Material and Energy Conversion of Integrated 100,t/a-Scale Bio-Jet Fuel-Range Hydrocarbon Production System via Aqueous Conversion of Biomass
以农业废弃物生物质为原料,利用水相转化技术,进行了百吨/年规模生物航油类烃(C8~C15)合成试运行.过程中采用两步酸解法分别将玉米秸秆中半纤维素和纤维素转化为糠醛和乙酰丙酸,作为生物质基平台化合物.在碱性条件下糠醛与乙酰丙酸经Aldol缩合反应实现碳链增长,生成的长链含氧中间体经过低温预加氢、高温加氢脱氧及精制,生成C8~C15范围内液态烃,可作为生物航油组分.以试运行实验结果为基础,进行了过程的物质与能量转化分析.结果表明,该路线获得液态烃类的基本性质满足合成航油ASTM-7566标准要求,并充分利用了原料中纤维素和半纤维素组分,是一条基于生物质的长链液态烃合成路线,1t航油约需10~12t干基玉米秸秆

饱和软基爆炸排水机理的初步研究
在现场实验研究的基础上,提出了饱和两相介质在爆炸动载下排水固结机理的一维简化模型。数值计算结果表明在强动载作用下,土层中两相介质由于运动惯性不同,两者会出现分离运动,土体的排水速度与两相介质的运动有关。动载作用后两相介质仍具有较大的惯性,继续排水,这与静载下是不同的。土中孔隙压力的变化与两相介质运动有关,计算值与实测值在量级上有可比性
Control Divisions of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution at Watershed Scale Based on GIS and Models
采用GIS技术和USLE,SCS-CN,污染物流失经验模型及AnnAGNPS机理模型相结合,对农业集约化程度较高的南方中等尺度流域进行农业非点源污染控制区划.结果表明:利用GIS和经验模型回答了流域农业非点源污染氮磷来源与贡献,标识了农业非点源污染氮磷等污染物的关键源区,发挥了经验模型所需模型参数少、研究尺度较大、效率较高的优点,通过GIS的栅格数据空间分析功能,实现了流域非点源污染的分布式模拟,识别了NPS的关键源区.借助AnnAGNPS机理模型,在模型得以校验的前提下,模拟了非点源污染管理措施方案.以模型和GIS的定量结果为依据,对九龙江流域农业非点源污染控制进行了区划,共划分了水土流失控制区、生猪养殖+水土流失控制区、化肥施用+生猪养殖控制区、水土流失+化肥施用控制区及化肥施用+水土流失控制区5类控制单元.

Patterns of Agricultural Sustainable Development in Haiyuan County
海原位于宁夏南部山区,农业在海原县国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。本文分析了海原县农业生产的过去、现状及存在的问题,剖析了海原县光、温、水、土等农业资源,并以可持续发展为理论基础,对海原今后农业发展模式进行了初步探讨,提出了减少耕地面积,退耕还林还草,大力发展畜牧业,充分利用雨水资源,提高雨水集蓄节灌综合技术,建立集水型生态农业,发展精细农业的可持续发展对策。Haiyuan is located in southern of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Agriculture plays a key role on the local economy.In this paper,the pass & present agricultural conditions and existing agriculture problems in Haiyuan were presented.Local agricultural resources such as light,temperature,water and soils were analyzed.In addition,based upon the theory of sustainable development,discussions toward the patterns of agricultural sustainable development in Haiyuan County were carried on.The authors' opinions included as follows:①decreasing the cropland,synchronously increasing forestry & grasses and adequately developing stock raising;②making fully use of rainwater resource,improving the integrated technologies of rainwater' collection,storage,saving and irrigations;③establishing local ecological agriculture;④developing local precision agriculture
潜在变量、宏观变量与动态利率期限结构——基于DRA模型的实证分析
本文从金融-宏观经济学视角出发,运用DRA模型研究了潜在变量、宏观变量与利率期限结构之间的动态关系。通过脉冲响应函数分析了潜在变量与宏观变量之间的相互冲击效应的大小,以及潜在变量、宏观变量对收益率曲线冲击的影响,借助于方差分解量化了潜在变量、宏观变量冲击对收益率曲线预测误差的贡献率,并利用似然比检验,发现中国的收益率曲线与宏观变量之间存在双向的互动关系,但收益率曲线对未来宏观变量的影响更强
Super-resolution Image Reconstruction Algorithm Based on Sub-pixel Shift
针对多帧图像超分辨率重建问题,利用一阶泰勒展式,在亚像素级上对图像退化过程进行建模,并建立极小化能量函数,选择grAPH-CuT算法进行能量极小化求解.为了验证本文算法的有效性,采用模拟图像退化过程和直接用相机拍摄两种方式获得低分辨率图像序列.从4x4倍重建结果的比较来看,本文算法不仅对模拟退化过程产生的低分辨率图像序列有效,而且在提高真实低分辨率图像的分辨能力方面也有很好的效果.