    在不同温度下,由CVd法,在(111)和(100)单晶硅上淀积SnO2,测量了它们的光电压谱和相应的气敏特性,推导了光电压的计算公式,并由此计算出其重要的参数SnO 2 Films are produced by CVD method on substrate of (111) and (100) oriented N type silicon at diFFerent temperatuers.Their photovoltage spectra and gas sensibilities are measured.The calculating expression of photovoltage are derived, by which some important parameters of SnO 2/Si are calculated

    L-阿拉伯糖作为一种低能量的甜料,能抑制蔗糖水解酶的活性,从而抑制蔗糖的吸收.L-阿拉伯糖作为新资源食品已经通过国家卫生部的批准.本研究的目的是探讨唐传生物科技(厦门)有限公司从水稻,玉米秸秆中提取的L-阿拉伯糖在降低空腹血糖,提高糖耐量及控制体质量方面的重要生物学功能,从而为其功能食品的进一步开发提供科学依据.以20~22 g昆明小鼠为实验动物,在给予高糖高脂饲料喂养的同时,采用高、中、低3种剂量口服L-阿拉伯糖水溶液1个月,以单独喂养高糖高脂饲料喂养组为对照,实验期间检测小鼠体质量变化和食量.4周结束后进行小鼠空腹血糖及蔗糖糖耐量试验.结果显示高剂量组(250 mg/只)和中剂量组(150 mg/只)对小鼠空腹血糖有明显降低作用(p<0.05),而低剂量组(30 mg/只)作用不明显,糖耐量试验证明3个剂量组的L-阿拉伯糖都具有明显增强小鼠糖耐量作用,与对照组有极显著差异(p<0.01),实验过程中未发现实验组与对照组小鼠食量有明显差异.实验结果表明,L-阿拉伯糖能够明显降低喂养高糖高脂饲料小鼠的空腹血糖,增强糖耐量,并且能够有效减缓体质量增长趋势.L-Arabinose is a sweetener in low-energy,it can inhibit the activity of enzymes,as a natural enzymy inhibitor of sucrase,lessen breakdown of sucrose,limited its absorption in the gatrointestinal tract.L-Arabinose has been approved as a new food resources by Ministry of Health of P.R.China.The result will help to eliminate the rising of circulation blood glucose level after the sucrose challenge,the inhibiting the absorption of sugar can prevent hypertension and diabetes.Thomson biotech(Xiamen)PTE LTD extract the L-Arabinose from rice,corn stalks with biochemical methods.The aim of this study is to examine the biological activity of L-Arabinose from the company and provide experimental basis to further the development of functional foods.100 four-week male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,A,B,C,D group,20 mice one group,D group fed with high fat and high sucrose diet only as control group,A,B,C group along with high fat and high sucrose diet,oral with L-Arabinose,the dosage were 250,150 and 30 mg/d respectively for 4 weeks.The body weight and the amount of food intake were monitored every 5 day and every 2 day,respectively,for 4 weeks,the fasting glucose,sucrose tolerance were examined using commercial glucose strips(Lifescan,One Touch Ultra,Melitas,CA).The experimental result proved that the L-Arabinose decreased significantly sucrose absorption,lower the fasting glucose level and the data of aera-under-curve(AUC)significantly in the mice with high fat and high sucrose fedding.The high dosage and middle dosage group,the L-Arabinose can decrease the weight increse,These results support the hypothesis that the L-Arabinose preparation by Thomson biotech(Xiamen)PTE LTD proved to be highly effective in preventing a rise in circulating glucose after sucrose challenge.The body mass gain was less in the L-Arabinose treated group from 5th day of than that in the control group,the AUC data were significantly lower in L-Arabinose group than that of control group.福建省化学生物重点实验室开放课题基金(0660,K70012)资

    当代《周易》热是落后文化现象还是先进文化现象(笔谈)

    为推动自然科学和社会科学联盟,促进我国四化建设,在中国科学院自然科学史所、中国自然辩证法研究会、山西省自然辩证法研究会、山西大学自然辩证法研究室、张衡学社等单位的大力支持下,,宋正海、周嘉华、高建国、李安平在北京组织了“天地生人学术讲座”,专门讨论天地生人领域重大综合性学术问题。讲座为系列性的,平均每月一次。八十年代以来,国内外学术界出现了《周易》热,社会对此评价总的说是较高或很高的。但近来也不断出现认为这是落后文化现象的评价。为此1990年7月18日“讲座”第3讲专门举办“当代《周易》热是落后文化现象还是先进文化现象专题辩论会”。为推动全国的《周易》与现代自然科学关系的研究,使更多人了解这一学术热点情况,本编辑部决定在此专题辩论会基础上,举办本次笔谈会
