2022 年度大阪大学グローバルイニシアティブ機構はICT によるオンライン教育及びPBL の学習モデルを活用し、SDGs 国際学生交流プログラムの開発・実施を行った。このプログラムは以下の4 つの主要な目標を掲げた。1）問題解決力と行動力の育成、2）革新的な思考、創造性及びデジタルスキルの向上、3）グローバルコミュニケーション能力の育成、4）パートナー大学間の連携と学生交流の促進。本稿の目的は、新たな教育実践である「大阪大学SDGs 国際学生交流プログラム」について、開発の経緯と実施効果、そして今後の課題と展望を報告することである。実践報告Activity Report

コロナ禍による全世界的な渡航制限により，日本の高等教育機関の学生交流やグローバルパートナーシップは大きな影響を受けている．高等教育者はデジタル化時代における「高等教育の国際化」とは何かを考えることになった．物理的な移動は減少した一方，パートナー大学とのバーチャル交流は拡大している．本稿では， 大阪大学グローバルイニシアティブ機構が主催した“ 3 Minutes of Inspiration for Sustainable Development”の学生動画コンテストと国際学生SDGsフォーラムの実践事例を紹介する．ウィズコロナの状況下において，オンラインという手法を活用することで，学生イベントとしても，周年記念事業としても，かつて例のない多様性と国際性をもつ，世界に開かれた学生交流の場を作ることができた．本稿の目的は，このイベントの実施の成果と課題を分析し，オンラインにおけるSDGsの実践でグローバル人材育成に向けて更なる発展する可能性を展望することである．Over the last two years, the COVID-19’s massive disruption on international exchange and global partnership at Japanese higher education institutions have been pushing educators to examine their way of delivering education, conducting research, and engaging global and local communities. As a global university rooted in deep local culture, Osaka University aims to promote SDGs both domestically and globally. The Center for Global Initiatives implemented an innovative student exchange program—video contest and student forum—with three main goals: 1. To promote student exchange with overseas partner universities 2. To encourage students to take active roles in promoting sustainable development, and 3. To foster innovative thinking and digital skills. The program, implemented in celebration of Osaka University’s 90th anniversary and Osaka University of Foreign Studies’ 100th anniversary, consisted of a student video contest and virtual online forum. Both events brought together diverse students worldwide under the theme of “3 Minutes of Inspiration for Sustainable Development”. This paper will introduce this program as a case of Osaka University’s effort to promote international collaboration at student level. We will present some of the program results and identify the main challenges and future possibilities. We hope our example will be helpful for international educators in their efforts to promote global human resources in the era of digital skills by taking advantage of SDGs framework.教育実践レポー

漁業・レジャーからみた霞ヶ浦における湖面利用の変容

本研究の目的は，主として漁業・レジャーから，霞ヶ浦における湖面利用の変容を明らかにすることである．霞ヶ浦では，高度経済成長期以降の都市化に伴い，工業用水の確保や災害対策を目的として，常陸川水門建設や堤防建設が霞ヶ浦総合開発の一環として進められた．水門建設を契機とした淡水化や周辺経済の成長により，収益性のより高い一般漁業や養殖漁業へと転換がはかられた．また，舟運や湖水浴といった地域住民を中心とした湖面利用は，高度経済成長期の余暇活動の拡大に伴うレジャー拡大により，都市住民を含めた広域的な利用者を含むものへと拡大した．さらに，2000年以降のコイヘルペスウイルスや東日本大震災は，漁業やレジャーへ大きな影響を及ぼした．しかし，地域住民や行政によるアオコ対策など，積極的な環境対策運動が功を奏し，漁獲量は一定数回復した．結果的に，一部の養殖漁家や水産加工業者は地域内外で安定した供給先を確保することにより事業を維持，拡大している．他方，レジャー産業においては霞ヶ浦の広大な湖面を活用した湖上教育や水上飛行といった新たな局面がみられた

新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大等により，全世界で海外留学を取り巻く環境が激変している．多種多様なオンラインイベント，膨大な情報やオンラインコミュニティを選択できる環境におかれている留学希望者及び大学の需要に合わせて，新たなプログラムの企画と開発が必要になっている．大阪大学は2020年春よりオンライン留学説明会を企画，実施し，また大学のブランディング活動を継続しつつ，バーチャル留学プログラムを設立することにより，バーチャルおよび対面での国際学生交流活動を企画，開催してきた．大阪大学は，新たに展開したこれらの活動と，留学生の応募と入試に関するサポート，就職指導と支援なども組入れ，留学生のオンラインリクルート体制を構築した．本稿では，大学の国際化促進フォーラムの幹事校として，大阪大学が主催した「多様な文化・言語圏からの留学生リクルート：バーチャル大学ツアーの実施」の企画背景，実践事例と今後の展開方向について紹介する．大阪大学はこれまでの経験を活かし，ポストコロナを見据えた留学生のリクルート戦略としてバーチャル大学ツアーを開催し，ニューノーマルにおけるオールジャパンでの留学生リクルートの促進を図り，協力体制の構築に貢献した．本稿の目的は，このプロジェクトの実施成果と課題を分析し，横連携強化型国際交流活動の更なる発展の可能性を展望することである．The global circumstances surrounding international student recruitment and study abroad programs have changed dramatically since the disruption of international exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic. With many online events, abundant flow of information, and online communities to choose from, there is a need to plan and develop new programs that meet the needs of prospective students and universities. Osaka University has built an online international student recruitment system through the planning and implementation of online study abroad information events, virtual study abroad programs, and international student exchange activities, as well as through the establishment of a support system for international student applications and admissions and career guidance and job-hunting support. This paper describes the planning backdrop, actual practices, and future directions of the “Virtual university tours: a new tool to recruit international students with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds” hosted by Osaka University as a secretariat of the Japan Forum for Internationalization of Universities. Leveraging its accumulated experience, Osaka University held a virtual university tour to recruit international students aiming for the post-Covid era. The activities promote all-Japan recruitment of international students in the new normal and contribute to the construction of a cooperative framework. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the results of the implementation of this project, analyze its challenges, and look at the possibilities for further development of international exchange activities that strengthen lateral cooperation.教育実践レポートPractice Report

超细磨矿对矿物固体性质和浸取速度的影响

本文研究了在搅拌式球磨机中进行超细磨矿处理对闪锌矿，白钨矿和硫化镍矿的固体性质和浸取速度的影响。探讨了将超细磨矿处理用在湿法冶金过程中的可行性。采用电子显微镜，X-射线衍射，差热分析和红外光谱等方法测定了超细磨矿后矿物固体性质的变化。研究结果表明：超细磨矿处理不仅使矿物颗粒显著细化而且还造成了新的表面缺陷，从而使矿物的表面得到活化，加快了矿物的浸出速度。在相同的浸取条件下，从硫化锌精矿中浸出锌的浸出率出70%提高到95%，从硫化镍精矿中浸出镍的浸出率从14%提高到74%，从白钨矿中浸出钨的浸出率从8%提高到99%。采用超细磨处理后的硫化锌精矿还原含Fe（III）的工业锌浸出液中的Fe（III）可以使反应时间由原来的三小时缩短到一小时左右。文中还对影响磨矿效率的主要因素做了研究，估算了超细磨矿的实际能量消耗。实验结果表明，将超细磨矿技术（搅拌式球磨）用于湿法冶金过程会有经济效益
