试论民事程序法的意义
本文从分析民事程序法与实体法的关系入手,认为两种法律之间存在相互独立而又相辅相成的关系;程序法既要具有对实现实体结果的有用性和有效性,也须具备必要的正当性和合理性,符合程序正义的价值标准;对程序正义的追求和保障是程序法最重要的价值功能。在此基础上,结合当前的审判方式改革,进一步阐述了程序正义对于实现改革目标、建设法治国家的重大意义和作用
Data acquisition system based on LabVIEW for array sensors
本文介绍了以单片机进行数据采集,LabVIEW为开发平台,两者之间通过串口进行通信的多通道数据采集系统。该系统可对低频传感器信号进行采集、显示和存储。文中详细介绍了软、硬件设计方案和测试结果。This paper describes a data acquisition and display system based on LabVIEW platform and AT89S51 Microcontroller, which communicate with each other via RS232 interface, using user-defined communication protocol to ensure communication efficiency and stability. The system adopts MAX197 A/D converter, which acquires 0~+ 10V voltage signals through 6 analog input channels with 12-bit resolution. And the MCU is programmed with Assembly Language. LabVIEW carries out the management tasks, including the data acquisition control, Serial Port Communication control, display and storage of available data. The system, which has low cost and good performance, has been tested and reflects easy operation, good stability and reliability
The characterization of plastic flow in three different bulk metallic glass systems
Plastic deformation behaviors of Zr52.5Al10Ni10Cu15Be12.5, Mg65Cu25Gd10 and Pd43Ni10Cu27P20 bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) are studied by using the depth-sensing nanoindentation, macroindentation and uniaxial compression. The significant difference in plastic deformation behavior cannot be correlated to the Poisson's ratio or the ratio of shear modulus to bulk modulus of the three BMGs, but can be explained by the free volume model. It is shown that the nucleation of local shear band is easy and multiple shear bands can be activated in the Zr52.5Al10Ni10Cu15Be12.5 alloy, which exhibits a distinct plastic strain during uniaxial compression and less serrated flow during nanoindentation. 提出通过加强队伍建设来促进贵重仪器设备的开放共享工作。针对实验工程技术队伍中存在的问题,提出相应的各种举措,从调整职称评价体系、设立专项基金、建立新的激励机制、加强培训、优化人员队伍结构、参与共享平台建设等方面入手,通过实验工程技术人员队伍素质和服务能力的提高,从而提高贵重仪器设备的使用率和开放共享率。This paper puts forward the facilitation of the open sharing for large-scale instruments and equipment by strengthening the technician team 's construction.Corresponding measures are presented to resolve the problems of technician team,including reforming evaluation system,setting up special funds,innovating system,enhancing training,optimizing the structure of the team and building an open-sharing platform.The utilization and open sharing rates of large-scale instruments and equipment will be increased by the improvement of technicians's quality and services capabilities
Radionuclide Distribution in Sediments and Sedimentary Rates in the Jiaozhou Bay
用HPGeγ谱方法测定了胶州湾表层沉积物、沉积物岩心、潮间带沉积物和周围陆地沉积物的放射性核素238U、228Ra、228Th、226Ra、210Pb、40K和137Cs。笔者对胶州湾沉积物、潮间带沉积物和陆地表层沉积物的放射性核素分布进行研究,结果得出,湾东部沉积物和东岸陆地沉积物具有较高的放射性核素含量。对沉积物岩心放射性核素分布的成因进行了分析,并用210Pbex和137Cs方法估算了沉积速率,给出的胶州湾的沉积速率为0.64~1.74cm/a。Rdionuclides in sediments of the Jiaozhou Bay and its surrounding area were measured using the HPGe γ spectrum method.238U,228Ra,228Th,226Ra,210Pb,40K and 137Cs were detected in sediment samples.The results show that the radionuclide contents of the sediments collected from the east bay are relatively high.The vertical distribution of nuclides in the sediment cores was analyzed,and the sedimentary rates were evaluated by 210Pbex and 137Cs methods,yielding the value of 0.64~1.74 cm/a.国家自然科学基金项目(编号:40036010)资
阿托伐他汀对心室重塑和心肌 AVP、TGF-β1的影响
【目的】探讨阿托伐他汀能否通过抑制AVP的分泌而延缓心肌纤维化,为改善心肌梗死后心室重塑提供新思路。【方法】通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支建立大鼠心肌梗死模型。建模成功后将大鼠分为假手术组(sham组)、心肌梗死大鼠安慰剂治疗组(MI组)及心肌梗死大鼠阿托伐他汀治疗组(A组),每组各有10只大鼠。干预5周后,超声心动图检测大鼠心功能;处死大鼠后,收集心肌组织标本,计算左心室质量指数;ELISA法检测左心室非梗死区和血清的血管加压素(AVP)含量;Masson染色检测心肌间质纤维化水平;免疫组织化学染色检测左心室非梗死区Ⅰ型胶原的表达;Western blot测定左心室非梗死区转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)蛋白的表达。【结果】干预5周后,Sham组、MI组和A组分别存活10只、9只和10只大鼠。与Sham组大鼠比较,MI组和A组大鼠的左室质量(LVM)和左室质量指数(LVMI)增加、左室射血分数(LVEF)降低、心肌间质纤维化明显加重、左心室非梗死区Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的表达、AVP含量以及TGF-β1蛋白表达水平明显升高(P<0.05);阿托伐他汀干预后,LVM和LVMI降低、LVEF升高、心肌间质纤维化减轻、左心室非梗死区Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的表达、AVP的含量以及TGF-β1的蛋白表达水平显著降低(P<0.05)。【结论】阿托伐他汀能够改善心肌梗死后心室重塑,可能与抑制心室AVP的分泌及下调TGF-β1的表达有关