此外,实验结果表明本文算法对噪声有较好的抗干扰能力.This paper studies the problem of multi-frame image super-resolution reconstruction.The process of image degradation is modeled by using the first-order Taylor expansion based on sub-pixel.Then the energy minimization function is established and the graph-cut algorithm is chosen to solve the energy minimization.In order to confirm this algorithm, we obtain the low resolution images by two ways: simulating image degradation and taking photos.By comparing the 4 × 4 times reconstruction results, it is shown that this algorithm is valid not only for simulation of low resolution images but also for real images.Besides, experimental results show that this algorithm possesses good anti-interference ability of noise.国家自然科学基金(61373077); 国防基础科研计划(B0110155); 国防科技重点实验室基金(9140C30211ZS8); 高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金(20110121110020); 福建省自然科学基金(2011J01365); 福建省重点项目(2014H0034); 航空科学基金(20125168001); 黄慧贞集美大学学科建设基金(ZC2014010)资助~
翡翠贻贝足蛋白作为生物黏合剂的提取及应用
贻贝黏附蛋白作为一种潜在的环保性生物黏合剂,在医学以及水下应用等方面具有潜在价值。为了研究翡翠贻贝足部黏附蛋白(Pvfp)作为生物黏合剂的黏附特性,利用酸提取法提取Pvfp,并对其进行不同材料表面包被能力分析,以石英晶体微天平(QCM)检测蛋白在金表面的黏附量,分析该蛋白对细胞及组织的黏附能力以及细胞毒性。对不同材料表面包被能力以及QCM分析结果显示,Pvfp具有与Cell-TakTM相似甚至更佳的吸附能力;细胞黏附结果显示,Pvfp具有比Cell-TakTM和PLL(poly-L-lysine)更强的细胞黏附能力;对Hela细胞和293T细胞的毒性分析结果显示,Pvfp没有细胞毒性;组织黏附结果显示,Pvfp可以黏接断裂的小鼠股骨;黏接聚氯乙烯材料和黏接猪的断裂股骨实验结果表明,Pvfp具有比医用生物蛋白胶更强的抗张强度。提示,Pvfp蛋白可能作为有效的细胞和组织黏合剂而广泛应用于生物技术领域,并在临床应用生物黏合剂中具有潜在应用价值
Surface Water Hydrology Simulation of Jiulong River Basin Based on GIS and DEM
运用 GIS软件 ARC/INFO、ArcView,以九龙江流域为例,探讨了数字高程模型(DEM)的处理及其水文模拟分析。对九龙江流域分幅数字高程模型(DEM)进行图幅拼接、网格重分及切割等处理分析,生成九龙江流域数字高程模型。基于DEM和GIS进行流域的水文模拟分析,包括洼地填充、水流方向计算、水流累积量计算、水网提取,最后进行了九龙江全流域及子流域界线的划分,生成了数字流域。The treatment and hydrology simulation analysis of digital elevation model (DEM) are discussed using ARC/INFO and ArcView of GIS software with an example of the Jiulong River Basin. The digital elevation model of the Jiulong River Basin is generated through map mosaic, grid re-division, and separation of all the DEM maps of the Jiulong River Basin. The hydrological simulation is conducted based on DEM and GIS, for the major processes of lowland water infilling, calculation of water flow direction and water flow accumulation, and water network layout. Finally the digital basin is generated through separations of the whole basin and the sub-basins of the Jiulong Basin.福建省重大科技项目(编号:2002H009)
Relevant relationship between IUD and endometrial polypus
目的:研究宫内节育器(InTrAuTEruS dEVICE,Iud)与子宫内膜息肉的相关性。方法:统计2004年5月--2007年5月在厦门大学附属中山医院行宫腔镜取环并经病理检查确诊Iud合并子宫内膜息肉病例,分析Iud与子宫内膜息肉的相关敏感因素。结果:1357例宫腔镜取环者Iud合并子宫内膜息肉285例,占21%,患者对金属皮带扣或金饰物过敏,经阴道分娩和人工流产且中位子宫患者的发病率较高,息肉好发于Iud的周围。放环时间15年以上,Iud变形、下移和长锈斑的比例均较高。结论:放置Iud且有息肉形成高危因素的患者应及时行宫腔镜检查,并行诊刮术或子宫内膜息肉电切术、取环术。Objective:To study relevant relationship between IUD and endometrial polyps(EMP).Methods:The cases who removed IUD and EMP by hysteroscopic operation and diagnosed by pathological examination were analyzed in Xiamen Zhongshan Hoapital from may 2004 to may 2007,and the related factors of IUD and EMP were analyzed.Results:of 1357 cases who removed IUD by hysteroscopic operation,the cases who had EMP was 21%(285/1357).EMP growed around IUD in cases whose uteri were middle position.Vaginal labor and artificial abortion and allergic to metal including the metal buckle and gold ornaments were high risk factors.Conclusion:The cases with IUD who had risk factors of endometrial polypus formation need do hysteroscopic operation and remove IUD
