    Determination of Glycyrrhizin and Liquiritin in Licorice(Glycyrrhiza) by HPLC Method

    目的测定甘草中甘草酸和甘草苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,DENALIC18色谱柱(VYDAC238DE5415,120A,5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),梯度洗脱,流动相A∶H2O,流动相B∶1.5%HAc-M eOH,流速1.0 m.lm in-1,检测波长在32.2 m in从330 nm换为252 nm,从35 m in换为330 nm,柱温40℃。结果甘草苷的浓度在10~50μg.m l-1之间与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.97%,方法精密度RSD=0.12%(n=5),甘草酸的浓度在50~90μg.m-l1之间与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.25%,方法精密度RSD=0.13%(n=5)。结论该方法可用于甘草中甘草酸和甘草苷的同时含量测定。ObjectiveTo determine the content of glycyrrhizin and liquiritin in licorice(Glycyrrhiza).MethodsRP-HPLC method was estabilished.The analytical column was DENALI C18(VYDAC 238DE5415,120A,5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),and gradient elution with A:H_2O,B:1.5% HAc-MeOH as mobile phase.The flow-rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1).The detection wavelength was from 330nm to 252 nm at the 32.2 min,and then returned to 252 nm at the 35 min.The column temperature was 40℃.ResultsThe content of liquiritin was good linear related to its peak area in range of 10~50 μg·ml~(-1),and the average recovery of the method was 99.97%,the RSD of precision test was 0.12%(n=5).The content of glycyrrhizin was good linear related to its peak area in range of 50~90 μg·ml~(-1),and the average recovery of the method was 100.25%,the RSD of precision test was(0.13)%(n=5).ConclusionThe method can be used for determing the content of glycyrrhizin and liquiritin in licorice at the same time.国家自然科学基金2003重点项目(No.20235020

    HPLC指纹图谱应用于炙甘草的炮制研究

    目的:应用HPLC指纹图谱规范炙甘草的炮制。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,DENALI C18色谱柱(VYDAC238DE5415,120A,5μm,4.6mm×150mm),以3%(v/v)HAc溶液和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温40℃,检测波长252nm。结果:炙甘草的HPLC指纹图谱有20个共有峰。传统炒制法炮制的炙甘草样品有一部分峰的重现性RSD值>3%;烘制法炮制的样品重现性有2个共有峰相对峰面积比的RSD>3%;微波法炮制的样品重现性符合指纹图谱的要求,20个共有峰相对峰面积比的RSD值均小于3%。结论:烘制和微波加热的炮制方法,可控性强,样品的指纹图谱重现性高,可以作为替代传统炒制工艺的新工艺。国家自然科学基金2003重点项目(20235020

    Y型聚乙二醇干扰素琢-2b注射液治疗HCV基因2/3型慢性丙型肝炎患者疗效和安全性的多中心随机对照试验研究

    目的以标准剂量的聚乙二醇干扰素(Peg IFN)α-2a联合利巴韦林作为阳性对照,评价新型试验药物Y型Peg IFNα-2b注射液联合利巴韦林治疗2型/3型慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)患者的疗效和安全性。方法采用多中心、随机开放、阳性药对照的Ⅲ期临床试验,筛选符合要求的2型/3型CHC患者,按照2:1的比例随机分配到Y型Peg IFNα-2b组和Peg IFNα-2a组,同时口服利巴韦林,疗程24 w,停药随访24 w。采用Abbott Real Time HCV Genotype II检测HCV基因型,采用Cobas Taq Man实时定量PCR法检测血清HCV RNA水平。详细记录不良事件。主要疗效指标为持续病毒学应答(SVR),并进行非劣效检验。结果本试验实际入组2型/3型CHC患者255例,实际治疗241例。全分析集(FAS)数据显示,158例试验组和83例对照组患者SVR分别为85.4%(95%CI 79.94%~90.94%)和79.5%(95%CI 70.84%~88.20%,P=0.2402);对符合方案分析集(PPS)人群分析显示,试验组和对照组患者SVR分别为87.9%(95%CI 82.45%~93.27%)和85.9%(95%CI 77.82%~94.01%,P=0.7060),率差的95%可置信区间均符合非劣效标准;对PPS人群分析显示,85.8%受试者获得了早期病毒学应答(RVR),RVR的阳性预测值为90.1%;试验组和对照组不良事件发生率相似,分别为95.6%和95.2%,严重不良事件发生率分别为3.8%和3.6%。结论应用Peg IFNα联合利巴韦林治疗2型/3型CHC患者,新型试验药物Y型Peg IFNα-2b具有与对照药物Peg IFNα-2a相似的疗效和安全性。国家科技部“十二五”重大专项(编号:2012ZX10002-003);“重大新药创制”十二五科技重大专项(编号:2012ZX09303019)

