    目的研究索拉非尼联合塞来昔布在体外对胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1增殖的影响。方法体外培养人胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1,通过MTT法检测索拉非尼单用或与塞来昔布联用时对胆管癌细胞株增殖的抑制作用,WESTErn blOT分析索拉非尼单用或与塞来昔布联用时对胆管癌细胞株内多聚AdP核糖聚合酶(PArP)蛋白表达的影响。结果索拉非尼抑制胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1的增殖并诱导细胞凋亡。索拉非尼联合塞来昔布协同抑制胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1的增殖。塞来昔布使索拉非尼诱导的胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1的凋亡增加。结论索拉非尼联合塞来昔布能协同抑制胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1的增殖,这与塞来昔布使索拉非尼诱导的细胞凋亡增加有关。Objective To investigate the effect of sorafenib and celecoxib combination therapy on proliferation of human cholangiocarcinoma(CC) cells,using the cultured SK-ChA-1 cell line.Methods Inhibition of SK-ChA-1 cell proliferation by sorafenib alone and in combination with celecoxib was studied in vitro using the MTT assay.The anti-neoplastic mechanisms of sorafenib alone and in combination with celecoxib were assessed by Western blot detection of changes in the caspase cleavage substrate poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP).Results SK-ChA-1 cells treated with sorafenib alone showed a dose-dependent growth inhibition and degradation of PARP.Combination treatment with sorafenib and celecoxib synergistically increased the growth inhibition effects and enhanced the degradation of PARP.Conclusion Combination treatment with sorafenib and celecoxib results in a synergistic anti-proliferative effect in the human CC cell line SK-ChA-1;the addition of celecoxib enhances sorafenib-induced apoptosis.国家自然科学基金资助项目(81072014

    In situ Time-resolved FTIR and Raman Characterizations of the Partial Oxidation of Methane to Synthesis Gas over Ir/SiO_2 Catalyst

    [中文文摘]采用原位时间分辨红外光谱和原位显微Raman光谱技术对Ir/SiO2 上甲烷部分氧化 (POM)制合成气反应的初级产物和反应条件下催化剂表面物种进行了跟踪考察 ,实验结果表明 ,在H2 预还原的新鲜Ir/SiO2 表面 ,CO是V(CH4)∶V(O2 )∶V(Ar) =2∶1∶45混合气反应的初级产物 ,因而甲烷的直接氧化过程是CO生成的主要途径 ;而在稳态反应条件下 ,CO生成的途径可能主要来自CO2 和H2 O与催化剂表面积碳物种 (CHx)和 /或CH4的反应 .催化剂上生成的积碳可能是导致稳态条件下Ir/SiO2 上POM反应机理不同于H2 预还原的新鲜催化剂的主要原因。[英文文摘]In situ time-resolved FTIR and in situ microprobe Raman spectroscopies were used to follow the primary products as well as the surface and gas phase species formed during the reaction of partial oxidation of methane (POM) to synthesis gas over Ir/SiO 2 catalyst. The results suggested that direct oxidation of CH 4 to CO is the dominant pathway of POM reaction over the freshly reduced Ir/SiO 2 catalyst, while the dominant schemes of CO formation over the catalyst under the steady state reaction condition are probably via the reactions of CO2 and H2O with the deposited carbon species (CHx) and/ or CH4 . The mechanistic difference between the POMto synthesis gas over freshly reduced Ir/ SiO2 catalyst and the catalyst under the steady state reaction may have resulted from the formation of significant amount of deposited carbon species in the latter system.国家重点基础研究发展规划 (No.G1999022408); 国家自然科学基金(No.20021002)资助项目

