人工藻结皮形成过程中表土非降雨型水分吸收的变化情况
在干旱、半干旱地区,表土非降雨型水分吸收对于植物、生物结皮以及一些小型动物都起着非常重要的作用.本研究对库布齐沙漠中各种水分吸收类型进行了调查,并对人工结皮形成过程中水分吸收的变化进行了跟踪监测.结果发现,在实验区,从空气中吸收的水分占表土水分吸收量的25.07%~39.83%,其主要是通过水汽吸附机制进行.相比之下,表土从深层土壤吸收的水分更多,大约占到水分吸收量的60.17%~74.93%.人工结皮的形成促进了表土水分的吸收,但吸收水分的增加并非在接种后或结皮形成后立即表现出来,而是在结皮形成后,结
Selective Catalytic Hydrogenation of Cinnamaldehyde to Hydrocinnamaldehyde
采用煤质活性炭作载体,分别用HNO3、H2O2和(NH4)2S2O8进行预处理,然后用浸渍法负载PdCl2,在H2流中还原得到Pd/C催化剂,用于肉桂醛(CAL)选择加氢制氢化肉桂醛(HCAL)的反应。考查了Pd负载量,反应温度和压力对加氢反应的影响,优化了反应条件。进一步考查了助剂Fe、Co、Ni[1]对反应的影响。最终,CAL转化率为98%,HCAL选择性为88%。Coal-based activated carbon was pretreated with HNO_3,H_2O_2 and(NH_4)_2S_2O_8 before selected as support.A series of Pd/C catalysts were prepared by means of impregnation and with PdCl_2 as precursor.It was reduced in H_2 stream,and applied to selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde to hydrocinnamaldehyde.Effects of Pd-loading,reaction temperature and pressure were discussed.In addition,promoters of Fe,Co,Ni were introduced to the catalysts.At last proper conditions for the reaction were found,and 88% selectivity to HCAL at 98% conversion of CAL was obtained.国家自然科学基金(No.20203014
运用调和营卫法治疗产后痹浅析
产后痹是指妇女在产褥期或产后,出现肢体疼痛、酸楚、麻木、重着、畏风怕冷、以及关节活动不利等症状的疾病。古今医家在不断探索实践的过程中,对产后痹的认识各有独到的见解。调和营卫法是通过发表解肌的方法,调整机体营卫失衡的状态使其恢复营卫调和平衡的一种治疗方法。营卫不和可致机体正气亏虚,风寒湿邪极易乘虚而入,使外邪留著营卫,致营卫失和,发为本病。营卫不和为产后痹病因的基础,调和营卫法则为产后痹的治法总则。本文主要阐述产后痹关键在于营卫不和的机理,论证调和营卫法是治疗产后痹的重要大法。在临床上应用调和营卫法,以桂枝新加汤为基础,临床上随证加减,疗效确切
Studies of the Mg-Al and Cation-Incorporated Hydrotalcites
研究了掺杂阳离子水滑石的制备及阳离子对水滑石性质的影响.分别制备了掺杂Zn2+、Ni2+、Fe3+型的水滑石,考察了掺杂阳离子对水滑石晶相结构、层间距、层间阴离子含量、水滑石表面形态、水滑石碱性的影响,结果表明,由于阳离子的引入,导致水滑石层间距减小及层间阴离子结合量降低,且使水滑石培烧产物电负性提高,并最终降低其碱性.以上述水滑石培烧产物作为固体碱催化剂促进苯甲醛和丙醛缩合,合成α-甲基肉桂醛,关联了水滑石培烧产物碱性与反应活性的关系.Mg-Al and cation-incorporated(containing Zn2+?Ni2+?Fe3+) hydrotalcites were synthesized and characterized. A detailed comparative analysis of structure and composition was made. Different cations influenced strongly textural parameters of hydrotalcites and the basicity of the obtained Mg-Al oxides after calcinations. With the cation incorporation, the distance of the brucite and the mount of CO2-3 as the compensating anion changed. Meanwhile the CO2-TPD was used to determine the basicity of the samples. The results showed that the basicity of the calcined hydrotalcites reduced. Finally, the activated hydrotalcite catalysts may efficiently replace homogeneous catalysts in Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction of the benzaldehyde and propanal. And it was noteworthy that the calcined cation-type(containing Zn2+?Fe3+) hydrotalcites as catalysts did not show significant activity, in agreement with their low basicity.国家自然科学基金(20203014)资助项
一种定量检测人血清高敏C反应蛋白的化学发光免疫方法
