    舌诊是中医诊断学的重要组成部分,舌象在中医临床治疗中具有重要的诊断意义与辨证价值。传统中医舌象易受主客观因素影响,难以客观化、定量化、标准化,严; 重制约舌象临床应用及发展。随着医学、计算机等现代技术的迅猛发展,中医舌象客观量化研究取得了长足进步,并被应用于基础及临床研究。文章对近几年中医舌; 象采集分析系统、舌象定量化研究、现代仪器应用与舌象基础研究进行概述,为舌象应用于临床治疗提供客观、科学的思路与方法。Tongue diagnosis is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine; (TCM), and the tongue manifestation is also important in the diagnosis; and syndrome differentiation in TCM clinical treatment. However, due to; the lack of objective, quantitative and standardized valuation, with it; being susceptible to subjective and objective factors, the application; and development of traditional tongue diagnosis is limited for a long; period.     Vibration Damping of Carbon Nanotube Assembly Materials

    Vibration reduction is of great importance in various engineering applications, and a material that exhibits good vibration damping along with high strength and modulus has become more and more vital. Owing to the superior mechanical property of carbon nanotube (CNT), new types of vibration damping material can be developed. This paper presents recent advancements, including our progresses, in the development of high-damping macroscopic CNT assembly materials, such as forests, gels, films, and fibers. In these assemblies, structural deformation of CNTs, zipping and unzipping at CNT connection nodes, strengthening and welding of the nodes, and sliding between CNTs or CNT bundles are playing important roles in determining the viscoelasticity, and elasticity as well. Towards the damping enhancement, strategies for micro-structure and interface design are also discussed

    Wide-Range Tunable Dynamic Property of Carbon Nanotube-Based Fibers

    Carbon nanotube (CNT) fiber is formed by assembling millions of individual tubes. The assembly feature provides the fiber with rich interface structures and thus various ways of energy dissipation, as reflected by the non-zero loss tangent (>0.028--0.045) at low vibration frequencies. A fiber containing entangled CNTs possesses higher loss tangents than a fiber spun from aligned CNTs. Liquid densification and polymer infiltration, the two common ways to increase the interfacial friction and thus the fiber's tensile strength and modulus, are found to efficiently reduce the damping coefficient. This is because the sliding tendency between CNT bundles can also be well suppressed by the high packing density and the formation of covalent polymer cross-links within the fiber. The CNT/bismaleimide composite fiber exhibited the smallest loss tangent, nearly as the same as that of carbon fibers. At a higher level of the assembly structure, namely a multi-ply CNT yarn, the inter-fiber friction and sliding tendency obviously influence the yarn's damping performance, and the loss tangent can be tuned within a wide range, as similar to carbon fibers, nylon yarns, or cotton yarns.     双金属Zn-Fe金属有机框架的制备及其丙酮气敏特性研究

    Diet composition of Difflugia tuberspinifera( testate amoeba) based on a clone library technique

    瘤棘砂壳虫是东亚特有的原生动物,广泛分布于长江与珠江中下游以及福建地区的湖泊和水库,作为水生态系统的捕食者,在维持水生态系统的结构与功能方面发挥着重要作用。利用18S rrnA基因PCr扩增和克隆文库测序等分子生物学技术方法,从基因水平研究瘤棘砂壳虫的食物组成。结果表明:所获得的46条序列在97%相似度水平含有11类OTuS(OPErATIOnAl TAXOnOMIC unITS,操作分类单元),其中包括轮虫6个,桡足类5个,说明瘤棘砂壳虫的捕食类群以轮虫和桡足类为主,同时也证明单细胞生物可以直接以多细胞的后生动物为食。此外,通过克隆文库测序技术分析原生动物的食物组成比例,不仅是一种方便、高效、快速,重复性高的方法,同时也为分析原生动物的生态功能提供了一种新的视角。Difflugia is a morphologically diverse genus of the free-living shelled amoeboid protozoa that are important components of freshwater ecosystems and play crucial roles in nutrient cycles and energy flow through food webs.Difflugia tuberspinifera is an endemic species of East Asia and is widely distributed in freshwater lakes and reservoirs in China.Clearly,this species plays a critical role in maintaining the structure and function of freshwater ecosystems.However,little is known about its diet composition and predatory behavior at both species and gene levels.This testate amoeba( D.tuberspinifera) was first found in the Wujiang River,Guizhou Province,China.Subsequently,more detailed studies on its morphology and biometry have been done on natural populations from Yangtze River and Pearl River valleys,and Fujian reservoirs.Recently,Han et al.illustrated that D.tuberspinifera is an active and agile hunting carnivore that can capture swimming prey including micro-particulates,rotifers,and other metazoans.In previous studies,however,the specimen identifications were done by microscopic examination,which requires a broad and deep taxonomic knowledge and is verylaborious,time-consuming,and somewhat variable because of insufficient taxonomic resolution.In order to facilitate the identification of diet composition in D.tuberspinifera,an inexpensive,efficient,rapid and easy-to handle gene clone library has been developed for diet detection and analysis.The plankton samples were collected from the Hubian Reservoir in Xiamen city in September of 2010.Individual cells were isolated using a glass capillary under an inverted microscope and washed 3—5 times with distilled water before DNA extraction and PCR amplification.The 18 S rRNA gene was amplified by the universal eukaryotic primers,and the purified PCR products were ligated into the p GEM-T vector and transformed into Escherichia coli DH5α-competent cells.In total,46 plasmids containing target gene fragments were successfully identified and sequenced.Each sequence was compared with sequences available in the Gen Bank database using BLAST,and the closest relatives were identified for diet or food composition analysis.Finally,11 OTUs( operational taxonomic units) were identified at 97% sequence similarity level,and they belonged to either Rotifera( 52%) or Copepoda( 48%).Our results,combined with existing data,suggested that:1) the diet composition of Difflugia tuberspinifera is composed of both rotifera and copepoda species;2) unicellular protozoa are not only the food of metazoa,but they can also prey on multicellular micro-metazoa;3) molecular methods are universally applicable,and the SSU rRNA( small subunit ribosomal RNA) gene clone library is an efficient,rapid,and repeatable approach to study the diet composition of protozoa.国家自然科学基金项目(31172114;30800097); 福建省杰出青年科学基金项目(2012J06009

