提高与改善银行业的效率 ,不仅是银行的经营管理者和监管当局的重要目标之一 ,也是防范金融风险 ,有效配置金融资源的需要。本文主要通过对 4家国有商业银行以及 10家股份制商业银行X效率的影响因素进行理论与实证分析 ,并找出其中的相关关系 ,以求能打开银行经营管理的“黑匣子” ,进一步为商业银行的效率改进提供明确的方向。The improvement and enhancement of efficiency in banking is not only one of the important objectives for managers and regulators,but is necessary to safeguard the financial risk and allocate financial resources effectively.Based on the empirical and theoretic analysis of elements which are linked to X-efficiency for 4 state-owned commercial banks and 10 stock commercial banks,the authors try to find the correlations between these elements,then open the"black-box"of bank operation and provide the clear direction toward improving the efficiency of commercial banks
MAP-based of Super-resolution Reconstruction Algorithm
引入一种基于关键点滤波(CrITICAl-POInT fIlTErS,CPf)的图像配准方法,并在最大后验概率(MAXIMuM A POSTErIOrI,MAP)框架下提出一种改进的集投影法(PrOJECTIOnS OnTO COnVEXSETS,MAP/POCS)混合算法。算法把POCS的残差约束集合加入到基于CPf图像配准的MAP正则算法中,在每次迭代重建中对重建图像的像素点进行约束,充分利用这三种算法的优点。实验结果表明,相比于传统的重建方法,该算法能够更有效地表达视频中的非平移运动,超分辨图像主观质量有明显改善。An image registration method based on the critical-point filters is introduced in this paper,and an improved MAP/POCS hybrid algorithm based on the framework of MAP has also been proposed,the POCS residual set of constraints is added to the reconstruction algorithm of MAP based on the critical-point filters registration method joined the adaptive regularization parameter so that it can take advantage of the three algorithms.After the test,the results show that compared with the traditional methods,the algorithm of this paper can express the non-translational motion more effectively and the quality of the super-resolution images has been improved obviously.国家自然科学基金项目(61102135); 中国博士后科学基金项目(2012M511433
高藻饮用水系统中羟基自由基降解诺氟沙星
在厦门翔安水厂12000t/d常规饮用水处理工艺的基础上建立了\"混凝沉淀-砂滤-·OH/NaClO氧化降解抗生素及消毒-清水池\"的处理系统,在九龙江流域高藻爆发期完成了工程化试验.结果表明,当砂滤出水总藻密度为2.04×103cells/mL时,注入相同氧化剂剂量0.5mg/L处理20s后,·OH将56ng/L的诺氟沙星降解至未检出,而NaClO仅降解至54ng/L.·OH在氧化降解抗生素的同时能杀灭全部藻细胞.根据HPLC-MS/MS检测到的降解中间产物分析,·OH氧化降解诺氟沙星通过进攻哌嗪环、萘啶环和氟原子破坏药效团,直至矿化为CO2和H2O.·OH消毒后不产生消毒副产物,检测的106项指标均达到国家《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006),为我国高藻饮用水中抗生素的安全处理提供技术支撑.国家重大科研仪器研制项目(NSFC:61427804);;科技部创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队(2015RA4008);;国家自然科学基金资助重大研究计划(91441132