    泛素家族包括泛素及类泛素蛋白,约20种成员蛋白.近年来,泛素家族领域取得了迅猛发展,并已与生物学及医学研究的各个领域相互交叉.泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬机制的发现分别于2004和2016年获得诺贝尔奖.但是,类泛素蛋白并没有统一规范的中文译名. 2018年4月9日在苏州召开的《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》专著的编委会上,部分作者讨论了类泛素蛋白的中文命名问题,并在随后的\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"(Ubiquitinfamily,autophagy anddiseases)苏州会议上提出了类泛素蛋白中文翻译草案,此草案在参加该会议的国内学者及海外华人学者间取得了高度共识.冷泉港亚洲\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"苏州会议是由美国冷泉港实验室主办、两年一度、面向全球的英文会议.该会议在海内外华人学者中具有广泛影响,因此,参会华人学者的意见具有一定的代表性.本文介绍了10个类别的类泛素蛋白的中文命名,系统总结了它们的结构特点,并比较了参与各种类泛素化修饰的酶和它们的生物学功能.文章由45名从事该领域研究的专家合作撰写,其中包括中国工程院院士1名,相关学者4名,长江学者3名,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者18名和美国知名高校华人教授4名.他们绝大多数是参加编写即将由科学出版社出版的专著《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》的专家

    健全、完善的涉外仲裁监督机制,是我国涉外仲裁驰誉世界的重要保障。通过与ICSID仲裁的类比研究,看出我国当前在此方面存在以下问题:(1)仲裁监督的内容构成尚存欠缺;(2)裁决撤销理由的设置宽严失度;(3)司法人员对相关法律的理解适用把握不准。针对这些问题,借鉴ICSID仲裁的经验,提出完善我国有关立法与实践的具体建议。A sound and perfect arbitral supervision mechanism concerning foreign affairs is an important guarantee for the reputation of Chinese arbitration concerning foreign affairs in the world. Through the analogical research on ICSID arbitration, it can be found that in China there are problems as follows: (1) component subject of arbitral supervision has some defects; (2) the standard for the reason of repealing awards is not well controlled; (3) judicial personnel does not understand or apply the relevant laws accurately. To counter these problems, the experience of ICSID arbitration should be taken as reference and a concrete suggestion concerning perfecting relevant legislation and practice in China has been made

    晚近 ,国际投资关系中南北矛盾的发展出现新动向 ,发达国家凭借其实力 ,不遗余力地在全球贯彻“急骤的、绝对的与作为目的加以追求的国际投资自由化”主张。在法律层面上 ,他们积极推动国际条约的签订、其他国际文件的制订以及影响有关的国际裁判 ,以求投资法律规范的“国际化” ,并且竭力促使跨国投资法律规范的实体内容朝着有利于外国投资者及其母国的方向发展。对此 ,发展中国家应保持清醒的认识并采取有效的因应之策The last 20 years have seen the change of the contradiction between the South and the North in the area of international investment. Developed countries have spared no efforts to implement the policy of liberalization of international investment. They maintained that it should be prompt, thoroughgoing and purpose-built. As far as the legal approaches go, the concluding of international investment treaties, the drafting of other international documents and the awards of international arbitration play an active role in their pursuit of the above-mentioned goal. As a result, legal rules on the investment are internationalized and the substance of such rules undergoes a transformation in favor of foreign investors. Developing countries should make a good assessment of the international and domestic situation so as to take effective measures in response to this change. [WT5HZ

    [中文文摘]针对影响酚醛泡沫性质的众多参数的不确定性 ,给出了可发泡性甲阶酚醛树脂的合成方法及酚醛泡沫塑料发泡典型配方 ;考察了反应温度及水含量对酚醛树脂粘度的影响 ,讨论了表面活性剂、发泡剂、固化剂及发泡温度对泡沫性能的影响。结果表明 :当表面活性剂用量为 4%~ 7% ,发泡剂用量为 4%~ 10 % ,固化剂用量为 8%~ 12 % ,发泡温度在 70~ 80℃范围时 ,可制得较好的酚醛泡沫塑料。[英文文摘]This study presented the experimental results on the preparation and characteristics of resol and phenolic foam because of a very wide range of process variables with little indication of preferred or desired process parameters. The effects of reaction time and water concentration on the resin viscosity were studied. The effects of surfactant, blowing agent, acid catalyst and foaming temperature on the density of phenolic foam were also investigated. When the surfactant content was 4%~7%, blowing agent content 4 %~10 % , acid catalyst content 8 %~12 % , and at foaming temperature 70 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, phenolic foams with good properties could be prepared.固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室基金 (1130