    为了加深对地面覆盖措施保墒增产机理的认识,通过大田试验,对黄土高原南部旱塬区秸秆和地膜两种覆盖方式下玉米农田土壤水分动态、作物产量形成和水分利用效率进行了分析。结果表明:在试验年份,与不覆盖相比,秸秆覆盖后玉米生育期内土壤储水量提高了5.2%~8.4%(P<0.05),籽粒产量和水分利用效率分别降低了7.8%和3.5%;而地膜覆盖下土壤储水量的差异不显著,但显著提高了产量构成指标,其籽粒产量和水分利用效率分别较对照提高了14.1%和10.6%(P<0.05),显示后者抑制土表蒸发所增加的土壤水分更多地、更有效地被作物根系吸收利用了。从产量形成和水分利用效率角度分析,本地区旱作玉米农田使用地膜覆盖有较好的保墒增产效果。Abstract:To understand the mechanisms of soil moisture conservation and crop yield increasing by soil surfacemulching deeply,soil water dynamic,crop yield formation and water use efficiency in a corn field under strawmulching and plastic film mulching were studied by a field experiment conducted in the dryland of the southern Loess Plateau.In the years of the experiment,compared with the contrast without mulching,soil waterstorage under straw mulching treatment in corn growth stage increased by 5.2%~8.4% (P<0.05)andgrain yield and water use efficiency under straw mulching treatment decreased by 7.8%and 3.5%,respectively.The difference of soil water storage induced by plastic film mulching was not significant,but plasticfilm mulching remarkably raised yield formation index and increased grain yield and water use efficiency by14.1%and 10.6%over the contrast(P<0.05),respectively.This suggests that the soil moisture incrementby the inhibition of plastic film mulching on soil surface evaporation was absorbed by crop roots,more largely and more effectively.In terms of yield formation and water use efficiency,the adoption of plastic filmmulching in dry-farming corn fields of the region may induce better effects of soil moisture conservation andcrop yield increasin

    Electrorheological Characters of Polyaniline Suspensions

    将聚苯胺(PAn)作为分散粒子,电绝缘油作为分散介质组成电流变流体(ERF),研究了电场强度(E),温度(T)等因素与ERF的静态屈服应力(τS)和电流密度(i)的关系.结果表明:τS和i随电场强度的变化皆成指数关系(τS∝E0.7,i∝E2.18).而当施加一个恒电压于ERF时,由于极化作用ERF将发生介质吸收,电流的衰减速度方程可表示为:i=(E/R)exp(-t/RCd)Polyaniline (PAn) as the dispersive particles and insulating oil as the dispersive medium, the electrorheological fluid (ERF) is constituted. Relations between the factors of electric field strength ( E ), temperature ( T ) and the static yield stress ( τ S ), current density ( i ) of ERF are investigated. The results show that the changes of τ S and i with electric field intensity have emerged in the exponential relation, i.e, τ S∝E 0.7 , i∝E 2.18 . Otherwise, when exert a constant voltage on ERF, owing to the polarization, the absorption of medium of ERF have taken place.
