    抗氧化剂Isoverbascoside对MGC80-3细胞抗氧化酶活性和癌基因表达的影响

    以苔酚蓝拒染法、核黄素-NBT还原法、DTNB还原法及RNA斑点杂交分析法分别对经不同浓度Isoverbascoside(Isov)处理的MGC80-3 细胞的生长速率、II期抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶)活性和N-ras、C-m yc及p53 基因表达作了检测.结果显示:经Isov处理后,细胞生长明显受抑;II期抗氧化酶活性较处理前明显上升;癌基因N-ras、C-m yc的表达较处理前下降,而抑癌基因p53 表达上升. 表明Isov 的抑癌作用与诱导II期抗氧化酶活性升高和癌基因表达改变有

    Experimental Study of the Abalone Shell on Cataract induced by Oxidative Stress

    目的研究石决明提取物对体外培养的晶状体氧化应激性白内障形成的作用及机制。方法离体培养小鼠晶状体,应用不同浓度的石决明提取物预孵育晶状体24h后,加入1mm过氧化氢,继续培养3小时后恢复正常培养,72小时后观察小鼠晶状体混浊程度,测定晶状体组织培养液中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量,晶状体组织中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果石决明提取物在1~2 mg/ml浓度范围内减轻氧化应激造成的晶状体混浊,减少晶状体LDH的释放,提高组织内GSH含量和SOD活力。结论石决明提取物可减轻氧化应激白内障的形成,其作用主要与石决明提取物提高内源性抗氧化系统有关。Objective To study the effect of the abalone shell extract on oxidative stress induced cataract formation and its mechanism in cultured mouse lens in vitro. Methods The cultured mouse lens were pretreated with the abalone shell extract in different concentrations for24 hours,and then 1mm hydrogen peroxide was added and continued incubating for 3 hours,and they were changed to normal culture media.After 72 hours,the opacity of each lens was observed under an anatomical microscope,the content of lactate dehydrogenase( LDH)leakages,the content of the reduced glutathione( GSH) and activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD) in lens tissue were assayed. Results Abalone shell extract in the concentration range of 1 ~ 2 mg / ml reduced the lens opacity caused by oxidative stress,alleviated the release of LDH,and increased GSH content and SOD activity in cultured lens.     新型压电导电材料阻尼特性研究

    采用共混法以环氧树脂为基体,PMN为压电相,分别添加不同质量分数的铜粉、铝粉、碳纳米管、石墨以及两相混合物作为导电相,制备压电导电复合材料,探究不同导电相对压电导电材料阻尼特性的影响。实验结果表明:当Al含量为20%时,Al/PMN/Epoxy复合材料损耗因子峰值达到0.78,明显优于添加其他相的压电导电阻尼材料

Good effect can be obtained for the experimental data passed through preprocessing and then processed by adopting total least square (TLS) algorithm which is based on the principle of singular value decomposition.     基于多时相tm图像的耕地信息提取

    根据耕地在作物全生长季内光谱特征变化频繁,其他地物光谱特征相对稳定或有规律变化的区别,基于多时相TM图像,结合相关地物的变化检测成果,提出了一种耕地信息提取方法,即首先利用改进的归一化差值水体指数(mordified normalized difference water index,MNDWI)剔除水体,然后利用基于分类后验概率变化向量分析方法剔除其他非耕地植被及人工地面,再利用面积阈值结合众数滤波方法去除噪声,最终得到耕地信息。将该方法在北京市通州区进行试用,总体识别精度达到93.3%,得到的耕地信息对修正原有耕地矢量图上的错分和漏分有重要作用

    报道了以FeCl3·6H2O为氧化偶合剂,水为溶剂,利用微波辐射技术,快速合成了 1,1′ 联 2 萘酚.同时对影响收率诸因素进行考察,确定了最佳反应条件:微波功率495 W,辐射时间40 s,n(β 萘酚)∶n(三氯化铁)=1∶2,收率达91%.与常规方法相比,本实验方法具有产率高、反应时间短、产物易分离和反应条件温和等优点.The synthesis of racemic 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol by liquid-phase microwave irradiation was studied.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:the ratio of reactants is n(β-naphthol)n(ferric chloride)=12;microwave irradiation power and time were 495 W and 40 s.respectively.The best yield of racemic 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol was 91%.In comparison with classical methods,this method has the advantages of high yields,short reaction time,easy separation and mild reaction conditions

    光敏化姜黄素诱导人胃癌MGC80-3细胞调亡研究

    姜黄素(curcumin)是从中药姜黄中提取的酚性化合物,广泛用于食品添加剂.近年来已发现姜黄素具有多种医疗作用以及显著的防癌和抑癌作用,并发现可诱导多种癌细胞凋亡.我们在研究姜黄素诱导人胃腺癌MGC 80-3细胞凋亡时,偶然发现姜黄索在光照下(光敏化姜黄素)也可诱导细胞凋亡.本文以MGC 80-3细胞为对象,研究光敏化姜黄素诱导细胞调亡的效应,以探讨姜黄素光敏化反应在光动力学治疗肿瘤上的应用前景.以台盼蓝拒染计数法、Giemsa染色法和Hoechst 33258染色法分别观察姜黄素+光照对MGC 80-3细胞存活及细胞形态的影响;DNA琼脂糖电泳法观察姜黄素+光照诱导癌细胞DNA片断化作用;并以DNA Hoechst33258染色荧光测定法定量检测断裂及未断裂DNA含量;流式细胞仪检测术检测经姜黄素+光照处理后的细胞周期