    Determination of Phenolic Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals in Human Urine by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry

    采用通用电喷雾离子源的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPlC-ESI MS/MS)分析技术,通过丹磺酰氯衍生化处理,建立了同时测定人尿液中双酚A(bPA)、三氯生(TCS)、炔雌酮(EE2)、雌酮(E1)、雌二醇(E2)5种酚类内分泌干扰物的高灵敏方法。5种酚类化合物在0.2~100μg/l质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均在0.99以上,检出限(lOd)在0.02~0.27μg/l之间。在5、10、50μg/l加标水平下,平均回收率为85%~125%,相对标准偏差(rSd,n=3)为0.53%~14.4%。该方法灵敏度高、重现性好、回收率高、操作简单,可作为人尿液中酚类内分泌干扰物暴露分析的备选方法之一。A high performance liquid chromatography tandem electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI MS/MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of phenolic endocrine disrupting chemicals(EDCs),including bisphenol A(BPA),triclosan(TCS),17α-ethynylestradiol(EE2),estrone(E1) and 17 β-estradiol(E2)in human urine.The samples were purified by liquid-liquid extraction,derivertized with dansyl chloride,and detected by HPLC-ESI MS/MS.The target compounds were quantified by the stable isotope dilution technique.The calibration curve were linear in the range of 0.2-100 μg/L for the 5 EDCs with correlation coefficients more than 0.99.The limits of detection of 5 EDCs were in the range of 0.02-0.27 μg/L.The matrix recoveries of the method for 5 EDCs at three spiked levels of 5,10 and 50 μg/L ranged from 85% to 125%.The relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=3) were between 0.53% and 14.4%.The method was successfully applied in the analysis of 5 EDCs in human urine with its sensitivity and accurancy.中科院“百人计划”项目; 厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20122003

    DNA barcoding of hydromedusae in northern Beibu Gulf for species identification

    水螅水母类是浮游动物群落的重要组成部分,在近岸海洋生态系统物质循环和能量流动中扮演着重要角色。水螅水母类形态结构简单,但其物种的准确鉴定一直是分类工作中的难点。dnA条形码极大地促进了水螅水母物种的快速、准确鉴定。本研究扩增了北部湾北部28种水螅水母的线粒体COI和16S序列,分别为92条和116条;比较了2个基因片段的种内、种间k2P(kIMurA 2-PArAMETEr)遗传距离;构建了基于这2个基因片段的系统发育邻接树(nEIgHbOr-JOInIng PHylOgEnETIC TrEE);并结合矢量分析构建了klEE-dIAgrAM图。结果显示:COI序列的种内遗传距离为0.008±0.005(0–0.033),种间遗传距离为0.298±0.128(0.092–0.597);16S序列的种内遗传距离为0.006±0.010(0–0.047),种间遗传距离为0.394±0.195(0.068–0.898)。2个基因序列在所调查种类中,种内遗传差异均小于种间遗传差异,存在明显的条形码间隔(bArCOdIng gAP)。基于2个基因片段的nJ树均显示,单种所有个体都位于同一独立分枝。研究结果表明,以COI和16S作为dnA条形码均能对北部湾北部常见水螅水母类进行物种鉴定。Being a major component of coastal zooplankton assemblages, hydromedusae play a key role in material recycling and energy flow of marine ecosystems.Species identification is challenging for this group due to their phonetic simplicity.DNA barcoding provides an efficient method for species identification.In the present study, 92 COI and 116 16 S sequences from 28 hydromedusae species were amplified.A neighborjoining phylogenetic tree was constructed based on Kimura 2-parameter genetic distance and further studied using Klee-diagram vector analysis.Intra-specific K2 P genetic distance averaged 0.008±0.005(0–0.033) for COI, and 0.006±0.010(0–0.047) for 16S; inter-specific K2 P genetic distance averaged 0.298±0.128(0.092– 0.597), and 0.394±0.195(0.068–0.898) for COI and 16 S, respectively.An obvious "barcoding gap" was detected for all species in both markers and all individuals of a species clustered together in both the COI and 16 S trees.Further confirmatory evidence was also provided through indicator vector analysis.Hence, both COI and 16 S appear to be accurate and efficient markers for hydromedusae identification in northern Beibu Gulf.国家自然科学基金青年科学基金(41006078); 海洋公益性行业专项(201005012-3;201005015-5); 厦门大学中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金(2010121037); 厦门大学海洋科学基地科研训练及科研能力提高项目(J1210050