旨在建立一种可定量检测人血清高敏CRP的化学发光检测方法(High-sensitivity C-reactive protein quantifiable chemiluminescent immunoassay,hs-CRP CLIA)。首先利用亲和层析和离子交换层析技术从肝硬化病人腹水中纯化出高纯度的天然CRP作为免疫原制备了22株CRP单克隆抗体(单抗),其中13株单抗在磷酸胆碱配体捕获ELISA中呈阳性,然后利用方正滴定法筛选出单抗10C5和10C11建立了hs-CRP CLIA。试剂盒评估结果显示:该方法对血清中干扰物质IgG、血红蛋白、甘油三酯等无非特异性反应;该方法检测灵敏度高,在0.04~20.38mg/L范围内定量检测人血清CRP标准品呈良好线性关系(R2>0.993);该方法准确性高、可重复性好,平均回收率为99%,批内差为4.2%~5.8%,批间差为9.0%~11.5%;该方法与进口商品化高敏CRP ELISA试剂盒平行比较检测90份血清标本,结果显示两者有良好的可比性(r=0.968)。综上,建立的hs-CRP CLIA是一种准确、可靠、可定量的高灵敏C反应蛋白检测方法,该方法的临床应用,有利于改善我国心脏病风险评估及肠炎性疾病预后判断
Characterization and immunoprotective effect of SjIrV1,a 66 kDa calcium-binding protein from Schistosoma japonicum
钙结合蛋白是日本血吸虫生长发育不可缺少的蛋白,具有非常广泛而重要的功能。在课题组日本血吸虫体被表膜蛋白研究基础上,利用PCr技术克隆了中国大陆株日本血吸虫66 kdA钙结合蛋白(SJIrV1)编码基因的CdnA序列,blAST分析与菲律宾株日本血吸虫SJIrV1 CdnA编码序列一致,荧光定量PCr分析表明该基因在童虫和成虫期不同发育阶段均有表达,其中在35 d和42 d成虫中表达量较高,在42 d雌虫中该基因表达水平远高于42 d雄虫。构建重组表达质粒PET28A(+)-SJIrV1,在大肠杆菌中成功诱导表达,重组蛋白主要以可溶性形式存在,通过高效液相色谱法(rP-HPlC)以及串联质谱法(MS/MS)鉴定所获蛋白为目的蛋白SJIrV1。蛋白质印迹(WESTErn blOTTIng)分析结果显示重组蛋白能被感染日本血吸虫鼠血清和免疫鼠血清所识别,SJIrV1蛋白在虫体各发育阶段中均表达。免疫荧光染色实验观察表明SJIrV1主要分布在日本血吸虫成虫的表膜。应用重组蛋白免疫bAlb/C小鼠后,免疫鼠血清中检测到较高水平的特异性Igg、Igg1和Igg2A抗体。结果表明SJIrV1可能在日本血吸虫的生长发育过程中起着重要作用。Calcium-binding protein is an indispensable protein which performs extensive and important functions in the growth of Schistosoma japonicum.Based on our primary study on tegument surface proteins of S.japonicun,a cDNA encoding a 66 kDa calcium-binding protein of S.japonicum(Chinese strain) was cloned,sequence analysis revealed that it was identical with that of SjIrV1 of Philippines strains S.japonicum.The expression of SjIrV1 were detected by Real-time PCR,using cDNA templates isolated from 7,14,21,28,35 and 42 days worms and the results revealed that the gene was expressed in all investigated stages,and the mRNA level of SjIrV1 is much higher in 42 d female worms than that in 42 d male worms.The cDNA containing the open reading frame of IrV1 was subcloned into a pET28a(+) vector and transformed into competent Escherichia coli BL21 for expression.The recombinant protein was purified using a Ni-NTA purification system,and confirmed by high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) and tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS).Western blotting analysis showed that recombinant SjIrV1(rSjIrV1) could be recognized by the S.japonicum infected mouse serum and the mouse serum specific to rSjIrV1,respectively.Immunofluorescence observation exhibited that SjIrV1 was mainly distributed on the tegument of the 35-day adult worms.ELISA test revealed that IgG,IgG1 and IgG2a antibodies are significantly increased in the serum of rSjIrV1 vaccinated mice.The study suggested that rSjIrV1 might play an important role in the development of S.japonicum.国家自然科学基金(No.31172315); 上海科技发展基金(No.12140902700); 中国博士后科学基金(No.2012M510630)资助~
Studies of the Mg-Al and cation-incorporated hydrotalcites
Mg-Al and cation-incorporated(containing Zn2+Ni2+Fe3+) hydrotalcites were synthesized and characterized. A detailed comparative analysis of structure and composition was made. Different cations influenced strongly textural parameters of hydrotalcites and the basicity of the obtained Mg-Al oxides after calcinations.
