    Abnormal Toxicity Test and Study on the in vitro Hemolytic Reaction of Gluconate Enoxacin Injection

    目的:对葡萄糖依诺沙星注射液进行异常毒性检查和体外溶血反应研究,为其安全用药提供参考。方法:根据2015年版《中国药典》(二部)附录中"异常毒性检查法",使用小鼠进行葡萄糖依诺沙星注射液半数致死量(LD_(50))的测定和异常毒性限值的设定。根据2015年版《中国药典》(二部)附录中"溶血与凝聚检查法",使用兔血进行体外溶血和凝聚反应的研究。结果:测得葡萄糖依诺沙星注射液对小鼠的LD_(50)为248.9 mg/kg,其异常毒性检查项设定的限值为28.4 mg/kg,按此限值检查结果均符合相关规定。以临床最大剂量(0.2 g/100 mL)进行溶血与凝聚反应的检查结果均符合规定。结论:为减少临床不良反应和确保质量标准的可行性,葡萄糖依诺沙星注射液的异常毒性检查限值应设定为28.4 mg/kg。OBJECTIVE:To conduct the abnormal toxicity test and study on the in vitro hemolytic reaction of Gluconate enoxacin injection,and provide reference for its safe use. METHODS:According to"Test for Abnormal Toxicity"in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition,Vol.Ⅱ),half lethal dose(LD(50))of Gluconate enoxacin injection and setting of abnormal toxicity limit were carried out in mice. According to"Test for Haemolysis and Agglomeration"in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition,Vol. Ⅱ),study for the in vitro hemolytic and agglomeration reaction was carried out in rabbits. RESULTS:The LD(50) of Gluconate enoxacin injection for mice was 248.9 mg/kg;the setting limit of abnormal toxicity test was 28.4 mg/kg,and the results derived from the test using this limit met requirements. The haemolysis and agglomeration results derived from the test using clinical maximum concentration(0.2 g/100 mL)met requirements. CONCLUSIONS:In order to reduce the clinical ADR and feasibility of ensuring quality standard,the abnormal toxicity limit of Gluconate enoxacin injection should be set as 28.4 mg/kg

    Simulate and Analysis the Performance of the Adjust Focus Voice-coil Actuator in Measuring Ptical Path

    对测量光路中调焦音圈电机的特性进行了分析,通过对音圈电机特性的仿真,定性分析音圈电机设计参数对电机特性的影响情况。从建立音圈电机的数学模型出发,利用仿真软件SIMulInk实现音圈电机的建模、特性仿真。得到仿真结果后,通过适当调整电机的设计参数,分析电机特性的变化。仿真结果表明,音圈电机动子质量、磁钢磁密等参数的变化都对电机的响应时间、平稳性、稳态误差有较大的影响。在原设计的基础上,可适当地增加电机动子的质量以及磁钢磁密来减小响应时间和稳态误差。这些分析结果为音圈电机的加工、测量基础光路中调焦功能的实现奠定了基础。In order to analyzing the actuator characteristics effected by the motor design parameters,a way of simulating the characteristics of voice coil actuator by simulink was introduced.From the established mathematical model of voice-coil actuator, the model of voltage and displacement, voltage and speed,force and displacement was established.The simulation software simulink was used to realize the modeling and simulation of the voice-coil actuator, to get the result of simulation.Then, changed the design parameters, such as the quality of the actuator, or the flux density and so on, to observe the change of the system performence.Analyzing Results showed that, the changes of actuator quality and flux density and other parameters have great influence on the response time, stability and steady-state error of the actuator.In order to reduce the response time and the steady-state error of the actuator, the quality of actuator and the flux density was increased based on the original design.These analysis results build the basis for the processing of voice-coil actuator and the realization of the function of adjust focus in optical path.福建省青年人才基金项目(2006F3125);福建省科技计划重点项目(2007H0034);福建省新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项

    Application of Hydroxyl Radicals Ballast Water Treatment System on Ship

    构建了250 m~3/h羟基自由基压载水处理系统并进行了实船试验。整个试验按照国际海事组织(IMO)的要求进行,对水中藻类、细菌和水质参数进行了检测。试验结果显示,经此系统处理后压载水中藻类浓度和细菌浓度达到了IMO规定的压载水排放标准;处理后的压载水水质变好,不会造成二次污染。该系统可实现在压载水的输送过程中杀灭外来水生生物和病原体,并可以改善水质。A 250 m3/h hydroxyl radicals ballast water treatment system is constructed and tested on ship. The whole experiment is conducted in accordance with the requirements of International Maritime Organization(IMO). The concentration of algae and bacteria, as well as some water quality parameters are determined. Experimental results show that the concentration of algae and bacteria in ballast water treated by this system achieved the ballast water discharge standard of IMO regulations. The treated ballast water has higher water quality and will not cause secondary pollution. The system can kill the alien aquatic organisms and pathogens in the process of delivering ballast water and can improve water quality

    地佐辛超前镇痛对隐匿性阴茎矫治术患儿苏醒期谵妄的临床观察

    目的观察地佐辛超前镇痛对隐匿性阴茎矫治术患儿苏醒期谵妄(ED)的影响。方法筛选2020年7月至2020年10月62例6~10岁拟行隐匿性阴茎矫治术的男孩,按随机数字表法分为生理盐水对照组(C组,n=32例)和地佐辛组(D组,n=30例),所有患者均采用静吸复合全麻(喉罩)。2组分别在麻醉诱导前5 min给予等容量的0.9%生理盐水10 mL或地佐辛0.1 mg/kg (0.9%生理盐水稀释至10 mL)。比较2组入PACU即刻(T1)、10 min(T2)、出PACU即刻(T3)、术后1 h(T4)、术后6 h(T5)PAED评分及FLACC疼痛评分;比较2组术后ED、导尿管相关膀胱不适(CRBD)发生率。问卷患儿父母术后48 h内新发适应不良行为发生情况并比较;比较2组麻醉诱导前30 min(T0)、T1、T4、T5外周静脉血皮质醇(Cor)、肾上腺素(E)、血糖(Glu)水平。结果D组在T2 ~ T5点 PAED评分明显低于C组(P<0.001);FLACC评分低于C组(P<0.001);D组ED的发生率明显低于C组(16.67% vs. 40.63%,P=0.039),术后48 h内新发适应不良行为的总发生率低于C组(13.33% vs. 37.50%, P=0.042);CRBD发生率低于C组(6.67% vs. 28.13%,P=0.044)。D组在T1、T4、T5点E、Cor、Glu水平明显低于C组(组间P值分别为P<0.001,P=0.009,P=0.012)。结论地佐辛超前镇痛可明显降低小儿隐匿性阴茎术后ED的发生率;降低术后新发适应不良行为的发生率,可能与地佐辛降低术后疼痛应激及CRBD的发生率有关
