~

    三维CT影像资料测量国人心尖区心肌变薄的解剖学验证

    背景:在常规心脏三维CT成像检查中可见国人心脏心尖部心肌存在变薄的影像改变,但未见文献报道。认识该影像征象的相关解剖及影像特征,可为临床相关学科的应用及研究提供客观基础。目的:确定国人心尖区心肌最薄点的存在,测量其厚度及位置关系。方法:解剖学观察12个体外心脏标本并利用游标卡尺测量心尖部最薄点厚度及左室心肌最厚处的厚度。选取2009-01/12在厦门大学附属中山医院CT室进行检查的69例无明确心脏疾患患者的三维CT资料,利用三维成像技术显示心尖部结构。测量心尖最薄点、左室心肌最厚处的厚度及心尖最薄点至冠状动脉前降支的距离。结果与结论:解剖学观察显示体外心脏标本心尖部存在心肌变薄区,厚度为(1.74±0.32)mm,左室心肌最厚处为(13.07±1.48)mm;三维CT可清楚显示心尖部心肌最薄区,厚度为(1.27±0.31)mm,左室心肌最厚处为(12.02±1.66)mm;心尖部最薄点到左冠状动脉前降支的距离为(13.70±3.78)mm。统计结果显示解剖学心尖部最薄点厚度与三维CT测量值差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结果证实国人心尖区心肌变薄是一种正常解剖结构,标本解剖学及活体三维CT影像学均可清楚显示

    依维菌素B1a与羧酸在DMAP/DCC体系中直接酯化 ,得到 10个 5 IVB1a酯衍生物 ,产率 6 6 %~ 82 %;它们的化学结构得到IR ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR和MS谱的确证 .它们具有良好的杀虫、杀螨活性 .Ten 5-Ivermectin B 1a ester derivatives were prepared from Ivermectin B 1a and carboxylic acids in the systems of DCC/DMAP. Their chemical structures were determined by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS spectra. The Gibbs free energies of the liquid, fcc, hcp, alpha Pu, beta Pu, gamma Pu, delta Pu, delta'Pu, and epsilon Pu phases were described by the subregular solution model with a Redlich-Kister equation, and those of the intermetallic compounds in the Mg-Pu and Cu-Pu binary systems were described by the sublattice model. A consistent set of thermodynamic parameters were derived for describing the Gibbs free energies of solution phases and intermetallic compounds in the Mg-Pu and Cu-Pu binary systems.     Trial production and industrial sidetrack test of the XH-1 type of potassium-free sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst

    作者简介: 连奕新( 1971-),男,博士生;杨意泉(1944- ),男, 硕士,研究员,博士生导师,主要从事工业催化方面的研究, 通讯联系人,0592-2186368, [email protected]。[中文文摘]以镁铝尖晶石复合材料为载体,采用浸渍钴钼活性组分无煅烧技术,中试制备出新型XH-1无钾耐硫变换催化剂。对该催化剂进行实验室活性评价和6个月的工业侧线试验,结果表明:XH-1型催化剂结构稳定、机械强度高;在中压(2.0MPa)、低汽气比(0.3~0.6)的反应条件下,催化活性优于国内外同类产品;在高压(≥3.0 MPa)、高汽气比(≥1.0)条件下催化性能与同类产品相当,符合高、中压各种变换工艺条件对催化剂性能的要求。[英文文摘]New XH-1 type of potassium-free sulfur-tolerant water gas shift catalyst was trial produced on a pilot scale by the impregnation of Co-Mo active composition on the complex support of magnalium-alumina spinel without calcination.The results of both the evaluation in the laboratory and the industrial sidetrack test in a period of six months showed that the XH-1 type of catalyst had higher activity in comparison with the same type of products made in inland and overseas under medium pressure(2.0 MPa) and at ow steamtogas ratio( 0.3-0.6),but the same activity under high pressure (3.0MPa) and at high steamtogas ratio(≥1.0).Moreover the XH-1 type of catalyst was found to have stable construction and high mechanical strength.
