    钯镍合金电沉积的研究

    本文运用循环伏安极化曲线恒电位阶跃微分电容曲线X 射线衍射等方法研究钯镍合金沉积层的形成机理沉积层结构与性 能的关系探索镀液组成添加剂及沉积条件如pH值电流密度 温度等的作用及其变化规律主要结论有 一.高镍的钯镍合金电沉积 1.钯镍合金中成分比例与镀液中主盐金属离子浓度比有关当钯 盐浓度为0.1mol/L,镍盐浓度小于0.15mol/L时,随着镀液中镍离子浓度 的增大,镀层中镍含量呈线性增加;但当镍盐浓度大于0.15mol/L时,增 加的幅度很小因此在一定的工艺条件下根据需要可以控制镀液中 Ni/Pd来获得不同钯镍组成比例的沉积层 2.X射线衍射证实了钯镍合金以固溶体的形式...学位:理学硕士院系专业:化学化工学院化学系_物理化学(含化学物理)学号:19952501

    A Study on the Relation between Composition and Properties of High Ni Pd Ni Alloy

    研究了在以Pd(nH3)Cl2、nISO4·6H2O和nH4Cl为基本组成的镀液中,nI2+浓度对高镍的钯镍合金(nI含量>10WT%)镀层组成、硬度、孔隙率、耐蚀性、接触电阻和可焊性等的影响。结果表明,在一定的工艺条件下,可以根据需要控制镀液中nI/Pd来获得不同含镍量的钯镍合金镀层,其含镍量40%左右的钯镍合金镀层具有较高的硬度、较少的孔隙、较好的耐蚀性及较低的接触电阻、合格的可焊性,因此在电子工业中可以代替硬金镀层。The effect of Ni concentration in the bath on deposit composition,microhardness,porosity,corrosion resistance,contact resistance and soderability of Pd Ni alloy(Ni>10wt%) electroplated from bath contg.Pd(NH 3) 2Cl 2,NiSO 4·6H 2O and NH 4Cl has been studied.Results show desired Pd Ni deposits with different Ni contents are attainable by controlling [Ni(Ⅱ)/Pd(Ⅱ)] radio in solution under certain technological conditions.Pd Ni deposit contg.about 40wt% Ni has higher hardness,lower porosity,higher corrosion resistance,lower contact resistance and acceptable solderability.It can be used as a substitute for gold coating in electronic industrial applications

    4-氨基苯甲酸对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的抑制作用机理研究

    报道了4-氨基苯甲酸(4-aminobenzoic acid)对蘑菇酪氨酸酶单酚酶和二酚酶活力的影响和抑制效应.结果表明,4-氨基苯甲酸对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的单酚酶和二酚酶活性均有抑制作用.导致单酚酶活力和二酚酶活力下降50%的抑制剂浓度(IC50)分别为0.35和0.30 mmol/L.4-氨基苯甲酸对单酚酶的迟滞时间有明显的延长效应,1.0 mmol/L可使单酚酶的迟滞时间从30.5 s延长到155.1 s,增加了4.4倍.4-氨基苯甲酸对二酚酶的抑制作用表现为混合型可逆抑制作用,抑制常数(KI和KIS)分别为0.259和1.46 mmol/L

    A Primary Validation of Remote AVHRR SST in Taiwan Strait and Its Vicinity

    采用现场走航数据与站点观测数据分别对台湾海峡及其邻近海域的高(1.1 km、每天)、低(9 km、月平均)时空分辨率遥感AVHRR MCSST和PFSST产品进行检验.结果表明,MCSST和PFSST产品与两种现场资料在时空变化趋势上都有着很好的一致性,相关系数的平方(R2)在0.68以上.高分辨率MCSST精度为(0.11±0.97)℃,与美国沿岸海域验证精度相当,达到当前国际上利用NLSST算法反演LAC数据所能达到的水平.虽然低分辨率PFSST在探测强烈的温度梯度时存在不足,趋向于削弱实际的温度锋.但总体来看,AVHRR SST遥感数据可适用于分析台湾海峡及其邻近海域温度场的时间变动趋势及空间变化特征.To estimate the accuracy of remote sensing SST in Taiwan Strait and its vicinity,the high(1.1 km,daily) and low(9 km,monthly) spatial-temporal resolution remote sensing AVHRR SST data are validated with the underway mapping SST and in-situ SST measured by CTD.Results of validation show that: both high and low resolution AVHRR SST products are consistent with two kinds of in-situ SST data.The accuracy of low resolution AVHRR PFSST is(0.09±1.40)℃ when compared with in-situ SST measured by CTD,which is the lowest of three comparison.The accuracy of high resolution AVHRR MCSST derived from local algorithm is(0.11±0.97)℃.This accuracy is equivalent with that of the SST products derived from LAC data with the NLSST algorithm.In upwelling zone of summer and warm-cold water fronts of winter,there is great difference between the low resolution PFSST and two kinds of in-situ SST data.The low resolution PFSST seems to weaken the actual SST fronts when it is used to detect these strong temperature gradient.However in conclusion,remote AVHRR SST data are fit to analyze the temporal and spatial variation of SST in Taiwan Strait and its vicinity.国家自然科学基金重点项目(40331004)资

    利用X-射线衍射技术对钯镍合金镀层的微观结构,特别是晶体的微晶尺寸、晶胞参数、微观应力、择优取向等进行了研究。实验发现,该合金镀层为面心立方的固溶体结构,呈(200)择优取向,晶胞参数随镀层中镍含量的增大而减小,镀层的微晶尺寸及微观应力等随镀层中镍含量的增大而增大。Abstract The stress,grain size,lattice parameters and preferred orientation of Pd Ni alloy were investigated by XRD.It showed that the alloy coatings were solid solution with FCC lattice and (200) preferred orientation.With increasing of nickel content in deposit,the grain size and stress increased and lattice parameters of the alloy decreased

    为指导合成高效的5-HT6受体拮抗剂,采用比较分子场分析(CoMFA)和比较相似性指数分析(CoMSIA)对143个5-HT6受体拮抗剂数据进行了三维定量构效关系(3D-QSAR)研究,分别得到了具有良好可靠性和预测能力的CoMFA(Q2=0.513,R2ncv=0.864,R2pre=0.731)和CoMSIA模型(Q2=0.515,R2ncv=0.844,R2pre=0.777).由模型的等势线图分析,可得如下结论:大体积及/或电负性较大的R2取代基、疏水性R3和疏水性苯环R1位取代基、可作氢键受体的R2取代基、可作氢键供体的R3取代基有助于增大活性.这些结论能够更好地帮助理解5-HT6受体拮抗剂的抑制机理,并为今后的药物设计与合成提供新思路
