    Concentration Protile of Etchant Measured by Microelectrode Technique in the Process of Chemical Micromachining

    利用微圆盘电极技术,测定了KBr、L-胱氨酸和硫酸组成的刻蚀溶液体系中Pt电极表面电化学氧化产生的刻蚀剂Br2浓度分布,为约束刻蚀剂层技术(CELT)中刻蚀体系的选择和优化提供更直观的依据.GaAs表面CELT微加工实验证明了用微圆盘电极测得的表面刻蚀剂的浓度分布趋势与微加工实验所得到的结果一致.A carbon-disk microelectrode was used to investigate the surface concentration profile of etchant Br2, which was electrogenerated on the Pt working electrode. The steady state reducing currents of Br2 at different distances away from the Pt electode was measured. The concentration profile was estimated from the current-distance variation curves as a function of different sampling times. Experimentally determined concentration profiles are in good agreement with those estimated from the microetching results.     鸡尾酒抗体D2-40/CD34-CK对淋巴结检出数量不足结直肠癌标本的临床病理评价

    目的探讨鸡尾酒抗体D2-40/CD34-CK双重免疫组化染色在淋巴结检出数量不足的结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)标本脉管侵犯评估中的应用及意义。方法收集133例淋巴结检出数量<12枚的CRC标本,分别行HE染色及鸡尾酒抗体双重免疫组化染色,比较两种方法在脉管侵犯筛查效果中的差异,并分析应用鸡尾酒抗体免疫组化染色证实的脉管侵犯与临床病理特征及患者总生存期(overall survival,OS)的关系。结果 (1)鸡尾酒抗体D2-40/CD34-CK双重免疫组化染色及HE染色对脉管侵犯的检出率分别为42. 9%(57/133)和21. 8%(29/133),差异有显著性(P <0. 001)。(2)鸡尾酒抗体D2-40/CD34-CK双重免疫组化法证实的脉管侵犯与Dukes分期、浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤出芽相关(P <0. 05)。(3)脉管侵犯、侵犯位置深度、程度及脉管侵犯灶数≤2个灶且癌栓细胞数量≥5. 5个与患者OS密切相关(P <0. 05)。结论鸡尾酒抗体D2-40/CD34-CK双重免疫组化染色对脉管侵犯评估优于常规HE染色切片观察,与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移及出芽情况密切相关,是患者预后的独立影响因素,可作为淋巴结检出数量不足CRC病例的补充检测指标。国家自然科学基金青年科学基金(81301787

Assuming public accountability is the function of public finance, and government accounting is the assertion, measurement and communication of the process of the discharge of public accountability. Reasonable theories and practices of government accounting and public finance are both key elements of sound public governance structure. Government accounting systems also provide basic skills for public financial management. The information from government accounting also serves to the realization of public financial management's objectives.     由于基本和声搜索算法存在不足,本文提出一种自适应改进和声模式搜索算法(AIHPS).在新算法中加入变异策略对和声微调进行改进,来增强算法的鲁棒性;适时执行模式搜索来增加和声搜索的方向性,来加快搜索;利用自适应参数HMCR、PAR和BW调节全局和局部搜索.利用6个标准的优化算法测试函数对AIHPS算法进行测试,并与HS、IHS和GHS等多个算法进行实验对比,实验结果表明新算法具有跳出局部最优和较强的精确寻优能力. For the purpose of avoiding the disadvantage of harmony search algorithm, an adaptive improved harmony pattern search ( AIHPS ) algorithm is proposed. In AIHPS, a mutation strategy is added to enhance the robustness of HS. In order to increase the directivity of the harmony search, the pattern search is implemented timely. Its global and local searches are adjusted by using adaptive parameters HMCR, PAR and BW. Finally, AIHPS algorithm is tested by six standard benchmark functions and contrasted with HS, HIS and GHS algorithm.     针对和声搜索算法的不足,提出了一种自适应改进和声—单纯形进化算法(AIHSEA)。通过在新算法中加入变异策略对和声微调进行改进来增强算法的鲁棒性;适时执行单纯形算子增加群体搜索的方向性来加快搜索;采用自适应参数HMCR、PAR和BW调节全局和局部搜索。采用六个标准的优化算法测试函数对AIHSEA进行测试,并与HS、IHS和GHS算法进行对比,仿真结果表明AIHSEA算法具有较强的精确寻优和跳出局部最优的能力。For the purpose of avoiding the disadvantage of harmony search algorithm, this paper proposed an adaptive im- proved harmony pattern search(AIHSEA) algorithm. In AIHSEA, it added a mutation strategy to enhance the robustness of HS. In order to increase the directivity of the harmony search, it implemented the simplex method timely.     为了克服高压比的运行工况对能效系数(COP)、排气温度等热泵系统循环、安全性能的影响,将准两级压缩联合过冷器的循环方式引入经典的热泵蒸汽系统,在低温热源水输入温度固定为65℃、冷凝温度变化区间为115~135℃的工况下,以R245fa为工质,对经典系统及改进系统进行理论循环性能对比,并以取得更高COP为目标对改进系统的补气参数(补气率B)和过冷器参数(热源水过冷率A)进行优化。结果表明:在所考察的冷凝温度区间内,采用准两级压缩联合过冷器的循环方式下的改进系统取得了更好的循环与安全性能,当B和A的典型值分别取为0.4和0.2时,改进系统COP较经典系统平均提高了13.5%,排气温度与压缩比平均降低了1.72℃与19.2%,采用优化过的补气率和过冷率参数后,改进系统的COP可平均提高32.36%
